-KISEOP'S POV-

The dorm was unusually quiet.

Everyone had filed up to their various rooms, getting ready for bed, since Kevin had chased us all to bed after spending the evening worriedly waiting for Kaenin to come home. Though reluctant, everyone complied, since Kevin was in one of his rare, overly-frustrated moods.

"Aish, where is she? It's past 10 and- argh!" Kevin complained, ruffling his hair messily. I just remained silent, standing near the long windows as I faced the dark outside.

"Seop," Kevin faced me. "I'm gonna go up and change. Wait here, araso?"

I nodded once, turned back around, and he was off. I mentally cringed as I thought back to what had happened in the living room just now, and honestly wished that things had turned out better. Just then, the distinct sound of voices pierced the silent night air, and I felt relief rise up in my chest as I made out Kaenin's figure strolling to the door.

But who was she with?

As the two of them neared the porch, the light hit Kaenin's partner and I felt myself freeze as I took in the sight of the tall, handsome and grinning maknae of Bigbang.

*Seungri hyung? But that's not possible...*

My eyes widened and I gripped the curtain tightly as I saw Seungri hyung pull Kaenin in for a goodbye hug, and frowned as I noticed the comfortable and happy expressions of both their faces. After a few more words, Seungri hyung backed away and left, leaving Kaenin to fumble for her keys and open the door, her jaw dropping as she noticed me standing by the window.

"Kiseoppie..." She began.

"Yah! Woo Kaenin! You have some explaining to do." Right at that moment, Kevin came down the stairs, shooting an accusing glare at Kaenin, his yell alerting the rest of the members as they curiously followed him down.

"What." Kaenin replied uninterestedly.

"Where did you go? What did you do? Who were you with? Why didn't you call or answer your phone?!" Kevin fired angrily.

"Hyung..." Dongho mumbled worriedly.

But Kaenin just steeled herself against her brother and answered him evenly. "I went out to Hongdae to shop and eat. I went out with a friend, and I switched my phone off."

"Hongdae? With who? At this hour? Don't you know that it's dangerous being out so late? You had me worried, very worried!" Kevin yelled back.

Dongho gulped nervously.

Kaenin glared, pissed. "Yes, I went to Hongdae. Worried? Oh, so now you care? Weren't you already preoccupied with someone else?" She countered evenly, and smirked.

Kevin's eyes widened in disbelief as he sized up his sister. "You should learn a thing or two about manners. From Chul-Moo. She's such an angel."

"Hyung! Enough!" Dongho urged, sensing that Kaenin was on the verge of exploding into a fit of rage, and maybe tears.

Just as he guessed, Kaenin's expression changed into one of pain, and the tears glistened in her eyes as Dongho took a few steps towards her.

"Kaenin-ah..."

"So, who were you out with?" Kevin questioned. Dongho froze and sent Kaenin a worried glance, who didn't say a word.

"She was out with Seungri. Seungri hyung, from bigbang." I supplied, pushing myself off the wall as everyone turned to me. I looked at Kaenin briefly, and was caught off guard when I saw the betrayed look in her eyes.

Murmurs of curiosity filled the room as Kevin faced his sister. "You're hanging out with the maknae of bigbang? Without even telling me? Are you trying to get into a scandal? Why can't you just think before you-"

"He cares for me more than any of you ever could!" Kaenin screamed suddenly. And with that, she whirled around and dashed for her room, just as I saw the first flow of tears stream down her face. Suddenly, all sorts of emotions and thoughts erupted in my mind as I tried to retrace my thoughts to find out why I said what I said. My eyes widened when I came to a possible conclusion, but I shook it off.

*No way. No. It can't be.*

"Kaenin-ah! Ani! Jamkkan man-yo!" Dongho wailed in protest, but couldn't catch up with her. Suddenly, Dongho turned, and our cute, aegyo loving maknae gave Kevin a disapproving look.

"Hyung, I told you to stop shouting at her like that. You're in a slightly bad mood too, and now look at what you did. You should've let her explain instead of jumping to conclusions. And stop comparing her to Chul-Moo! They're two totally different people, but there isn't anyone else out there who's like your sister, Woo Kaenin. And Seungri hyung's a really great guy, questioning him is like hurting Kaenin." Dongho explained, frustrated. Eli stepped forward to calm down the agitated maknae, but Dongho shrugged him off.

"Aish, there's been too much drama lately. I don't really know what's going on, but I don't like seeing Kaenin cry." And with that, Dongho stalked up to his shared room with me. Everyone just stood there in silence, although we weren't exactly shocked at Dongho's outburst. Even though he was our lovely, sweet maknae, when it came down to it, he was mature and thoughtful. Slowly, the rest of us bid goodnight and made our way upstairs to sleep. Just as I was about to enter my room, I paused and stared at Kaenin's door, feeling slightly guilty.

*Mianhae, Kaenin-ah. What have I done?*

First update for today! Kiseop POV chapter haha, hope you enjoyed it, though it's mostly trying to bring out the feelings of characters for now (:

Anyway, has anyone seen snsd's the boys mv? Personally, I'm not an snsd fan really... err, none of us writing this story actually are. You know, we prefer the fiercer groups. But this comeback shows off a different image of snsd, so they're not so cutesy anymore, and the song isn't too bad, so good job (Y) Though the tune could've been more prominent, but ah well.
