What was that about?
I stared at my phone and reread the message L.Joe sent me.
He doesn't usually text me saying that it's nothing.
In fact, nobody does.
I threw my phone onto the counter and grabbed the book I threw aside.
"What time is it?" I whined.
"11:11." Kevin shrugged at me.
"Whatcha reading?" He asked, placing his chin on my shoulder.
"A book." I deadpanned.
Kevin and I exchanged a look and we started laughing.
Soon, everybody in the room was laughing along with us.
"What's so funny?" Kiseop asked, confused.
"I don't know." AJ clutched his stomach.
When our laughing marathon finished, I wiped a tear away and grinned.
"Aigoo~ So cute." Kevin pinched my cheeks.
Eli gave me a pointed look.
I glared at Eli and gave him a kick in the shin while swatting away Kevin's hand.
I crossed my arms across my chest.
"Elison Kim."
"What?"
"You better have a death wish." I slid my finger across my throat.
"You better too." Eli gave me a noogie.
"YAH!" Kevin and I yelled.
"No touchie." We both said at the same time.
Kevin put his arm around me protectively.
"Kev. Now's not the time. I'm coming up with Eli's death."
My phone vibrated.
Great another useless text from L.Joe.

Sorry noona. Amanda stole my phone and only now gave it back.

"OHMYGOSH. KEV. WHEN WE FELT AMANDANATED, IT WAS ACTUALLY TRUEEE!" I yelled in his ear.
"Calm down, _______. " Kevin rubbed his ear.
I waited for a few seconds.
He just needs to let the information sink in right now and in 3...

"OHMYGOSHWE'VEBEENAMANDANATED!" Kevin jumped up.
"Wait. It could be a different Amanda. Breathe in, Kev."
I took out my phone and started typing frantically on it.

Don't tell me it's Amanda Kim.
I crossed my fingers. Please don't be Amanda. Please don't be Amanda.

From: THE AWESOME BADASS L.JOE
Oh is that her name?
She's Kevin's ex right?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I stared at the phone in horror.
Please be a dream. Please be a dream.
I pinched myself just in case and looked down at my phone again.
The message smiled evilly at me as if saying 'You can't escape me.'
I glared at my phone and groaned.
"Is it Amanda?" Kevin nervously asked, looking over my shoulder.
"Sadly yes."
Kevin took another few seconds for this piece of information to sink in.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Kevin broke down.
"Right when I get you, Amanda just has to show up." He put his head in his hands.
"Calm down. WAIT WHUUU?" I realized what he said.
"You know what I said,______. Don't deny it." Kevin pinched my nose and went back to whining.
"WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE ME???" He bawled.
Aigoo. This is going to take a while.
~One eternity later~
What did I do wrong in my past life which makes me stuck with Amanda." Kevin whimpered.
"Oh come on. Your life isn't bad. You're in U-Kiss for god's sake and you're besties with me." I pointed out.
"You're my girlfriend as well." Kevin pecked my cheek.
The blood rushed to my cheeks for the millionth time.
"Yeah. That too." I grumbled.
"HEY! You're all better!" I pointed a finger at Kevin.
"When was I happy again?" Kevin pouted.
"When you kissed me on the cheek." I rolled my eyes and slid off the chair.
"No! Come back!" Kevin pulled me back and plopped me onto his lap.
"Aish." I crossed my arms and glared at him.
Kevin smiled cheekily in return.
"DISTRACTION!" I suddenly yelled.
"What? Where- HEY!" I quickly ran away from the raging Kevin.
"Sorry, Kev!" I yelled and bit back my laughter at how gullible Kevin is.
Still the dorky kid I met in 2nd grade.
I jumped onto the bed and grabbed my phone from my nightstand.
Right when I picked it up, my ringtone started playing.

Yes, I change ringtones a lot. Don't judge me.
I looked at the caller ID and the name flashed a few billion times.
Deanna Woo
I opened the door and Kevin fell forward.
"Tsk tsk. That's why you don't try to eavesdrop on a person." I shook my finger at him and laughed.
Oops. Deanna must be impatient.
I put the phone on speaker. "Sup, Deanna."
"____! How's Korea?"
"Fine. Except Kev won't stop bugging me." I laughed.
"HEY! I don't bug you at all!" Kevin protested.
I stuck my tongue out at him.
"Noona! Guess who I got as a girlfriend!" Kevin yelled into the phone.
"Shut UP!" I grabbed it back.
"Let me guess. You guys are a couple now." Deanna giggled.
I could imagine her right now, covering and rocking her chair back and forth.
"How's life over there, Anna?" I kicked my legs back and forth.
"It's good. Umma misses you, Kevin and your umma misses L.Joe and you, ______. You guys should come and visit."
"Kay~" Kevin sang.
I smacked him on the head.
"OWWW. ______!" Kevin whined.
"Umma and appa want to talk to you, Kevin." Deanna interrupted.
"UMMA! APPA!" Kevin yelled childishly.
"Kevin! ______! Good to see, er, talk to you!" Kevin's appa boomed.
"Annyeonghaseyo, Mr. Woo." I bowed my head at the phone even though I knew he couldn't see it.
But I haven't known Kevin and his family for years for nothing.
"You don't have to bow to me, ________." Kevin's appa said. I pictured him waving his hand and giving me a bright smile.
"I heard you're dating ________!" Kevin's mom suddenly chimed in.
Kevin and I both turned red. "N-neh umma." Kevin stuttered
"It's about time too. You have no idea how many years he has bugged us at the dinner table about you." Kevin's umma said.
"Y-yah! UMMA!" Kevin whined.
"How's Byunhyun doing, ______?" His mom ignored Kevin and changed the subject.
"He's doing fine."
"He has been growing quite handsome. Tell him we said hi!"
"We gotta go. See you later guys!" Deanna suddenly shouted.
The other line went dead.
"It's good talking to your parents again." I rolled over.
"N-neh~" He softly kissed my cheek.
"And what was that about talking about me over dinner?" I glared at him.
"Oh look. Gotta run!" Kevin glanced at me and ran out of the room.
"YAH! WOO SUNGHYUN!" I yelled.

0330 and Neverland was on this variety show that my uncle was watching :D
And no it was not a Korean one since my mom, aunt, and uncle hate the fact that I like Kpop.
