“Class don’t forget about your project. You have 2 weeks to submit it and please cooperate with your partner, it’s hard but try alright.”

Everyone groaned. It that they have a biology project and what’s worse is that they can’t even choose their partners. Hana breathe in and out, trying to calm herself down. What the hell is the teacher thinking? She can’t believe she’s been chosen to partner with that Minhee. Hana looked at Nana, both of them exchanged glances.

Nana felt sorry for Hana. Hana’s going to suffer for another 2 weeks. She thought.

“Ya hana. I don’t think I need to pretend anymore in front of you. Let’s get this damn project over and done with. Text me when you want to do the project.” Minhee scoffed and walked away.

Hana blinked.

What the hell is wrong with that ? Doesn’t she felt guilty or sorry after what happened? Hana sigh. It’s going to be a torturous week, she thought.

But one thing she was thankful for was that the weekend was finally here. A small smile spreads across her face and Hana stretched both of her arms up in the air.

“Ya hana-ah. Why are you smiling? Are you that happy that you’re partners with minhee?” Nana looked at Hana with an amused look.

“Ya are you crazy? Of course I’m not after what happened. The weekends are here right? I’m excited because I can finally make coffee!” Hana chimed.

Nana chuckled. After what she’s been through all she can think about was coffee? Nana shook her head.

“Oppa I’m sorry. This weekend I will be busy. There’s a biology project that I need to submit.”

“Ah really? It’s okay then.” Kris faked a smile.

Kris had wanted to spent time with Hana since both of them has been busy the whole week that they barely see each other. Hana was busy with her school while Kris was busy with collage. Maybe next time, Kris thought.

Hana couldn’t help but to feel guilty. She can’t possibly tell her brother that she’s actually working and not doing her project.

“When the time is right I will tell you oppa.” She whispered.

Hana eyes shot open. She looked at her clock and gulped.

, I’m late! She thought. Hana quickly washed up and shoved her uniform inside her bag. She wanted to wear her working uniform since she was late but Kris was probably downstairs and she knew it wasn’t the best time to explain.

Hana ran to her bus stop and was glad she managed to catch her bus. She slumped herself on the bus seat and heave a sigh of relief. Hana usually walk to the café but since she was late she decided to take a bus. I still can make it, she thought. Once it was her stop, she quickly dashed off to Sarang Café but her feet were brought into an abrupt stop when she bumped into a familiar person.

Hana looked and smile sheepishly.

“Oh chen. I’m sorry I didn’t see you.”

Chen chuckled. “It’s alright. You’re late right? Faster let’s go. You wouldn’t want to see a fuming Xiumin.”

“I guess not..” Chen face palmed himself once he saw a red xiumin.

“Ya! The both of you! Why are you late?! You know I hate latecomers-“

“Oh oppa, I’m sorry” Hana pouted. It wasn’t her style to do aegyo but no words can expressed how scary xiumin look right then.

How can he be cute and scary at one go? Hana thought.

“Aish, ok ok next time please don’t be late araso? And YOU, chen. It’s your zillion times already! Wash the toilet later.”

“Hyung! Wha-at? No fair! How can she get away from it and not me?” Chen pouted.

“Gosh don’t pout at me you disgusting child! It doesn’t suit you. Now scram off!”

Chen was left speechless and Hana can’t stop giggling. It was quite cute, she thought.

After what seems like hours, Hana can finally take a break. Her legs were aching. Since it was a Saturday, there were just too many customers. She didn’t know being a barista was this hard.

“Hana it’s tiring isn’t it?” Chen pulled out the chair and seat next to Hana.

“hmm a little tired but I like it. I’m doing what I love so it doesn’t matter.” Hana smiled.

“Oh hana-“

“Ya! The both of you! Have you heard the news??” a flustered Baekhyun interrupted Chen.

“Wae? What news?” both Hana and Chen asked in unison.

“Speed! Speed, the mighty and ferocious gangsters are back! And they are around our neighbourhood-“

“Wa..wait what? Speed? What are they doing here? I thought they are gone for good?”

 “Are they really that bad?” hana couldn’t help but asked.

“That bad? They are beyond that, I swear! You don’t know how evil they are. They would pick up a fight with any stranger that they don’t like and there was once, where Chen was walking pass an aisle and he saw a girl being harassed by them. That Chen was crazy, he decided to save the girl and provoked those beast.” Baekhyun said in one breathe.

Baekhyun seems frightened and annoyed for a reason. Hana thought.

“Then what happened to him?” Hana turned and looked at an embarrassed Chen.

“Ha! Of course he lost. How could he possibly win against 7 members? He was beaten so badly that he was brought to the hospital.” Baekhyun chuckled.

“Ya bacon! Shut up! At least I did my best and I have courage, not like you idiot.” Chen hissed.

“Bacon? Why bacon?”  Hana asked.

“Baekhyun…bacon. Bacon…baekhyun. Doesn’t it sound similar?” Chen laughed.

Seconds later, laughters could be heard in the café. Everyone including Xiumin was laughing, well except bacon though.

At the back of Hana’s mind, she couldn’t stop thinking about speed. She swore she heard about that group somewhere. Speed, that name, that group. It’s just too familiar.

Sorry for the late update but i hope you guys did enjoy this chapter. Oh and yeah i recently became a fan of speed so i decided to add them as cameo. And i'm not familiar with all of them, so i shall apolagised in advance if what i describe their character as isn't what they look like in real life. Heh.
