Jungah looked up as she heard the door open, she put down her toothbrush and peeked.

“Seriously, you look so…bothered.” She chuckled at Kris. Kris shook his head at her, Jungah faced the mirror and resumed cleaning her teeth, then she felt Kris’s arms around her waist and his chest on her back.

She blinked.

“…Is something wrong?”

“I just missed you.”

“I’ve been away for like….six days.” She mused.

“We’re hiring new company directors.”  Kris offered teasingly.

“Sure.” Jungah chuckled, Kris just kissed her nape chastely before heading out.

Luhan uncrossed his arms as Jinhee and him listened to Chanyeol and Yejin rant off.

“I never did like her.” Chanyeol spat.

“I knew she was going to be trouble.” Yejin murmured.

“Uhm, guys, Jungah’s back already so, calm down.” Luhan said.

“The way she looks at Kris…it’s different. Something’s definitely up~”

They all froze when Kris, Jungah and Dahae stepped in the room.

Chanyeol glared daggers at Dahae’ direction, Jinhee had to pull him back.

“I know. But I talked to Dahae, everything’s fine now. I don’t even know why Agung forced me to fly back.”

 “So, you need to come back still?” Yejin asked.

“Yeah.”

“What?!”

Kris blinked at her.

“Jungah, stay here.” Yejin said. Luhan bit his lip.

“Lee, it’s just a minor thing. It will pass in a few days.”

Chanyeol frowned.

“Besides, it’s just Dahae.” Jungah nodded, then her phone started to ring. She glanced at the screen.

“I have to take this.” She said before standing up. Dahae glanced up as Jungah left, then Yejin took her purse and stepped out of the room.

“I’ll…talk to Yejin.” Jinhee smiled as she followed her.

Kris looked away.

He knew he needed to tell Jungah, but she was always busy. He never found the right timing and Dahae was close with everyone. He didn’t know how to tell her.

Jungah stepped out of the hall and walked to the restroom.

“I cant believe it, it’s not even a year yet!”

“I saw it coming, he’s too good for her.”

“Of course, what would that spoiled Xi heiress know?”

“Yes, yes, and I heard that Nam Dahae, the other girl is very accomplished. Way better than Jungah!”

“We should have known, Kris would definitely look for someone else.”

Jungah shook her head and stepped out from the room.

Yixing stepped in the room and looked at Luhan and Chanyeol.

“Ge, Jinhee asked me to call you and Yeol. You left the wrong key with the valet.”

The two men stood up and left.

Kris frowned.

“Kris, about this….I’m~”

“Don’t. Don’t say it, it will only make things worse, Dahae.”

“I still love you.”

“I don’t.”

Dahae’s eyes moistened.

“Why are you being like this?”

“You know why.” Kris replied.

“She’s not good for you, Kris.”

Kris looked at her in disbelief.

“You know nothing, Da~”

The doors opened, Jungah strode in and paused.

“Where’s everybody?”

Kris stood up and walked to her.

“Li Jiaheng~”

Kris planted his lips on hers possessively, then he let go.

“They left, let’s go.”

“But Dahae~”

“She has to go too, come on.” Kris pulled her by the waist and walked towards the doors, Jungah turned to Dahae and gave her a wave.

Dahae looked away as the two left.

She curled her fingers and let her tears fall.

I’ll definitely get you back, even if I have to destroy her.
