You pulled on your jacket, gloves, and boots before running outside with your boyfriend. Cheolyong had the day off for Christmas and since everyone was inside, the two of you wanted to take advantage of the park being empty.

Cheolyong took your hand as the two of you ran down the road to the park. When you got there, you instantly laid down in the snow and began making a snow angel. Cheolyong laughed at you when you stood up and looked back at your work. He helped you brush the snow off your back.

“Oppa isn’t my snow angel pretty?” You asked with a smile.

“Of course it is, just like my Jagiya.” He said with a smile. You turned to look back at your snow angel when suddenly snow dumped onto your head. You spun around to see your boyfriend bending over with laughter.

“Why did you do that?!” You screamed. Cheolyong just laughed harder. You narrowed your eyes at him and bent down to pick up a handful of snow. You formed it into a ball and pushed it into his face. He stopped laughing immediately.

“Hey! That’s cold!” Cheolyong yelled while wiping the snow off of his face. You were now the one laughing. “That’s it, snowball fight!” He said. The two of you ran in opposite directions.

You found a large rock to hide behind and began making snowballs. You built up a small stock, and then peeked out to try to find your boyfriend. When you did, you narrowly missed being hit by a flying snowball. You ducked and looked out to see Cheolyong hiding behind a tree. You reached for a snowball and tossed it.

The snowball hit the tree he was hiding behind, making him poke out from behind. He stuck his tongue out at you and laughed. You quickly turned back to your pile to try to aim for him again. After exchanging a few snowballs this way, you realized you wouldn’t be able to win this war while staying hidden.

You packed as many snowballs into your arms as you could carry and set out to dodge behind objects to make your way to Cheolyong. Just as you made it to the tree he was using as his base, he spun around. You stared at each other, surprised and arms full of snowballs. You both began laughing.

“How about we just call a truce Jagi? It’s really cold out here.” You thought for a moment and then nodded.

“But since you called for the truce, I still want a prize.”

“Ah Jagi, the point of a truce is that there is no winner!” He whined at you.

“Don’t worry, you’ll like this.” You said with a smile and pointed to your lips. “I want a kiss.” Cheolyong grinned. He wrapped his arms around you and leaned down to press his lips to yours. Since you both were out in public, he kept it short and sweet.

“Let’s get inside now, its freezing!” He led you back to your apartment and inside. You both changed into warm clothes. Cheolyong went to start a fire while you made hot chocolate. When you finished, you joined him in front of the fire. He had piled up pillows and blankets. You handed him one of the mugs and settled down next to him to warm up. Cheolyong wrapped one arm around you so you could cuddle into his embrace.

“Thank you for today Oppa. It was the most fun I’ve ever had on Christmas.” He smiled and set down his cup.

“I know we said we weren’t going to exchange gifts, but I couldn’t help but get you this.” Cheolyong pulled out a small box. You opened it up to find a small white gold heart pendant with a diamond in the center of it on a beautiful chain. You gasped at it and threw your arms around his neck. “You like it that much?” He chuckled at your reaction.

“I love it! You shouldn’t have spent so much! It must have cost a fortune!” Cheolyong reached for the necklace. He pulled it out while you turned around and held up your hair. He clasped the necklace around your neck. You lowered your hair and moved your fingers down to trace the little pendant. You looked up at Cheolyong and kissed him softly.

“I love you Oppa.” You whispered.

“I love you too Jagiya. Merry Christmas.”
