Kyomin's POV

I went to the bathroom to... well, use the bathroom and also check on myself. Hyeshin-unnie is at some other table with her 'hubby' so I came alone. I checked the mirror a little and fixed my hair. I wonder what's going on with Jeongmin-oppa.. He looked kinda tensed when he left. I hope everything's alright.

Since I was already done, I went for the bathroom door and was about to go out when I heard a familiar voice.

"...What is it, hyung?..." The familiar voice said...Jeongmin-oppa's. I stood at the door listened a little at their conversation.

"You're... Engaged." I felt my heart fall. I felt warm water run down my cheeks. I should've known that I would hear something like this.. I would've stopped unnie from putting mascara on me. Suddenly, for some reason, the floor looked very inviting as my knee started feeling weak.

"W-What?" Jeongmin-oppa stuttered. Still holding the doorknob with one hand, I wiped my tears but it was replaced with fresh ones that kept falling.

"Umma and Appa wants you to get married to a business partner's daughter.." I decided that I couldn't take it anymore. I opened the door and made the run for it. I made my way to the hotel door when I bumped into..

"OH! Kyomin! Are you alright?"

Jeongmin's POV

I saw a familiar girl running. I looked at her and noticed the dress... Kyomin. I was about to run when a hand held my wrist. I turned and looked at Jin-hyung with rage.

"If she heard everything we talked about and reacted like that, I think it's better to give her a little time then explain everything later." He said in a serious tone. I understand what he's trying to say but I just can't leave her.

"Hyung, mianhe but I think she needs me. I--" I said while taking his hand off mine.

"Jeongmin"

"Hyung, please." I pleaded and he let go. I quickly ran to the direction she went to but froze at what I saw. Pain and ache crept at my chest as a tear slipped at my cheeks.

Why?
