“N-No, that’s not what I meant”

Jessica managed to say only just that. She cursed herself for stuttering, but she couldn’t help it if her best friend was staring at her like that.

Tiffany on the other hand, found it so strange for Jessica to call someone, ‘cute’. She’s been friends with the latter ever since middle school. Not once has she heard her blonde friend say anyone was cute. Jessica never had any interest in anyone, that including boys or girls.  

“But, you just called Taeyeon cute. Do you like her?”

Tiffany says, squinting her eyes at her blonde friend. Jessica let out a long sigh seeing that her best friend didn’t believe her. “Tiffany, calling someone cute doesn’t mean anything. I was just saying it. Her figure is so small and she looks somewhat like a lost puppy… anyone would find that cute”

“But, you never once found anything cute. Ever”  

Tiffany countered back. She was eyeing Jessica suspiciously. Sure, Taeyeon has a petite figure and yes, she does look like a lost puppy and Tiffany found all of those cute too. But still, Jessica had never once thought of anything cute. The blonde didn’t even think her white Maltese was cute.

“Oh come on, Tiffany. I only said it at the spur of the moment. Just like how you just called the midget ‘hot’ at first” Jessica retorted.

Tiffany eyes wet wide at the realization that Jessica had heard her during their meeting with Taeyeon. “W-What are you talking a-about?” Tiffany stuttered.

“Don’t play dumb with me, Tiffany. I heard you clearly” Jessica crossed her arms together as she stared at Tiffany intensely. She silently cheered herself on the inside once she got Tiffany to change topic.

“I… I… I need to use the ladies room” Tiffany changed topic and walked off, avoiding eye contact with her blonde friend. Jessica swiftly grabbed her friend’s arm, making Tiffany to stay rooted to her spot. Tiffany nervously faced Jessica, “What?” She saw the blonde point her finger to the opposite direction. “Restroom is that way, Tiffany”

Seeing the fleeing back of the red head, Jessica let out a sigh of relief. She placed her hand over her chest, feeling the intense beating of her heart. She doesn’t know, Jessica. She doesn’t know. It was the only thing repeating in her head. She was glad the red head didn’t find out about her feelings for the short girl.

“Krystal, why is Jessica taking so long?”

Taeyeon whispered to the younger Jung. By now, Krystal and Taeyeon were sitting with the group at the table. Well, it took a lot of effort to get Taeyeon to sit with them. Taeyeon still felt very uncomfortable around them. She couldn’t help but remember that they were the same people who made fun of her back then. Now, since she changed into what she is now, they treat her better.

“Shouldn’t you be asking why Tiffany is taking long?” Krystal teased, making Taeyeon cover before saying anymore.

“Krystal! Nickhun is here!” Taeyeon whispered into her ear, taking a few glances at the red head’s boyfriend. Luckily for her, Nickhun didn’t hear since he was too engross with the conversation he was having with a girl, who Taeyeon remembered to be one of Tiffany’s cheerleading mates. Victoria.

“Hey Khun!”

Nickhun averts his attention away from Victoria and onto the person calling him. He smiled when seeing his best friend coming towards him.

“Woongie!”

Nickhun got off from his seat and gave Wooyoung one of those bro hugs that guys would do.

Hearing the familiar name, cause Taeyeon to look at Nickhun’s direction. Her eyes went wide when realizing that the guy with Nickhun was the same guy that was hitting on her earlier today. Taeyeon nudged Krystal; successfully getting the latter’s attention. “What?” Krystal said curiously. She was wondering what had gotten Taeyeon to be all worked up.

Krystal followed Taeyeon’s eyes and there, she saw them. Wooyoung and his buddies were crowding around Nickhun. “Oh, boy” She says, sensing that trouble was on the way. Well, the boy will be troublesome.

Krystal muttered a few cursed words when she knew that Wooyoung would get in the way. She knows darn well that the boy likes Taeyeon. Seeing the boy trying to hit on her was already a big sign.

“Let’s just go and look for my sister” Krystal says, rushing Taeyeon to get up from her seat. Krystal held onto Taeyeon’s hand, as she was about to walk off, but was stopped by none other than Nickhun.

“Krystal, leaving already?”

Nickhun had noticed the two leaving as he was talking to Wooyoung and Taecyeon. There was still more time left before their break ends, so he thought it would have been better if they were to stick around more.

Krystal muttered more curse words before turning around with a smile. “Yeah, I wanted to go find Jessica” Taeyeon shivered seeing Krystal’s smile. It looks so fake, but of course, it seems that no one noticed it.

“I’m sure Jessica will come back soon. Just sit”

Nickhun gestured the girls to sit. Krystal unconsciously gripped on Taeyeon’s hand tighter. She looked back at the direction to where her sister had walked off to, before looking back at Nickhun. “Acutally, on second thought, I—“

“Oh hey! It’s you!”

Wooyoung noticed a familiar figure standing next to Krystal and had to say hi once he knew who it was. Krystal clenched her jaws at Wooyoung’s rudeness. He didn’t even let her finish whatever she had to say. “Ugh” She muttered. She knew he was going to be quite troublesome.

Nickhun looked surprisingly at Wooyoung. “You know Taeyeon?” He says, watching the guy make his way to the said girl.

“Yeah, Woongie developed a slight crush on her” Taecyeon answered for Wooyoung. Giggling seeing Wooyoung trying to make contact with his ‘now crush’.

Wooyoung gave a shy wave to Taeyeon, who reluctantly waved back. Krystal let out a big sigh, getting the boy’s attention. “Oh Krystal, what’s up? You sound tired” Krystal waved it off before taking a seat. She can only hope Jessica will come back sooner.

Taeyeon looked at Krystal then back at Wooyoung. She doesn’t want to talk to the boy, knowing that he likes her. She turns back to Krystal, giving the latter pleading eyes, begging for the younger girl to help her, but to her disappointment, Krystal just sat there looking lifeless.

“Hey, Taeyeon right?”

Krystal secretly rolled her eyes at the question. He knows her name already. Why ask her?

Taeyeon nodded. “And you’re… Wooyoung” Taeyeon says, earning a shock Wooyoung. Wooyoung was surprised that the short girl knew his name. “H-How?”

Taeyeon pointed at his nametag. “It says here, Jang Wooyoung” Wooyoung blushed at the realization. He scratched the back of his head embarrassingly. It didn’t help that the group was laughing at his silliness.

The group at the table had stop there activity once they heard Wooyoung crushing on Kim Taeyeon. They couldn’t help but watch the two interacting.

Just in time, Jessica came over and took a seat next to Krystal. She couldn’t help but notice everyone laughing. “What’s going on?” She says to her sister. Krystal jumped up from the sudden question. She turns to face the person and was happy to see her sister back. “unnie!” Krystal shouts, hugging the girl tight.

“Yah, Krystal” She tries pulling away from the younger Jung. “What’s wrong with you?” Krystal cutely pouted at her sister. “Someone’s trying to hit on Taeyeon unnie” she says, pointing at the direction that Taeyeon was at.

Jessica looked over and there she saw Taeyeon standing oh so awkwardly while Wooyoong was talking to her. She unconsciously frowned upon seeing the sight and Krystal couldn’t help but noticed it.

“Should had made the first move when you had the chance” Krystal says quietly, sighing at the sight of Wooyoung flirting with Taeyeon.

Jessica cutely pouted at her little sister’s words. “Shut up, Kry”

She knew she should have. That way no one would have dared to flirt with the girl she loves. Jang Wooyoung was being too troublesome.

Oh Yes! I did see Dandyu Kiss! Ha ha. Taeyeon must have been very proud :) I would have done the same thing. lol

&WOW! Taeyeon's already almost reaching 1Million followers on Instagram! WOW! DAEBAK! LOL!

I can't believe I almost forgot. Sigh.
