Taemin ran as fast as he could and whipped out his phone.

"Yeomseyo Secretary Park! Help me find a Kwon Jooyeon leaving Korea today!" he yelled into the phone.

The surprised secretary Park immediately went to check up with his links. Soon he came back panting.

"Young master? Kwon Jooyeon is leaving Singapore for New York in the 10am flight. Her seat is booked together with a man called Kwon Jiyong." he reported.

Taemin's heart fell.

*Kwon Jiyong? Her Jiyong Oppa? She found her Jiyong Oppa?*

"Will she even want me back if she has her Jiyong Oppa childhood sweet heart by her side?" Taemin asked himself.

He pushed the pedal and the car sped off.

Ruffling his hair frustratedly, Taemin gripped the stirring wheel tight.

"No matter if you're back with Jiyong already or not, please wait for me Kwon Jooyeon. I can't believe I didn't know." Taemin scolded himself. "Please wait for me. I haven't even told you that I loved you."



9:55am

"Can all passengers for flight KA12345 to New York from Seoul please board the plane at gate 22 now."

"Jooyeonnie." Jiyong called and shook her.

Jooyeon broke out of her trance and nodded slowly. "Are you sure you want to go?" Jiyong asked again.

"Im sure Oppa." Jooyeon nodded. "Before we go, let me throw his away."

Jooyeon threw her phone into the dustbin and went back to Jiyong. "That was a perfectly good phone you know that!" Jiyong teased.

"It's the connection back here. I want to break all connections." Jooyeon said determined.

Jiyong patted her head and took her hand. "Good choice Jooyeonnie. Come on, let's go."

Jooyeon followed her brother and went into the gates. She boarded the plane.



9:59am

"Come on faster damn it!" Taemin screamed as the cars in front of him stopped.

He was just 1km away from the airport.

Taemin stretched his neck out of the window and saw that an accident occurred in front.

"Of all times!" Taemin shrieked desperately.

Taemin climbed out of his car and abandoned it, running the rest of the way to the airport.

"Please wait for me Kwon Jooyeon." Taemin pleaded.



10.01 am

"Welcome aboard flight KA12345 to New York from Seoul. The plane is about to take off. Can all passengers please buckle your seatbelts. Thank you."

Jooyeon gazed out of the window and a tear slipped from her eye. Jiyong saw and wiped it away.

"Don't be sad anymore Jooyeonnie. Oppa will be here for you." Jiyong promised.

Jooyeon nodded. "I know Oppa. But it just hurts so much."

Jiyong sighed and placed his sister's head on his shoulder. "You'll forget him soon. Don't worry."

"I hope so too Oppa." Jooyeon closed her eyes, another tear escaping.

Jiyong's heart ached seeing her in this state. *Lee Taemin, I wonder what kind of guy are you to have my sister so head over heels in love with you.*



10:03 am

Taemin burst through the glass door and charged to the board.

"Flight to new York flight to new York.." his eyes scanned the board. "Aha! Flight KA12345 to New York!"

Taemin's eyes dimmed. "Departed?"

DEPARTED.

How he hated that word now.

She left. She really left.

Taemin ran to the windows just in time to see a plane flying off into the skies.

"Jooyeon ah!" Taemin cried, clutching the glass. "Are you on that plane? Please come back to me. Please. I love you."

Taemin broke into tears, ignoring the looks of he other people. He collapsed on his knees and buried his face in his hands.

"I love you so much..."
