Author's POV

As if the nature also want to empathize with everything that happened to everyone, the sky is not as bright as usual, making the atmosphere becoming a bit gloomy yet comforting for everyone to feel at ease for once, soothing every aching heart and hoping every painful memories to be washed away with the small rain. Amber already transferred to her university's hospital and got to the priority class as her parents requested the best for their daughter. The priority class room is the most exclusive room you can ever get in that hospital, it is only 3 rooms available on that floor, Amber is the only one who occupied one of the room since it is a very expensive facility to afford. When you get inside the room, it doesn't really feels like you're at hospital, it's more homey and comfortable for everyone to visit, you'll be greeted by a wide windows where you can see the breath taking views since it is placed in the top floor, the hospital bed placed nearby the window with a curtain that can be closed and opened by a touch of a button, a minimalist yet cozy living room with a sofabed, a coffee table, and a huge LCD TV placed on the wall beautifully, a mini kitchen complete with a refrigerator where can cook a simple meals if you want to, and an extra bed for whoever wants to stay for the night to accompany the patient, it designed similar to a small apartment to make the patient feel more comfortable. In that spacious room, Amber just laying on her hospital bed the back of her hand still have an IV attached too it, she stared blankly to the window, looking at the small dropplets of waters falling down from the skies, making a relaxing sound of the rain. Her mind is still clouded with the traumatizing events that happened in her life, she barely can respond to anything that people asked her but she goes into her high alert mode whenever the nurse trying to change her infuse pack or giving her medicine. She will jolted in scared whenever her skin was touched, she will screamed or cried whenever she tried to close her eyes because she will have a certain nightmares, her eyebags becoming more prominent as the time goes, she feels tired and emotionally drained but she can't really go to sleep even if she wanted to. Yuri and Sooyoung are assigned to be the assistant doctor in charge for Amber as the head doctor of the hospital volunteered to be Amber's doctor. Amber has been treated for a few days and her wound already started to heal quite fast, some of the scratches on her arms and thighs leave a permanent mark as if it is a reminder for Amber on what had happened to her. Krystal and Suzy visited regularly, along with their best friends. Hyoyeon and Sunny also paid a visit sometimes when they're not busy, Jessica always visit her whenever Yuri is currently stationed to keep an eye on Amber, the agents take turns on visiting Amber as they updated Amber's family about the case progress on Seungwon and Woosung. Amber mostly just gave a nod or a thank you to whoever visitor that came to her room bringing flowers or fruits, Victoria sternly reminded everyone who wants to visit Amber not to bring lavender or plumeria because it will triggered Amber's nightmares even worse. The NIS guard has been replaced with the one who can speak english and korea so they can communicate with Mr and Mrs Song easier to ensure a smooth communication between them all.

It was still 10am, Krystal is currently having no class until lunch time is over so she decided to pay a visit to Amber at the hospital, Luna and Sulli couldn't come because they still have class until lunch time. Krystal packed her belongings inside her backpack, she took a small cooler bag that she brought with her, she smiled upon seeing the 3 cups of milk tea and a small box filled with boba are still there and the boba still looks fine. Luna told her about how Victoria made a bubble tea for everyone the day before they rescued her and it seems to be Amber's favorite drink. Krystal has been looking for recipe on how to made that and she did it this morning, she really hoped Amber would like it later on because she might be already bored with the hospital foods. She walks happily towards the hospital as she hums along the way while listening to her favorite songs from her iphone, the nurses smiled at her as she entered the hospital "Visiting Ms Amber again, Ms Krystal?" the nurse asked, Krystal just nodded in excitement as she is about to meet Amber. She went towards the elevator and pressed the button while waiting for the elevator to opened its door so she can get in, she wondered why there are so many people pay a visit at these odd hours. She got pushed further back inside the elevator but she didn't really mind it since she will get out last anyways. One by one people are getting out from the elevator until it is only her and a man, they reached the top level as the door got opened, Krystal skips happily towards Amber's room as she saw the guards and waved to them from afar. The man still tailing on Krystal, earning a suspicious look from the two guards, one of them decided to approach Krystal just in case that man would do something to Krystal. "Ah!" Krystal jolted a bit as she felt her necklace is getting really hot and touches her thin skin under her shirt, she stopped her steps and lowered her head a bit to check on her necklace as she got confused on what's going on with her necklace this time, it glows bright red, as far as she recognize, red means something dangerous will happened to her or to Suzy. Suddenly the man that has been tailing on her grabbed her shoulder harshly, trying to reached for her neck, she saw a glimpse reflection from a silver object before she heard a suppressed gunshot being released from the guard who approach her, a splat of blood stained her face, her clothes and her backpack, she is too shock to registered what just happened to her. A loud thud echoing the empty hallway as the man dropped dead near Krystal's feet, a syringe fully loaded with a clear substance rolled off from his hand, Krystal was just standing there frozen in shocked, she dropped her stuffs as her knees got weakened, her eyes were staring on the dead man that is laying near her feet with his eyes wide opened and a hole on his forehead from the gunshot. After a few moments, Krystal screamed her lungs out, petrified with what happened, the guard already ran towards her to calm her down, Amber who was staring blankly through the window startled with the sudden dolphin like scream from outside her room, she gets more alarmed to her surrounding as she clutched on her bed sheet tightly, afraid of what's really going on. Amber's parents also got alarmed with the scream as they look toward each other in confused before Amber's father decided to check on it. Amber's eyes followed her father's footsteps as he opened the door slowly and peeked his head outside before he rushed outside and the door slowly closed. A dead silence surrounding Amber's room as Amber and her mom waiting for Mr Song to come back inside, Amber's mom already standing beside Amber's bed and put her hand on top of Amber's hand to calm her uneasiness as they both stared to the certain door. The door swung opened, revealed that Mr Song carried a girl on his arms that has been crying in fear, Amber's mom rushed towards her husband as she helped him to put down the girl on the sofa and the girl just cried while hugging Mrs Song tightly. Mrs Song just rubbed her back gently, trying to soothe the girl's heart, Amber's eyes are focused on the crying girl that her dad brought in. "what happened dad?" Amber asked her dad as he walked towards Amber and standing near her protectively "I think a man was trying to do something to her, the guard took him down immediately and he was shot on the forehead. I saw Krystal already crying on the floor, trying to make a distance with the dead man while hugging her both knees so I rushed to get her inside so she wont stare too long to that dead person." He explained as one of the guard opened the door, earning everyone's attention "We have assigned some of our squad to scanned through the perimeter to make sure everyone's safety. We also already informed to the guard that is assigned to tailed on Suzy to keep an eye on her safety more just in case there are more man like him trying to harm Suzy. We identify him as Woosung's man since he got the tattoo on his wrist. Rest assured, we will make sure that everyone is safe." The guard informed as Amber's body got tensed as she heard Woosung's name being mentioned, her heartbeat started to getting faster as a cold sweats formed on her forehead, the guard get inside the room with a cooler bag that Krystal dropped earlier outside before putting it on the coffee table before he excuse himself outside. Amber's mind already wandered somewhere else when Woosung's name being mentioned, she hold unto her shirt and tried to cover her body with her both hands, "Amber, Amber, Amber, hey look into my eyes dear. Don't worry, we're here to protect you okay? no one is going to hurt you." her dad keep calling Amber's name, trying to snapped her out from her spacing out, Amber looked into her father's eyes and started to relaxed as she hugged her father to find comfort, she didn't say anything until she noticed the soft sobs that coming from someone else and not her, she remembered the girl that her dad brought in. "Krystal?" Amber's soft voice calling out for the girl's name, worried can be heard in her voice as she looked to where her mom sitting with the girl that keep hugging her tightly. The girl slowly breaking the hug and diverted her attention to meet Amber's eyes, Amber saw a splat of blood stained her white face skin and her clothes, "yes unnie..?" Krystal answered with her trembling voice while she is trying to wipes her tears and regain her composure back. "I am sorry" Amber said while she frowned as she observed the latter. Krystal just shook her head and said "it's okay unnie.. I am just shocked. It's not the first time I saw a man got shot anyways and no need to say sorry, it's not unnie's fault" her voice still trembling and partly stuffed as she was still sobbing, Krystal reached out her cooler bag and opened it to check on its content, she let out a sigh of relieved as everything is still in one piece, she gave the bag to Amber's mom "I made this for Amber unnie and for Mr and Mrs Song to drink, it's not much but I hope it can make Amber unnie feels better. And I am sorry for your shirt Mrs Song, it got dirty because of me" she wipes her tears again as she tried to smile but she is still scared deep inside.

Amber's mom looked inside the bag and take out it's content with a wide smile on her face "nah~ it's okay, what more important is you're okay. thank you very much Krystal, it's Amber's favorite drink. Victoria used to made it for her, she always loved it. I am sure she would love this one too since you're the one who made it" Amber's mom goes to the mini kitchen counter before she took out 4 glasses and filled it with ice cubes, she brought back the glasses to the coffee table and start dividing the boba and the milk tea evenly into 4 glasses. Amber's eyes never leave the glass as she keep an eye on how her mom poured everything inside the glass, those black pearl sinked on the bottom of the glass, she wanted to taste it, she forgot the nightmare she had just now because of the thing Krystal brought for them. Amber's mom walked with two glasses on her hands, giving it to her husband and her beloved daughter before she went back to take a seat beside Krystal again on the sofa while taking her glass and she sipped the brownish liquid, her eyes widened as soon as the milk tea touch her tastebud "This taste amazing, Krystal! Amber will surely like it" her eyes goes back to Amber that looks really satisfied with her drink, her body is now totally relaxed as she sips on the milk tea. "Thank you Krystal." She said monotonely but Krystal knew Amber really mean it, her necklace turned color into dimmed shade of pink while she saw a glimpse of Amber's necklace glowing subtle blue under the thin hospital gown. The door get a soft knock for a few times before it slowly opened, revealing Suzy and Jia that bowed their heads politely while Amber's mom came to ushered them to sit on the sofa beside Krystal. Suzy immediately throw herself to hug Krystal tightly, Amber's eyes keep staring at the two as she wondered if both of them are okay, she then diverted her gaze to the other one that came in with Suzy, Amber noticed Jia's arm has a small bandage wrapped around it. "Your arm" Amber said with her straight face while pointing on the bandage, everyone else turned to see where Amber was pointing her finger "oh my gosh, what happened to you dear?" Amber's mom check on Jia's condition, Jia tried to hide her arm as she just gave an awkward smile "Ah this. I was just trying to protect Suzy from a man that trying to stab her neck with something. That man got knocked out by an agent that we didn't know
