C H A P T E R T H I R T Y T H R E E

"Minho, let go off me."

Everything seemed so blurry for them. It was not a dream, it is reality. Neither of them really expected this to happen. They will going to tell them, but this is not the right time.

Not right, because their company is in the verge of success. The company just needs another company to help them financially; it will make their business more effective and powerful.

Yuri kept on blaming herself. She and Minho should've done this thing. It's a crap.

"Noona, why?" Minho can't help but to ask the silent Yuri.

"I can't," Yuri sighed, "I wasn't expecting this."

"No one expected this," Minho explained. "I think we should think of ways to solve this one."

"I don't know how! Our parents will be angry at us, of course."

Minho became speechless. He realized that his parents are people of pride, and they will not let go off this issue that easy.

"Let's go home, Minho-ah."

Minho and Yuri entered their house. They saw their dongsaeng eating in front of the television.

"Oppa, unnie! What's wrong?" Sooyoung asked curiously, staring at their doomed faces.

As if fate were playing with them, the door flew open. Sooyoung saw her parents. Their faces were not happy, in fact it was a mixture of anger and frustration.

"Appa, umma! What happened?" Sooyoung, curious as she is, asked her parents. Her appa ignored her, and quickly went to Yuri.

"You! You are so irresponsible!" Mr. Choi shouted at Yuri. To everyone's surprise, she received a hard slap from him.

Yuri then broke into tears. Her appa's hands were really heavy on her. They expressed his real anger at her beautiful face.

"Oppa! What is happening?!" Sooyoung shouted at him. She was clueless.

"Sooyoung! Get out of here! Go in your room!" Mrs. Kwon shouted, pointing at the stairs.

"But! What is happening?!" Sooyoung practically screamed at the top of her lungs.

"This is not your business, Sooyoung. Go in your room." Mr. Choi turned his mood into a soft one when he pleaded Sooyoung to go to the room.

Sooyoung, without further questions, went back to her room with full of shock and confusion.

"This is not what we expected!" Mrs. Kwon shouted, throwing her hands in the air.

"I am sincerely disappointed," Mr. Choi confessed. "Especially to you, Kwon Yuri!"

Yuri, being a melo-dramatic girl and a very emotional young woman, started to cry loud. Minho, strong as he is, decided not to show them his weak side.

"For how long!?" Mrs. Kwon shouted frustratingly, "For how long did you kept this secret?!"

"You are a disgrace in our family!" Mr. Choi changed the topic, pointing at Yuri.

She wanted to eat herself up. She has been receiving death glares from her stepfather, and now, she was the one who caused it all.

"Choi Shindong! Stop pointing at Yuri!" Mrs. Kwon then shouted at her husband. She is hurt at what Mr. Choi had done.

Yuri, being meek, kneeled in front of her stepfather. "Appa, please, I beg you, I'm sorry."

"You are such a disgrace!" Mr. Choi repeated.

Minho then started to lift Yuri up, but she insisted. She wanted to kneel in front of him. He can't do anything; he was afraid.

"Don't blame it all to Yuri! Your son has done something wrong too!" Mrs. Kwon started, protecting her crying daughter.

"Stop this! I know what I'm doing!" Mr. Choi added, "If it weren't for your flirty daughter, Minho could've proposed already to Goo Hara!"

Mrs. Kwon then slapped Mr. Choi hard, "My daughter is not a flirt!"

“Are you protecting your daughter?! How about my son?!” Mr. Choi started to fire up.

“You are the one who keeps on pointing at my daughter! I never said anything about your son!”

It started to be a fiery argument, and the two didn’t do anything. Whatever they do, they will just get rejected.

“I’m out.” The last statement of the argument was blurted by Yuri’s mom. Yuri, crying nonstop, started to get weaker and weaker as she heard her mom left the statement.

“Go out of my house!” Mr. Choi, not controlling his anger, suddenly blurted out.

“We will, don’t worry. The two person that give you disgrace will leave you and your son.”

“Umma,” Yuri, still crying, started to call her mom’s attention.

Mrs. Kwon was busy arranging their things. All of their five luggage bags were on the floor. They will leave the house forever.

“Umma.” She tried again.

“Don’t talk to me,” Mrs. Kwon murmured. It was loud enough for Yuri to hear it.

“Umma, I know you hate me,” Yuri started to cry again. Her soft sobs became strong and wild. Mrs. Kwon then hugged her precious daughter.

“I’m sorry Yul,” Mrs. Kwon said softly. She kept on crying and crying.

“Umma, I’m sorry,” she said between her sobs.

“I know.”

“I am really a disgrace. Appa is right.” Yuri pulled back from the hug.

Mrs. Kwon then wiped her tears. “No, you aren’t.”

Yuri smiled a bit, “You said that because you are my mom.”

“As your mom, I will always be your best supporter. I believe you.”

“Appa, I will marry Goo Hara.”

Minho and Mr. Choi were talking at the rooftop, when Minho decided to agree with his dad.

“Are you sure?” Mr. Choi smiled at him widely.

“I just want to prove to you that Yuri noona is not a flirt. And, I wanted to prove to you that you cannot control my life,” Minho said cooly. He then took a sip of his coffee.

“Stop that. You are being a man.”

“No appa, I’m being the Choi Minho you took care of. I’m being the man you used to be.”

Minho then walked his way to their living room. He saw Yuri and his stepmother having a hard time to pull all their five luggage bags.

“I’ll help you with that,” Minho initiated. He stared at Yuri, but she kept on looking the other way.

“No, it’s alright. Just tell your dad that I will be ready to reconcile with him if he will accept you two truly.” Mrs. Kwon then gave a piece of paper to Minho, “That’s our old house. If you want to visit us, you are free to enter.”

“Umma, let’s go.” Yuri said lifelessly.

“Noona, don’t do this to me,” Minho sadly said, as he pulled Yuri.

Yuri struggled at his grip, “Don’t ever talk to me again.”

With that, Yuri and her mom left the house. Minho was left with nothing.

Sooyoung then walked out of her room. She saw her oppa sitting in the middle of the living room.

"Oppa, where's unnie?"

Minho just looked at her; he was hopeless. 

"Where are they?!" Sooyoung shouted. She then saw her dad walking towards them.

"We are going to live here without them," Mr. Choi said.

"Dad! You are acting nonchalantly! What are you up to?!" Minho shouted at him.

"I am not!" Mr. Choi shouted back. "If you truly love someone, you should follow her! But, in our case, you shouldn't!"

"Appa, isn't that very ironic?!" Sooyoung shouted.

"THIS IS FOR OUR COMPANY!" Mr. Choi bursted. He, being the ever full of pride man of the house, let out his emotions. He was hurt, but he needs to be strong in front of his children.

"Company my ," Minho mummbled as he walked away from the scene.

"You promised me one thing, Minho."

"I know. I am a man of my words, unlike you," Minho said coldly.

Sooyoung then glared at her dad, "Appa, I lost my respect."

Sooyoung then went to her room, and she locked herself there. She kept on crying; for being such a strong girl that lose her respect to her appa, for being the shikshin that made her appa miserable.

Furthermore, she's crying because she badly wants Yuri and her stepmom to stay.

"Appa, I'm sorry," she said between her sobs. It's too late, she thought.

For Mr. Choi, he is the most miserable. He knew his children hate him now, but he needs to do this.

"I need to do this, Minho and Sooyoung. This is all for your own good."

He then dialled the Goo family's phone number.

Minho stared at the ceiling. He kept on mumbling words that even he couldn't understand.

"If I marry Goo Hara, what will happen?" He kept on asking himself.

Follow your heart, Choi Minho. The voice inside of him kept on whispering.

"I'm so confused!" He shot up from bed. His views kept on changing from time to time.

But one thing's for sure. "I will prove to you, Yuri, that you are the only girl for me."

AWWWWWW.
Honestly, I am on the verge of crying while typing this chapter.
This is not the real drama of the story.
