Trust Issues

You assumed that Jongin already scheduled a meeting for Taerin's enrollment for kindergarten. It has the same environment as Taerin's old school which was a great, the only thing that surprised you was the fact that here the little kids need to attend a specific art category for extra curricula? and only high schooler's were suppose to do that T_T but Jongin wanted Taerin to continue ballet and you happily agreed.

Everything seemed to have come into an agreement "Kai-ssi, about the agreement?" one of the teachers asked. *what? agreement??* you thought while turning your attention towards Jongin. "please, for now just keep quiet about my daughter's enrollment. I don't want unwanted attention on my daughter, I just need to settle a few things ~ I'm sorry." 

The teacher continued filling in details on the papers in front of her, giving you an opportunity to talk to Jongin.

You were even more confused ... "ya, what's this promised?? Settle things? unwanted attention?! don't tell me these kids are like those brats on dramas?" you hissed

"you seriously would think I would do that to Taerin?.... no I wouldn't. It's just news could spread really quickly if people found out about you and Taerin. I'm only doing this to protect you both" he replied just before the teacher looked back up

"well you're daughter is now enrolled mr and mrs Kim, and she can start next week. You should give her more time to adjust to the lifestyle here in Seoul" she smiled before getting up and escorting you out of her little office.

While you were talking with one of the teachers, Taerin was inside a classroom, just to get her comfortable for her official first day. As the two of you were walking down the hall you stopped at window that clearly showed Taerin playing with another girl, she was laughing and the two of them were holding hands 

"well I guess Taerin-ah will be alright here??" Jongin claimed

"hm, for now good job kkamjong" you left Jongin and walked inside the classroom were Taerin was "eomma~" she ran up to you and hugged you "aigo ~ is my daughter having fun here with her new friend??" you asked

"eomma, this is Dayoung-ah. Dayoung-ah, this is my eomma oh and that's my appa there!" Taerin-ah pointed at Jongin who was still behind the window. 

Jongin seemed utterly confused and pointed at himself and Taerin confirms it with a nodd "his my appa ^_^ ~" she smiled and waved at Jongin. 

"well it was nice to meet you Dayoung-ah but today Taerin has to leave now but she will be back next week" you informed 

"ne ... annyeong Taerin-ah ~~~ see you next week!" she waved goodbye while you were excusing yourself and Taerin from the teacher inside the classroom. 

"Taerin-ah what were you and that girl talking about?" Jongin asked as the three of you were walking down the hall and out of the entrance to the car park. "Introduced eomma to Dayoung-ah and I introduced you appa" she replied grabbing onto to Jongin's hand. 

"jeongmal? Taerin-ah you've accepted me as your appa?" Jongin looked down and found Taerin-ah nodding with her eyes smiling. "YAAAAAAA ~ TAERIN-AH SARANGHAE!" Jongin pulled Taerin into a hug "I swear to make it up to you from now on ~ jinjja!" he cheered while you were standing still watching the two. 

"eomma ~ aren't you going inside the car?" Taerin-ah suddenly broke your little blank moment. You entered the car with your cheeks flushing. Since you were embarrassed you shifted your attention outside of the window while Jongin was driving.

"now I've settled Taerin's new school, me and Taerin's relationship and now .... Lee Sooman-nim .." Of course children at Taerin's age are innocent. With the sudden truth revealed about who her real father was, she was shocked, just like a reaction any kid would express if they were to find out the father who they've loved since they were born was not really their father but since she's young, she easily forgave and moved on. She accepts Jongin as a father and she's happy with her new school? For once you wish you could just have Taerin's mentality and simply move on ....

"ya ~ are you even listening Hyorin-ah?" Jongin interrupted your deep thoughts

"uhm yeah I'm listening" you replied, Jongin knew you weren't listening and gave you that look "okay, no sorry" you quickly apolosiged "start over again" you requested

"I was just saying that since Lee Sooman-nim so called 'helped' you before I hope that he would help us as a family. I'm actually really nervous today" he confessed "he wouldn't do anything bad right?" he asked

"well, he has been very helpful. I think he will help us. Don't worry I'm here too and-" 

"appa, I'm here too" Taerin-ah finished your sentence

"ahjussi ~" Taerin ran into the arms of Lee Sooman-nim aigo ~ everyone seems to be fond of Taerin-ah. "I'm glad to see you and your eomma and Jongin?" "let's go inside my office first and discuss a few things" he suggested while entering inside his office. 

You gave your ipad to Taerin-ah to play with while you and Jongin talked to Sooman-nim. "From my assumptions ... you guys are together?" he asked

"it's not technically that ... since we're together for Taerin-" 

"we'll get there eventually" you butted in, Jongin turned to you with a 'what was that?' look "we just want the best for Taerin, and you know that I wanted to continue hiding it for a little longer but I couldn't. There has been alot of drama going on recently but we have settled here in Seoul. As the three of us you know .." you explained
