Things Could Get Better Right?

The boys were shocked from Jeongmin oppa's announcement. 

"Since when?" Suho asked

"Before I got arranged for marriage" you interrupted

"four years ago" Greg oppa added

the five boys all "ah" and accepted that "but how come I didn't see you?" Sehun asked

"she left just before you came" Eunybyul eonni answered this time. They all had your back

"well anyways let's eat and hope tomorrow photo shoot will go well ~ we all hope for you to be friends" Greg oppa cheered

and you all got your glasses and cheered with each other. You didn't Jongin would do the cheers with you but he did and you smiled back. 

The dinner ended pretty late, Hyomin was already drunk and so were the other guys ~ you were able to control yourself and called Luhan to pick pick Hyomin up. As Luhan arrived you helped him pull Hyomin up. You stood up to say goodbye to everyone 

"I'll see you guys tomorrow ~" you said and waved as you were walking out the restaurant. 

"HYORIN-AH" someone called

You turned around and saw Jongin trying to catch up. As he caught up you stopped and so did Luhan while he was now giving Hyomin a piggy back

"can we .. walk around a bit and talk" he hesitantly asked

you looked at Luhan and he nodded "just don't come home too late" he asked and went inside the taxi he called. Once the taxi drove of, you and Jongin started walking at the nearby park. You both sat down on the bench and star gazed. 

It was silent for a few minutes until you finally spoke

"I hope we can be friends again" you spoke

"that arrange marriage ... are you happy with it?" he asked

"I am .. my family is important to me" you replied

"and what about that night he asked?" 

"Jongin-ah ... you knew how much you meant to me that time, I gave you literally everything, I gave you myself .." 

"but then why did you agree to it?

You let out a sigh "It was my priority to take the business in the future ~"

"and you have a child now?" 

"I am married, so yes we have a child Taerin-ah" 

"can I see a photo of your family?" he asked and he asked nicely

As you showed him the photo of  Taerin-ah first. Jongin was silent. 

"she's pretty ~ she looks just like you" he commented

"and her father, she has a combination of both" you finished

He looked at you confused and you then showed a couple photo of you and Taemin-ah

"oh.." he realised

*I could have gotten caught just then ..* you thought 

"sorry, I must be drunk thinking of weird stuff" he apologised

"ani, it was just coincidence that you and Taemin look alike, even I find it weird" you reassured

"if only I was him .." he sighed

You looked at Jongin confused ...
