Kris became slightly worried at Jaejoong's call. He knew that Xiumin was going through something, they all knew that from the constant crying the boy had been doing recently. He stared at his phone for a second, trying to decide how he would go about approaching the older when he returned home from his outing with Luhan. The very last time he had to deal with the males he roomed with, was when they had extra classes for promotions. Something about Jaejoong’s call, however, seemed as if this would be more important than whatever previous work he had to do with the boys.   His thoughts went through worse case scenarios to things that could be completely trivial. He didn’t really have intensive conversation with Xiumin. The boy was a great aid in keeping Luhan’s attitude in check, but that was who he really dealt with anyway. He didn’t see Xiumin hanging around any of the other boys for extensive periods of time like he did with Luhan.   He thought back on the boys recent crying fits he had been having. Usually as soon as he came home from his university he would be in a funk of depression. There was nothing he could think too hard about that could be giving the boy trouble, unless…   Kris sat up quickly on the couch. He remembered that Nana was worried about the commercial being release while Xiumin was in school. When she had called a meeting, they discussed what had happened at Xiumin’s university.   It only made sense that the students at the school must have been bothering Xiumin beyond reasonable measures. Maybe people where jeering at him? Maybe they were teasing him or getting him into trouble?    There were so many scenarios to consider. He began to go over more in his head, feeling a slight remorse for not reaching out to Xiumin when he was obviously in pain.   “Thinking too hard?” Yixing walked into the room, plopping down on a seat next to Kris.   “No. Not thinking hard enough,” Kris mumbled. “Did you ever think about talking to Xiumin?”   “I have talked to Xiumin many times. We don’t really share the same opinions though,” Yixing chuckled.   This peeked Kris’s interest, “Oh?” he raised his thick eyebrows, “How so?”   “It’s just a difference in opinions on certain topics. Nothing too deep. Why?”   “Jae gave me a call regarding Xiumin. I was just thinking about whatever it may be that needs handling.”   “Well, it sounds like they are back if the loud ruckus outside the door is anything to judge by,” he laughed.   “You totally were checking her out! Stop lying! You are a man with a baby on the way, I think you should keep your eyes inside their sockets,” Xiumin jested loudly, pointing an accusing finger in Luhan’s direction. The accused boy wore a smug grin on his face, seeming higher than Xiumin’s accusing tone.   “I think you are just jealous she was checking me out over you,” Luhan smirked.   Xiumin stomped his feet like a toddler while trying not to laugh too hard, “I am jealous!”   “As you should be,” the one who thought he was higher smirked and walked through the front room right pass an entertained Kris and Yixing into the kitchenette.   Xiumin took notice of both Kris and Yixing, “See what I have to deal with?”   “Yeah, I feel sorry for you,” Kris answered quickly.   “I feel sorry for me too,” Xiumin replied good naturedly with a jeer on his lips.   “Do you mind if I speak to you in private?” Kris asked, not wasting more time than what was necessary.    Xiumin gave a weary look, “Um, sure, but I have to get ready for my clients tonight.”   “As do I, but it will be quick,” he gestured for Xiumin to follow him out of the suite into the hallway.       ~~~~~~~~~~       Jongdae settled with Bermuda shorts a white shirt and black vest.    He couldn’t believe he even had to worry about what he wore while meeting Lyn. It’s like his brain just decided to make him feel nervous, tense, and excited all at one time.   He felt alive.   Alive with emotions he hadn’t felt since…since…   Well, since his aunt.   He cringed when he even thought about it, how naive he was…is.    If there was one thing Jongdae could do, was not lie to himself. Sure he can be tricked, bamboozled, brainwashed, misled, and broken.   But once his eyes are open to certain measures, he is willing to change, even if it hurts. He was never one to get into a depression that made him drink his thoughts away,  or wonder what it would be like to end it all. If anything he would end someone else before he ended himself.    After his intense emotional battle of three years, overcoming ual abuse, failing to love his mother properly, becoming a e because that was all he thought he was good at, receiving therapy, finding what he thought was a friend in Kris, rekindling a semblance of a relationship with his mother, losing the only per

Chapter 29: Aaaw Lyn and Jongdae, I think they're "progressing" on becoming closer..
And the more further I get in this story, the more I realize/think Nana is so selfish and vain. She may be fare when it come to salaries, but at the end it's just all about her..
