Chapter 36
The Presidential Son: Senior Year
Narrator’s POV
Myungsoo went down to see the other members of his group.
“Oh, hyung.” Sehun nodded at him. He sat beside Sungyeol.
“How’s Rinnie?” Sehun asked.
“She’s fine.”
“I hope you get rid of that Byunghun guy hyung.”
L looked at the younger male.
“Wae?” Sungyeol chuckled.
“Because….I have a feeling that he’s hiding something.” Sehun shrugged.
Haerin sighed and looked around as L.joe drove around the city.
“You had your car….towed here?”
L.joe nodded.
“Reminds me of Kai.” She chuckled.
“Let me get this straight, you live with Kai, Jiyeon’s ex,”
Haerin nodded.
“Then, the guy from the hospital, whom I had a fight with…..he does Wushu, right?”
“That’s Tao ge ge.”
“And then, the tall one who doesn’t have expressions?”
“Yeah, that’s Sehun.” Haerin nodded. L.joe chuckled.
“What’s funny?”
“Doesn’t your boy friend get annoyed by that fact?”
“Ani. He’s okay with it, they all know each other.”
“That’s the place.” L.joe nodded toward the small store located inside Bucheon’s fish market.
L.joe’s POV
This girl, wont step in the place. It’s a fish market, and I don’t think girls like Haerin~
“Come on.” She jerked her head and went in.
And of course, I forgot, she was different from all the girls I’ve met.
“Hold this.” She muttered and handed me the folder with her pen.
“Ahjumma, do you sell everyday?” She asked the old woman.
“Yeah, of course we do, but usually……..the sales are better on weekends.”
“Ah, yes. Then, if you don’t mind me asking, do you get your ingredients from the fishermen or the sellers inside the market?”
The ahjumma smiled.
“You must be the students from that rich school huh?”
Haerin bit her lip and looked at me.
“We’re from Daehan, ahjumma.” I said. She smiled.
“We get our fish from the sellers here.”
Haerin smiled.
“Then, thank you for answering us.” She bowed before leaving.
Narrator’s POV
“Five days.” Hoya sighed. Haerin chuckled as she entered the house with L.joe behind her.
“I heard that oppa.”
Hoya pouted at her.
“How’s L doing?”
L.joe’s brows furrowed as he heard his name.
“He said he was fine and they arrived safely.” Haerin nodded, then L.joe tugged on her bag.
“Yeah?”
“Hand me the notes you took down earlier.”
“Why?”
“I’ll arrange it while waiting for dinner.” He said with his face void of any expressions. Haerin smiled.
“Way of paying back?” She chuckled as she took out the papers from her bag.
“Think whatever what you want.” L.joe rolled his eyes at her and went up with a smile on his face.
And Chunji just had to see that, he just came from the kitchen.
“This idiot is in love with her.” He muttered before heading up.
