Narrator’s POV
 

L.joe glared at Jiyeon.

“But….I wanted to talk to Chunji~”

Chunji looked away.

“You’ve done enough Jiyeon-ah, leave.” Chunji said carefully.

“But oppa~”

“I TOLD YOU TO LEAVE, YOU CHEAP !” L.joe stood up, making the chair fall on the floor.

It suddenly became quiet, everyone looked at them.

“What are you doing?” Someone stepped in front of Jiyeon.

Kai stood up as soon as she realized whom the girl was. Haerin looked confused, but then she realized who the girl is.

“It’s Jiyeon.” She said as she looked at her friend.

“Does Kai still like her?” Myungsoo asked.

“I don’t know~”

“Who are you?” L.joe’s voice was audible.

Haerin stood up.

“Who gave you the right to call her that?” Kai hissed.

“Oh, her?” L.joe smirked.

Kai grew more irritated at him.

“Kai, chill.” Haerin pulled his hand. Byunghun looked at her in puzzlement.

“You’re just new here, it’s not your territory.” Kai said.

“Really? Then will you show me whose territory this is, rich boy?”

Kai stepped forward.

“Jongin stop it.” Haerin said firmly as she placed both of her palms on his shoulders. Jiyeon was behind them, crying.

“Cut it out, L.joe.” CAP stood up from his seat and pulled his friend. Haerin looked at Byunghun before leaving with Kai.

Your POV

“Kai, I~”

“Shut up.” He snapped before leaving.

“Why did you have to step in?” Jiyeon said.

“Jiyeon-ah….”

“He was defending me! How could you?!”

“We both know how he is~”

“You just like to get everyone’s attention, Park Haerin, you’re the cheap~”

“Let’s not go there, Miss Jiyeon.” Myungsoo stood in front of me.

“I don’t know what your reason is but please stop bothering Kai and Haerin just stopped a potential fight that could cost Kai’s and your diploma.”

“Big trouble.” I muttered as we sat on the grass.

Myungsoo nodded, then his head was on my lap.

“Ya!”

“Just stay put.” He said.  I smiled as I traced his nose and eyebrows.

“Good looking, gangster-nim.” I smiled.

“What happened between Kai and Jiyeon?”

“Jiyeon….was Kai’s first love. It has been two years ever since they….separated.”

“Why is Kai mad at her?”

“She left him for another man, she cheated on him.” I replied. Then something clicked.

How does she know Byunghun?

Why was Byunghun also mad at her?

Was Byunghun the other man?

Myungsoo sat up. I felt his palm on my cheek.

“Things are running on your mind.”

 “It’s nothing.” I shook my head.

“Haerin-ah?”

“Hmm?” I asked as I leaned on him.

“Would you like to go out this weekend?” He asked.

“What about your guards~

“Don’t mind them, are you free?”

“I am.” I nodded.

“Then, let’s go out.”

“Ramen?” I asked. He chuckled and kissed my forehead.

“As always.”
