Shoot. Why does she have to be here too?

Kai faced her with hatred in his eyes. Myungsoo stood up straightly.

“Is something wrong?” He whispered lowly.

“I’ll….tell you later.” I replied. Even his friends felt the change in the atmosphere.

“Oh…Jieyeon-ah.” I smiled.

She smiled at me then she looked at Kai.

“Let’s go.” Kai spun his back to her. I felt Sehun push me.

“Kai, let’s talk.”

Narrator’s POV

Jiyeon pulled his arm back. Kai glared at her.

“There’s nothing to talk about.”

“Kai, I’m sorry~”

“Let’s go.” He said as she shrugged her off. Myungsoo just pulled Haerin away along with Sehun.

Haerin arrived at Infinite’s dorm. Kai was outside talking with the other guys. He was acting normally, but he was drinking a lot. She sighed as she crossed her arms.

“Who was that girl?” Myungsoo asked as he sat beside her.

“Someone from Kai’s past.” She replied.

“Oh, what happened to Ji ae?”

Myungsoo tensed.

“She’s still studying at Daehan.”

Haerin nodded and she yawned.

“Sleepy, agasshi?”

Haerin nodded. Myungsoo opened his arms and pulled her so she could lean on him.

“Rest for a while, dinner will be ready soon.”

“Earlier…” Myungsoo started. He just had to ask, it bothered him a little.

“Hm?”

“That guy from the haunted house…”

“Ah, Lee Byunghun? He’s a new student.”

Myungsoo nodded.

“Are you two close?”

“Ani, he seems to be distant. But somehow he’s like you too.”

Myungsoo frowned a little.

“He’s an ice prince.” She chuckled as she played with the sleeve of his coat.

Everyone was eating, but Sehun noticed that his hyung drank more then he should. Even Sunggyu was a little bothered by it.

“Kai, I think that’s enough.” Haerin said as she gently took the glass from him.

“Rinnie, I’m not yet drunk~”

“You are. Sehun, get the car.” She said as Tao helped her pull Kai up. Kai wobbled slightly with the help of Tao he finally stood up.

“I’m sorry, we need to go. Kai isn’t feeling well, oppa. Anyway, thank you for the meal.” She said. Myungsoo stood up.

“Ah, geurae, you take care, Haerin.” Sunggyu squeezed her shoulder before she left.

“I’ll pick you up tomorrow.” Myungsoo said as he made her face him. Haerin gave him a small nod as she placed her jacket on.

“Arasso.” She said, Myungsoo smiled and gently wrapped his arms around her.

“Good night, agasshi.”

“Night night.” She grinned as she let go and walked to the car. Myungsoo waved as the car left. Then as soon as they were out of his sight, he corssed his arms.

“Lee Byunghun.” He muttered before going back to the house.
