Chapter 31
The Presidential Son: Senior Year
Narrator’s POV
Ji ae watched in glee as she saw Haerin walk with Teen Top on their way to school. She quickly took pictures of them. She smirked as she kept the camera in her bag.
“I’ll get rid of you.”
Haerin closed her eyes briefly as she took down notes on her binder. L.joe kept on looking at her.
“You’re sick.”
“Aniya, just a little headache, I’m fine.”
L.joe sighed and looked away.
“Are you prepared for that Bucheon project?” Haerin asked him. L.joe shook his head. She chuckled.
“I was expecting~”
She collapsed.
L.joe reached for her before she could hit the cold hard floor. The students inside the room gasped. L.joe frowned and swiftly lifted her up.
Myungsoo stood up and grabbed his jacket.
“Sir, I’m sorry but we were given orders not to let you~”
“Move.” His voice was cold.
“Sir, we have~”
“Move.”
The guards looked at each other, Myungsoo pushed them aside and dashed for the exit.
“Kim Myungsoo, you stay right there!”
It was his father’s voice.
“You are not going anywhere.”
“Haerin collapsed just now.” He said.
“I’m sure she’s going to be fine, you are not allowed to leave the house.”
“But, abeoji~”
“This talk is over, now got back to your room.”
Myungsoo slammed the door shut.
L.joe sat beside the bed inside the clinic. His brows furrowed together. He didn’t know why but he was worried.
He knew he cared for her more than he should, but……to him, it doesn’t matter anymore. He just wanted her to be safe.
“Why is Myungsoo not yet here?” Kai’s voice was heard. L.joe looked up.
“Oh, he must be the one whot brought her here.” Tao nodded and shook the man’s hand. Kai looked away as he remembered whom the guy was.
“Hyung, you watch over Rinnie. I’ll call Chanyeol hyung.”
L.joe’s POV
Haerin’s friend sat down on the chair.
“Are you her classmate?” He asked. I nodded.
“Thank for helping her.”
“No problem.”
“But you don’t know Myungsoo right?” He asked.
“Myungsoo? No.”
“Oh, he’s Haerin’s boy friend.” He said.
What is he trying to say?
“Wait, I’ll show you a picture of how he looks like.” He stood up and grabbed the newspaper on the table.
He’s on the paper?!
“Here, this is him.” He pointed and handed me the paper.
Kim Myungsoo.
Wait.
“He’s…the…” I looked up.
“Yeah. Kim Myungsoo.”
“The president’s son?” I blurted.
“Yeah, I thought you two knew each other already.” He shrugged.
