Chapter 32

TOP’s POV

I settled myself at the YG van as I waited for Bommie.

I really want to go with her at the presscon but she told me to stay here.

She won’t take long she assured me and now I can see her approaching the van.

I opened the door for her and waited for her to settle down before I spoke.

 

“I gave what you want. Now give me what I want.” She said before I could speak.

“What do you want?” I asked in curiosity as I caressed her cheeks.

“My freedom.” She answered.

 

‘My freedom.’

‘My freedom.’

‘My freedom.’

 

My ears suddenly can’t hear anything except for the echoing voice of her.

Did I hear it right?

Her freedom???

I think I opened the door for a wrong girl.

I looked at her and saw it’s her, Bommie.

 

My hand dropped off her face as I tried to compose myself.

I froze to my sit as I gulped.

 

 

“Mwo-mworag-oo?” I managed to speak as my throat became dried.

“I want my freedom… From you... From us… From everything...” She answered with no hint of joke.

“What’s happening???” I tried to calm down.

“I acted like everything’s not a big deal when in fact it’s breaking my heart.” She said as she held back her tears.

 

 

I clenched my jaws.

This can’t be happening.

Everything is fine between us.

Tiffany you’ll pay for this!

 

 

“My heart tells me no, but my mind says it should be done..” She added as she wiped her tears.

“4 years Park Bom… 4 years… You’ll just throw it away?” I can’t help it anymore.

“I didn’t took it for granted Seung Hyun. Y-y-you wasted it. You didn’t value what I gave you!” she’s crying already.

“You know how sorry I am…” I trailed off.

“You said you’ll never let me go.” I added.

“I-I already gave you everything T-tabi…. J-j-just like you said, I gave you love, chances, and p-patience.” She covered to prevent her sobs.

“I just w-w-want this… For now…” she continued.

“No girl wants her love to be kept as a s-s-secret.” She added before she got off the van.

 

I was left there alone. Hanging.

Dumbstruck.

Broken.

I can’t believe it.

She broke up with me.

 

 

‘Yes Seung Hyun. You deserve it. You didn’t valued what she gave you. You ruined everything. Let her go already. Don’t hurt her anymore. Please.’

 

 

She gave up on me. I didn’t even know what to say right now.

I lost everything I believed in, my happiness, my strength, and my life.

Well I guess happy ever after doesn’t exist.

Especially to me.

 

 

I’m the man who had everything.

I’m the man who had the best.

Now I’m the man who has no worth.

The man who let the most precious treasure became a waste.

It seems like dying would be the best option right now.

 

 

 

Bom’s POV

‘Tabi please follow me.’

 

 

‘Tabi please don’t let me go.’

 

 

‘Tabi… don’t let me do this.’

 

 

‘Tabi please follow me.’

 

I wiped my tears as I waited for him to follow me or stop me from leaving.

I even waited in my car.

He didn’t even stop me.

I guess he’ll be moving on.

“Unnie…” Chaerin greeted me as I went inside our pad.

I guess they watched the live broadcast and they’re worried sick about me.

 

“Is Minji here?” I asked them.

“She went home. Her grandma is sick.” Dara answered.

 

 

That’s good, Minji is not here.

I don’t want her to see me like this.

She’s too young to see a broken hearted unnie like me.

 

 

“Are you okay Bommie?” Dara asked me as I sat on the couch.

“I’m not okay.” I answered them.

“Today I denied our relationship a-a-nd………..I broke up with him also.” I added.

“Tough day isn’t it?” I asked as tried to smile but my tears fell as I keep on trying.

“I don't need a perfect relationship, I just need someone who won't give up on me.” I continued.

“But he did gave up on me. Am I not worth fighting for?” I can’t help my tears from rolling out of my eyes.

 

“Unnie… please don’t cry…” Chaerin told me as she wiped my tears.

“I love him so much that I’ll take him back if he only stopped me from leaving me.”

“I know I’m stupid.” I tried to laugh.

“Bom stop. You look so fake.” Dara told me.

I looked at her and saw she’s almost tearing up.

 

 

“He’s the stupid one unnie! He already got the best but he chose to let you go!” Chaerin exclaimed trying to co,fort me.

“See I’m the best!” I bit my lower lip to prevent from sobbing.

Them seeing me tear up is enough. I don’t want them to hear me sob or wail.

“I want to rest. It’s been a long day.” I told them as I stood up and entered my room.

 

 

I slumped down the floor and hugged my knees.

I didn’t know that giving too much love causes too much pain.

That boy who gives me butterflies in my stomach.

He’s not mine anymore.

 

 

Decisions are made. I have to stand up for it now.

But tonight, let be this my night. I’ll just cry for tonight.

After this I’ll be fine.

I’ll smile again like nothing happened.

Tonight I’ll cry my heart out.

Tomorrow I’ll laugh my heart out.
