"Baekhyun ge! Baekhyun-ge, please? I promise I'll be good." Baekhyun pressed his forehead again the door in sorrow, hating that he had to lock Tao away. "Tao, please don't make this any harder then it has to be." Baekhyun pleaded from the other side of the door. Silence fell upon him for what seemed like forever then a loud bang rumbled the door. Baekhyun knew that Tao was trying to kick the door down. He also knew Tao was crying, he could hear him sniffling and attempts at muffling his sobs. Baekhyun turned his back to the door and slid down onto the floor, trying his best not to cry for doing this to Tao but he knew it couldn't be helped.   All of the boys were blindfolded outside and once they were able to see again, they were in the middle of a huge white room. They all hugged and scrambled together but the first thing Tao and Baekhyun noticed was their mates were nowhere to be seen. As the mysterious men dressed in white guided them to sit on the large white plush bench that circled around a elevated platform, Baekhyun laced his fingers with Tao's and gave a supportive squeeze. Tao weakly smiled down at Baekhyun and clung to his side as they made their way over to the others. Once Baekhyun and Tao settled in between Suho and Sehun, they turned their attention to the platform, where Heechul stood. "Before any of you try to blast my head off, I'd like to explain why we've brought you here." Baekhyun rubbed his thumb against the back of Tao's hand to reassure him that he was still there for him. Tao looked over to him and gave a weak smile, knowing the other must be hurting just as much as he was.   "I will start from the beginning since I'm sure most of you do not know the whole story. When EXOplanet was born, it was given the Tree of Life. Since the Tree of Life could not nurture itself, it created the twelve forces plus the four gods to balance the twelve. The Gods, Heartless, Mindless, Careless and Mama. The original twelve bred among themselves to create the race of EXOtics but unfortunately, some had doubts about our ways. A civil war erupted, those who did not follow our traditions were shunned and thus came Anonymous. They were strong, they knew our secrets, and they casted an evil which covered the Tree of Life and its heart slowly grew dry. The forces went into immediate action, splitting the heart in half and among themselves. Time was overturned and space turned obscure. The legends divided into two, creating another world that seemed similar to their original home so they could hide way. The legends traveled apart. They saw the same sky but stood on different ground, stood on the same ground but saw different skies. It has been over 1,000 years since that day and almost a year ago, the grounds met in a single file yet saw two different skies and the legends were meant to greet each other once more. The day that the evil purifies, the twelve will reunite into one perfect root and a new world shall open up."   Everyone in the room was quite as if they were absorbing the new information they had just gotten. Heechul waited a good moment until he continued to speak. "We are the Paladians of Exoplanet, the guardians if you will. We make sure no one disrupts for mission but unfortunately  it's not the case. One of our own Gods has come and teamed with Anonymous." The boys exchanged a worried look among themselves and Suho was the first to speak. "You can't expect us to win against a God can you? Two of us have yet to even print." Heechul nodded, fully understanding where Suho was coming from. "Yes, that is why we're here." Heechul gestured to the rest of his team. "We're here to assist you." The boys nodded and then a single hand rose into the air. Heechul looked at the boy and immediately knew what the boy wanted to ask. "Yes, Zitao?" The boy lowered his hand and squeezed Baekhyuns hand slightly. "Where are Kris and Chanyeol?" All eyes shot to Heechul who looked at s for support. They all nodded, knowing this was hard news to give and with a deep breath, Heechul turned back to the boys. "Along with two of our members, they have been abducted by Anonymous."    Tao's hand squeezed Baekhyun's tightly but he couldn't even feel anything, his body became numb with fear. Suho quickly moved to their sides and demanded answers. "What do you mean abducted?! How could this have happened? Weren't your men to take responsibility over them?!" Heechul nodded in confirmation but spoke soon after. "Yes, but as I said, two of our own men were abducted as well. Our own leader was taken from us. Together we shall devise a plan to retrieve our four missing party members." Everyone was quick to nod besides Tao, who quickly stood up. "There's no time for this! We have to save them now!"  Suho quickly stood up and placed a hand on Tao's shoulder but it was quickly swatted away. "No one try to stop me!"  Tao cried out as he grabbed the nearest lamp, a tall and narrow one, and held it as if it were a staff. Baekhyun knew he was the only one who could stop Tao without hurting him. The smaller boy looked up and frowned once he saw Tao, tears in his eyes while trying to fight off half the room to get to the door. He could only sigh softly as he stood up and concentrated on what he wanted his power to do. Within seconds, Tao dropped to the floor, screaming while clawing at his eyes.    "I'm sorry I had to take away your sight, Tao." Baekhyun whispered, turning his face to the door. "It's okay..."
