Winter isn't really a season I favor the most. Snow blocks up driveways and pathways, the temperature that gets too cold to be bearable and not being able to go out because of those two reasons. But sometimes I'm able to look past those situations and appreaciate the winter weather. Drinking hot chocolate that's perfect for the weather, sales in my favorite shops and the festive atmosphere.

I used to celebrate with Yoojung only since my parents were always gone and I'm always alone with our home staff. This year was different with the previous years of Christmas I spent before. It felt good to have new company this year to experience new things with. Though it's not much, my Christmas felt less lonely. And I'm thankful for that. Even if our friendship didn't really begin with good intentions, being able to meet and be friends with people like them made me happy.

 
"Are you warm?" Woojin asked as we slowed down from running.

 
"Warm enough. You?" I asked back.

 
"Yup" he replied, as we stopped infront of an american style diner.

 
"Are we here? Is this it?" I asked, pointing to the diner.

 
Woojin nodded in answer.

 
"Do they have soup here? Or anything warm to eat?" I asked again, as Woojin pushed the door open for the both of us. We stepped in the diner and saw that there were already lots of people inside.

 
"Yeah, they do. You like chicken noodle soup, right?" He responded.

 
"Have you been doing your research on me?" I teased as we entered further into the diner, still tightly holding hands so that we don't lose each other in the crowd of people inside the diner.

 
"Research sounds too overboard. I'd prefer to call it asking Yoojung" he shrugged.

 
"And why do you need to know about that?" I laughed.

 
"Incase we went on a date" he winked with a laugh.

 
"What do you mean--" my question was interrupted when a set of voices called out to us.

 
"There they are!"

 
"What took you guys so long?"

 
"What the-- Park Woojin?!"

 
"They're holding hands?!"

 
Woojin and I entered the booth secluded by thin borders that separated us from the other booths.

 
"Hey guys" I greeted, discreetly unwrapping my hands from Woojin's grip, acting unfazed from their comments. I resisted the feeling of loss when the warmth of Woojin's hands disappeared as I let go. 

 
"Dude your hair--" Youngmin began.

 
Woojin scratched his head with a sheepish smile.

"Surprise...?"

 
"Oh my... DaIn you did his for him?" Yoojung asked.

 
"It looks good hyung!" Daehwi complemented.

 
"C'mon guys, let them remove their coats and take a seat. The questions can come after" Donghyun interrupted.

 
"Thanks" I breathed in relief, freeing my self from my bag and coat.

 
Woojin reached out his hand, offering to take my things. I gladly accepted and handed my coat and bag to him before taking a seat in one of the spaces left out for me and him.

 
"Okay is it just me, or were they gone so long that they're acting couple-y?" Youngmin asked.

 
"Uhm?" I asked in disbelief.

 
"So have you guys ordered yet?" Woojin asked, changing the topic, as he took a seat beside me.

 
"Yeah. We ordered for you and Yoojung ordered for DaIn, since you guys took so long" Donghyun answered, saving us from more questions from Youngmin.

 
"Oh, thanks. Ugh I'm so thirsty now because we ran around so much" Woojin complained.

 
"Yeah, but still had the energy to participate in a dance off" I snorted.

 
"Well, I do need to use the comfort room. Want me to get you some water?" I offered.

 
"That'll be nice. Just make sure it isn't toilet water you give me" he narrowed his eyes.

 
I scoffed. "Who do you think I am?"

 
"I'll be back real quick. Oh, Daehwi where are the comfort rooms?" I asked, turning towards Daehwi.

 
"Actually, I think I need to use the comfort room too. I'll come with you" Donghyun answered, though the question was directed towards Daehwi and not him.

 
A look of surprise appeared in my face but I accepted nevertheless. 

 
"Sure" I answered as I stood up, ignoring the looks that Yoojung and Woojin sent.
 

We exited the booth, as Donghyun led the way. The comfort room wasn't as far as I thought when we arrived.

 
As I was about to enter, I saw Donghyun lean against the wall near the entrance to the males' restroom.

 
"Aren't you going to go in?" I asked.

 
"I lied. I didn't need to use the comfort room. I need to talk to you. But you go and do your business first. I'll be waiting here outside" he said.

 
I nodded slowly before entering the comfort room. I quickly did my business partly with the thought of Donghyun wanting to talk to me about something again and partly because Woojin might be waiting so long to get a sip of water.

 
I washed my hands and headed out of the comfort room to find Donghyun still in the same spot.

 
"That was fast" he snorted.
