Jinri's POV

This is the 8th dinner I have thrown away for the past one month. Sehun and I got married a month ago, but there wasn't any fanciful wedding that girls dream to have. It was merely a registration to declare us as husband and wife officially. Honestly speaking, I couldn't stop feeling butterflies in stomach as my status converted from Ms to Mrs. Even though there isn't any wedding, I was still feeling all fuzzing from marrying Sehun oppa. Of course, I had to hide my excitement. Afterall, I am not supposed to show that I am deep in love with Sehun oppa. 

The first few days of marriage, Sehun oppa made the first step in bonding with Sera. He ate with her and talked to her, although Sera was still a little awkward around her father. I told Sera that he could call Sehun oppa 'appa' and I couldn't even describe how happy Sera was. The first time Sera called Sehun oppa appa, Sehun oppa was shocked, but I could tell that he loves the way our cute little daughter greeted him with her adorable voice.

Things were progressing well between Sera and Sehun oppa. He was learning to be a great father, which I find it admirable. 

But soon, work was consuming Sehun oppa a lot and he rarely spends his time with Sera or at home. I would leave some food for him just in case he gets hungry after coming home from work but I will always find the leftover untouched when I woke up to prepare breakfast the next morning. Disappointment sank in me, but at the same time, I can't help to feel worried over him neglecting his own health for work. 

"Eomma, when is appa coming home?"

I felt a nudge at my leg and I bent down to hug my daughter. 

"Sera miss appa?" I asked.

Sera nodded with a pout. It has been two nights since Sehun oppa came home no doubt, Sera misses him as they have only started to get closer. If Sehun oppa doesn't go home, then I will go look for him with some freshly-made bento. 

After sending Sera to childcare, I headed over to Sehun's company before my shift starts in the afternoon. Not seeing his face for two days, I realised I miss Sehun oppa a lot. We don't talk much at home; our marriage happened solely because of Sera but I really hope that one day we can be a real happy family. 

"Hi, may I look for Oh Sehun?" 

The receptionist smiled and asked politely, "Sorry miss but did you make any appointment with President Oh?"

"Appointment?" I shook my head, "No I didn't... But I know him on a personal level."

"Then I am sorry, you have to make an appointment before you can meet our President Oh," The receptionist flashed an apologetic look to me. 

"But I am his wife..." I mumbled under my breath and it seemed like the receptionist heard my words as she let out a giggle, as if mocking me.

"Miss, I think you are looking for the wrong person. Our president is not married, but he is currently engaged," The receptionist informed me, causing me to look like a lost sheep.

"But I-"

"Good morning Mr Oh and Ms Bae."

The receptionists and other staff at the first level greeted and bowed to the people behind me. I spun my body around to see Sehun oppa entering the building; not alone, but with Joohyun eonni next to him and their hands entwined. The silver shiny bands on their fingers caught my attention and that's probably the reason why Sehun and I don't own our own wedding rings - Sehun oppa and Joohyun eonni are still wearing their engagement rings.
