School was unusually quiet as Iseul walked down the path; the only sound was her stick scraping across the ground in front of her. As she passed the main gate, the loud sound of screaming girls hit her ears and she frowned. What the hell was all the fuss about? 
Iseul rolled her eyes and walked a bit faster, people jumping out of the way of her and her stick. 

Just as she thought the noise of fangirling girls couldn't get any louder, her stick knocked into something. She tapped it against the object. 

"Whoever that is, get out the way." 

There was no movement but a small chuckle instead. Iseul smacked her stick against the persons ankle. She was not in the mood for this today. She smacked them again. 

"Aish! Stop hitting me!"

"Who is that?!"

The two were shouting now.

"You'd think you'd at least recognise my voice!"

"YAH! Don't make fun of me! Who the hell is it?!"

There was silence except from the boy laughing at her. Then complete silence.

A tickle of breath by her ear.

"Hansol."

No....seriously?! She turned so fast and smacked into 'Hansol'. 

"Really?! It's you?!"

"Really. It's me." 

He took her hand and pulled it up to his face, letting her see him. 

"After so long....I've missed you!" 

Iseul flung her arms around him and he did the same, laughing.

Hansol and Iseul. Best friends since the age of 2. When Hansol became a trainee and debut, they couldn't talk. He had been there for her when her parents 'left' and she lost her sight. It had been 3 years.

But a firm hand pulled Iseul away after not long and she stumbled back into the solid figure. She recognised his smell. 

"Kookie!" 

"Who's this? Why are you hugging?"

"I told you about him....its Hansol. My best friend."
