Defying Sehun
Basically, he did avoid me for the next days. It had been two days already since our last silent war interaction or whatever that was and as part of the deal, he didn’t bug me. I felt so happy but also, very anxious because the said ‘hang-out’ with the ‘cool kids’ was already on Friday and it was Wednesday today so I’m pretty much doomed. Time runs so fast when you’re happy. Why is that? It was already my second to the last subject and my anxiety’s growing much stronger as time passes.
When I had my free time, I found a way to save the pictures I had of them in my laptop just to be sure. I know that bastard would find a way to get my phone out of my hand. I made sure that no one would see the picture so I hid it in a folder that only I know where in my documents it was located. Now I’m pretty confident with my backup plan but I also know they’re not stupid enough to know that I have another copy. Basically, if they get my phone, they would eventually realize that I have more copies and they would do what it takes to delete it all.
You’re so brilliant, Eunmi, you need a hug from Einstein.
Going back to class, I raised my hand amidst the teacher’s discussion to ask for permission because I badly need to pee. Plus, I need to get myself some water from the drinking fountain since my throat’s feeling a little dried up lately. Partly because of the anxiety I’m feeling.
The teacher nodded her head and I scurried away to the restroom. My bladder was killing me already. I wanted to curse the teacher after our break, Mr. Kim. He was the teacher before my current subject. Well, the thing about him was that he doesn’t let students go out, even if it would mean our bladder’s going to explode. Once he comes in, we will have to wait an hour before we could go the restroom. him.
I felt relief as I finished off (lol that sounds y). I fixed myself in front of the mirror and headed straight outside to the drinking fountain. I have my own jug so I wouldn’t have to buy multiple bottled waters. People would always mistake my resourcefulness for being cheap. Pretty dumb, I’m telling you. If there is a simpler way then why make it complicated. The money I save from bringing my own jug could be spent on something better.
I drank first before putting water in my jug and felt fresher. Water, really, is my best friend. As I was enjoying the cold water running through my throat, there was a slight tap on my shoulder. I didn’t give much attention but I raised my left hand to signalize that I wasn’t finish yet and that they had to wait. I was still enjoying it when, suddenly, the taps were continuous. Irritation started to eat me up as I, then, stood up
