Thirty Five – The Hug

I should be happy; extremely happy when the old Nini is back to me. The sweet, caring and understanding Kim Jongin is already back – but I feel like something’s wrong? Is it because I made mistake?

Is it because I feel guilty towards him?

Right after I thought about the guilty, two people that turned me to be this mess are right in front of my door. What the hell are they doing here? And thanks goodness, Jongin decided to just straight back to home. Or he would misunderstand again to me.

“I have to talk with you.” Sehun approached me, but I stopped.

“Do you really need to bring Chanyeol with you?”

“I didn’t mean to bring him, he is just following me around all day long!”

Chanyeol who just casually standing with both of his hands on his pocket, looking at me with his signature wide smile. “I just don’t know what to do and followed this guy.”

“Listen, I swear I didn’t do anything to you on the bed! We… made out in the club, but that’s all.”

After that, Chanyeol suddenly looked at his phone as it’s rang – and he suddenly grabbed my wrist dragging me inside. “Jongin told you to come out, I’m going to hold her here.”

My heart skipped a beat when I heard his name. So, he’s still here? And he probably saw Chanyeol’s car? ! Jongin and Sehun shouldn’t fight, and that shouldn’t be because a priceless girl like me. Just, no.

I tried to catch him, but Chanyeol’s holding me tight. So tight that my wrist hurt so bad. “Chanyeol, please let me go. I have to stop them!”

“They have to clear this thing, just don’t disturb them.”

And when he’s weak enough for me to escape, I quickly ran to the front of the building. My mind was on a total mess that I couldn’t even think properly. I just ran to without thinking what I have to do when I arrived.

Chanyeol grabbed my wrist again when I was about to approach Sehun and Jongin. I couldn’t hear them clearly, but I felt that they’re tensed up. And Jongin punched Sehun… twice. Meanwhile Sehun just stood still.

“Chanyeol, I have to stop them!”

“No! Just let them! That’s the way boys clear things.”

“But Jongin kept punching Sehun!”

“And what are you going to do there? Which side will you choose? Do you think the other side won’t be hurt?”

“At least I have to stop them!”

“Shut up, Ahyoung! You have to start thinking before doing anything so things like this won’t be happened again ever! Jongin, Sehun and I have been friends for a long time, and we know how to clear things with our own way.”

He led me to the bedroom and told me to stay there, because butting in to Sehun and Jongin’s fight won’t fix anything. I trusted their friendship, the friendship that I just broke. I should be the one that Jongin punched in the face, not Sehun.

Seeing how Sehun didn’t even punch him back made me realized and remembered how Sehun’s such a trustworthy friend for all of us. And how could I don’t believe that he didn’t do anything to me? I should’ve heard him earlier.
