Sehun stares at the empty spaces on his ceiling. He's contemplating about his long day and is beginning to find the apathetic blankness so fascinating at best when someone softly knocks on his door. He frowns at the somewhat turmoil to his pacific state and gets up to open the door.

Luhan stumbles on him. Sehun is caught off guard as his bestfriend pushes him slightly and hungrily stares at him. The sight sends shivers down to his spine and he blushes various shades of crimson, albeit he is certain that that state he is in is remotely possible, except—

"Are you drunk, Lu? Let's go to your room, get a rest an—"

"No, I'm perfectly sober, Hun," Luhan cuts him and the taller believes because he doesn't reek of alcohol.

Sehun opens his mouth to utter something when he felt something soft pressed on his lips. His eyes widens at the realization, his bestfriend indeed is kissing him. It doesn't take long when he gives in and kisses him back. He isn't thinking straight but he knows he wants it.

He moans the shorter's name as Luhan pushes him slowly onto his bed resuming their lip contact.

The latter is the one to break the kiss to breathe and kisses Sehun down to his neck and on his collarbone as the taller continues to moan Luhan's name—

"Sehun, wake up!"

He feels someone shaking his shoulder violently. He sits up and opens his left eye, adjusting at the blinding light from the window.

"Are you seriously my name in your sleep? What the heck?!" Luhan hisses and that gives Sehun an affright signal to wake up fully.

He sits up and looks at his bestfriend in horror, who is standing just beside his bed and glaring at him.

"Tell me, are you gay, Hun?" Sehun's eyes are getting warm as tears are trying to escape from them, Luhan's turning red from all the anger he feels. ". And your dreaming of me? You're so gross! ing gross!"

Sehun is crying but it seems like his face becomes numb that he doesn't realize it yet until they streams down to his shaking hand. He badly wants to explain to calm his bestfriend down but he can't search for the perfect words to say. Luhan is right, and he has all the right to be angry, or even abhor him because he is dang guilty. Luhan continues on throwing curses and hateful indiction to him and he just listens. He wants to dig in beneath him and be swallowed down below but he knows he deserves Luhan's wrath. He is gross, Luhan is precise—

Sehun wakes up for real now. He rubs his eyes and feels the wet his tears have caused. He remembers his dreams. He had a false awakening and his dreams are lucid enough to be disregarded.

They say dreams are opposite of reality, perhaps Sehun's is a different case because those are most likely to happen.

He sits up and covers his face with both of his hands; disappointed is an understatement of what his broken heart really feels.

As if on cue, someone knocks on his doorframe. He straightens himself up to open the door, and Sehun is relieved when it isn't Luhan who stands behind it.

"Good morning, Sehunnie!" Daeun's ever cheerful voice greets him.

"Good morning, Eun," he smiles, trying hard to equalize her cheerfulness.

"Breakfast's ready, go down there. I'll just wake Luhannie up," she said and paces to the next door.

Daeun gets a little uncomfortable because Sehun is busy chewing his toast but staring intently at her. Luhan is still in his room taking shower first before eating, just like his usual routine.
