Jaejoong went back to his apartment to check on to Nyx.
Noticing that the apartment was well cleaned, he felt happy.
He thought that making Nyx do it was just right.
He went in and searched for her realizing she’s no where to be found.
The only place that he wasn’t able to get into is his room.

He slowly opened the door.
And like what he’s thinking, Nyx is there.
But something surprised him more. She is sleeping on his bed.

He went closer to the bed. He wanted to wake her up.
But as he gets closer, he noticed how pretty Nyx looks when she’s sleeping.
He moved near her, looking at her closely.

He smiled. Her breathing is now audible to him.
And he likes it that way.

She’s more feminine. More beautiful.

Suddenly, Nyx talked still with her eyes closed.

“You E!”
“What?” he couldn’t help but to be surprised by what she said.
He thought of getting away from her for he’s afraid she’ll wake up seeing him staring at her like that.
But even before he could move, he then felt his left cheek burning in pain because of a loud slap.

“WHAT THE!”

Nyx then slowly opened her eyes.
He could see how those eyes widened with surprise seeing him in front of her- JUST SLAPPED.
He was surprised too. No woman had ever laid her hands in his face with a slap.

It was his fault. If he didn’t get near her, he wouldn’t have been slapped.

He then thought on how to regain himself.
“Nyx, know what? No one ever slapped me before. No one dared.”

He noticed Nyx’s eyes more surprised than ever.

She noticed Jaejoong becoming serious with his words.
She doesn’t want to be affected but she’s starting to worry about what she did.

And why the hell is your face so near to me?
And my hands are normally fast, you should learn to be careful with it!

But instead of saying these things, she chose to say sorry.
She doesn’t want to disappoint him in whatever way.

“I… I’m sorry. You surprised me. It was a sudden reaction. I’m really sorry Sir.”
She said bowing her head down.

Jaejoong stood up still holding onto his face, massaging his hurt cheeks and chin.

He looked down at Nyx now seated on the side of the bed.

“That’s fine. Just make sure you’re not sleeping just anywhere. I don’t want seeing JUST ANY WOMAN lying on my bed.”

JUST ANY WOMAN? Damn you Jaejoong!
You must thank me for cleaning your house instead of talking like that.

She kept her head down listening to him.

Suddenly a thing and it landed juts next to her on the bed.
Jaejoong threw it.

She looked at it.
It was a paper bag with something inside.

“There you go.”

She opened the bag and saw a nice white dress with a dark ribbon just below the area of it. When she looked at the brand it was Hermes! There was also a box of shoes. She realized that it was a velvet Roger Vivier maroon shoes. She stopped herself from being so amazed with the kind of dress and shoes he just gave her.
It was so pretty yet it made her wonder why he’s giving it to her.

Why is he asking me to wear these? These are very expensive!

“What are these?” She asked, folding the dress on her arm.

“Get dressed. I have a guest.”

That’s it! So this is why he wants his apartment get cleaned because of a guest.
I understand that. But why do I have to get dressed with these?

“Why do I have to wear these? I have my own clothes to wear.” She tried to dig more about what’s happening.

“It’s because you have to look presentable.” He directly stated.

WHAT? I’m not presentable ENOUGH?
HE’S REALLY GETTING INTO MY NERVES!

“Okay then Sir. But may I know who your guest is?” He formally asked although she’s a it pissed off now.



“You’ll find out later.”

Whatever!

She then took a bath and get dressed.
She looked at herself in the mirror.
The dress totally made her look different. She was surprised too with how she looks. The dress revealed her shoulders.
She started drying her hair and applied light make up. She then wore the shoes Jaejoong brought for her. It has 4 inches heels which made her looked more elegant when she stands tall.

He sure knows how to choose a woman’s dress. I just wonder why?
She quite giggled with that idea.

She slowly opened the door and went out of Jaejoong’s room where she got herself dressed.

Jaejoong is at the kitchen preparing the dinner which Nyx cooked awhile ago.

She’s a bit weird with the idea that Jaejoong made her wear that dress. But she still mustered all her strength to dig more about the reason why she really has to wear it.
It’s something really bothering her.

“Ex… cuse me Sir…” she almost whispered as she shows herself before him.

Jaejoong was busy reheating the food and placing it on the serving plates.
He wasn’t at all looking at her.

“How do you….” He finally answered as he gazed up to check on her.

She noticed Jaejoong’s eyes showed a bit of surprise.

“How do you like it?” He continued speaking.

“I think it’s just fine.” She answered.

“Good that it fitted you.”
“Thank you. But I just wanna know who your guest is that I have to wear something like this?”

She started to get closer to Jaejoong to help him prepare the food but suddenly the door bell rang.

“I guess they are here.” Said Jaejoong leaving her n\behind.
She just watched him pass her by.

She then went after him to know the answer of her question.

Jaejoong looked at the security monitor to see who were at the door.
He immediately opened it and there revealed his guests.

As the door opened, she saw two women standing outside.
One is older than the other.

“Umma!” He said.

Her eyes widened knowing that the older person was his mother.
She saw him hug her. The older lady also kissed him on the cheeks.

“Michi!”

Michi? Who’s she then?

“Oppa! I missed you!” the girl named Michi said as she ran and embraced him.

For a while she wanted to pull the girl away from Jaejoong.
But she scolded herself not to think about it.
The she cares, she reasoned out.

No I’m not! No… of course not! I’m not! I’m not at all!

"Your sister is so excited to see you. So we rushed here as soon as we arrived." Jaejoong's mother said.

Sister? I see. So she’s a sister.
She doesn’t know but she felt a bit relieved with that idea.

She scolded herself again.

Oh no Nyx! No you’re not! No you’re not Nyx!

Finally the two women noticed her standing few steps behind Jaejoong.

“Is she Nyx?” Michi asked.

How did she know me? JAEJOONG!!!

“Yeah she’s Nyx.” She heard Jaejoong answered.

Michi then ran to her too and embraced her tightly.
Though surprised, she hugged her back.

“Hi sis! Jaejoong told me about you…”

What?

“… I’m Michi and she’s our mom. He just mentioned you this morning.”

“A…Aneyeonghaseyo.” She formally greeted the older lady and bowed to her.

The older lady smiled to her and kissed her on the cheek as she hug her.
She was surprised again.

She’s really wondering what’s happening now.

“I knew she could pick up a beautiful girlfriend. But I never thought you’re this beautiful. I really could say we’re totally like sisters!” Michi continued talking with a smile.

GIRLFRIEND???? What the hell is happening here???? JAEJOONG!

She looked at Jaejoong begging for an answer but all she saw from him is a sweet smile.
