"We should have brought Minseok."

Yunho taps his sulking boyfriend's nose. "Hmm, but he's at his friend's house, isn't he?"

"Shouldn't have let him go then."

"Don't be silly. It's his first sleepover. And here I thought I'm the boring parent."

"Things change!" Jaejoong replies with a huff. The party is really boring, his suit is suffocating him and he misses their son.

It's been three years since they have officially adopted Minseok and the couple couldn't have been any happier. Their little family is finally complete.

Minseok is already eight years old, big enough for sleepovers. Yunho is now a little close to three hundred pounds but that's okay. It was a deal between the pair, as long as he doesn't go past three hundred then it's all good.

And Jaejoong... Jaejoong's still clingy and whiny, and everything he was three years ago. Some things just never change. Except, maybe, the fact that he and Yunho seemed to have switched roles. He is now the strict and boring parent while the other is the cool one.

Jaejoong huffs, mentally cursing Changmin for not allowing him to sit on Yunho's lap. It might be a formal party, but it's a party full of models and artists. It's not like people would pay attention to a makeup artist like him.

"Remind me to tell Changmin I hate him."

Yunho chuckles, squeezing his lover's hand gently. "You've told him that already when he passed by."

"Well, the next time he comes here I'm going to tell him he hosts such boring parties."

"You tell him that yearly, love."

The party is the annual company party and until now, Jaejoong doesn't understand why it has to be a formal one. Five years ago, he suggested a care bears themed party which Changmin flat out rejected. A year after that, he proposed a cereal box themed party and was rejected even before he could show Changmin costumes. He did not give up though. The following year, he suggested an underwear themed party and was punched on the arm lightly by none other than Changmin himself.

Three years of rejection are enough for him to stop voicing out his ideas, much to his best friend's relief.

"Why's Changmin running around anyway? And where's Choco?"
