“She looks really uncomfortable.” Jun Hong looked at the gagged girl in front of him and couldn’t help but be sympathetic towards her. His hyungs were always so rough with women, it didn’t quite matter to them as long as they got what they wanted. They treated Na Ri the same way when she first entered their lives.

“She’s fine.” Daehyun insists from the side. “She’s not bleeding, still in one piece, and none of us had laid a hand on her.” All she has to put up with are the ropes, blindfold, and gag. That wasn’t much if he needed to be truthful.

“But still…” The youngest mumbles.

“There shouldn’t be a problem, Zelo.” Sae Ryun also agrees with Daehyun. “We’ve fed and kept her hydrated.” And if it goes as planned, she should be able to return to her normal life soon.

Him Chan and the rest of the boys have left the two in charge along with Sae Ryun and Han Hae, who were sitting on the side. The four sat up in attention when the young woman begins to speak once more. The gag in obstructing her voice and preventing her words to be clear.

“Can’t we at least remove the cloth from ?” Jun Hong begins again. It bothered him whenever he looked at her despite their words.

Sae Ryun sighs before doing just that since it’ll get the kind boy to stop. He reaches forward, tugging the cloth away from the young woman’s mouth but keeping the blindfold in its place.

“Who are you?” So Eun asks, she couldn’t help panting due to the rise of fear. How long has she been held here? She had lost track. “Why am I here?” So Eun had been listening to their conversations but it didn’t ever give her a clue. Just that they needed her to be held here.

Daehyun was the first to speak. “You’ll be rece we get what we want.”

“Do you want money? Is this about ransom?” Her voice shook the more she spoke.

“No.” Daehyun replies. “It’s much bigger than that.” Money is the last thing on their minds lately. There has been more important things they needed to worry about.

“Quick question.” Han Hae suddenly grows interested. “Miss, do you know who your father is?”

“Han Hae.” Sae Ryun scolds his nephew and attempts him from speaking further.

“Why would you say my name?” The boy exclaims in dissatisfaction.

“Is there a point? Her father must already know by now.” Sae Ryun waved away Han Hae’s worries.

Unhappily, the boy continues. “But anyways, I really want to know.” He turns towards the young woman and waits for her answer.

“I don’t know what you mean by that.” Her soft voice answers him.

Han Hae sighs before rephrasing his question. “I mean, do you know what he does?”

At the question, she remains silent.

Han Hae leans back into his chair. “I guess not then –“

“I have had suspicions about what he does but I never questioned it.” So Eun finally replies after a moment of hesitation. She didn’t know what to say. There were things that she chose to ignore. Now that she was thinking about it, she must have been foolish to.

“What if I told you it was because of what he does that you are here right now.” Daehyun breaks his silence and his words cause the other three to turn to look at him.

“Daehyun, let’s not go there.” Sae Ryun warns him.

“I agree with hyung, she deserves to know.” Jun Hong speaks from beside Daehyun. The entire time that was spent in this building wasn’t enough to tell him what kind of person So Eun is but she just seemed so confused.

“What are you talking about?” So Eun shifts her eyes blindly around but no matter what she does, she couldn’t find a way to see past the blindfold.

“Your father works in the underground. Do you know what that means?” Daehyun begins.

“Gangs?” She asked, but So Eun wasn’t too surprised by the revelation. In the back of her mind, her thoughts have visited that explanation.

“And, I’m sure you know Yong Guk hyung.” At his words, he can see a slight blush creep up her cheeks. “Your father helped Yong Guk hyung once and has tried to gain control over him ever since.”

So Eun remained quiet as Daehyun continued.

“He even went as far as to threaten Na Ri –“

“Na Ri?” So Eun couldn’t help but repeat the name. She heard the name from somewhere but her memory was hazy. Where has she heard it from?

“You met her once.” Daehyun responds to So Eun’s confusion. “You ran into her once while trying to meet your father.”

That’s when it came back to So Eun. That day when she rushed into her dad’s office, he was meeting with two people. So this has something to do with that woman she had seen that day.

“Who is that woman?” If only she knew the woman’s identity then she could figure out why she was taken.

Daehyun hesitated to tell he

Chapter 35: It’s over with a happy ending!
I never sick with gangster Yongguk and BAP. The story flows nicely and to be honest, I like Nari for being so strong, mentally. It’s so hard to keep on being sane after go through such terrible experiences she has (in first and second installment) but she survives.
Glad to find these stories :)
