Serendipity - the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way

 

 

I don't know if the word serendipity ever exist in me. How can I become happy in an event when I know that the occurrences will never be beneficial in me.

 

 

 

Should I be happy that one of my friends is experiencing an agony that she alone can't carry?
 

 

A news that Choi Minho already left Korea last night. Onew called me and told me those stuffs. To where country he transferred, no one knows, not even the rest of SHINee. 

 

I know that if there's so much affected in this kind of situation, it is Minho. But honestly, I don't really know the exact details of their break-up, or is it involves the fact that Victoria is pregnant? 

 

 

 

 

 

It's been 4 days since I stayed at home. Haven't seen anyone of them including Luhan. But for sure, he will come tomorrow to pick me up because we will go to Gwangju for a visit.

Speaking of Luhan, he's now calling.

 

 

"Hello?" I answered
"Ready for tomorrow?" He asked.
"Yea. Do we need to pack something for them?" 

"hmmmm...what do you think?"
"How about fresh apples?" I suggested.
"No. Don't bother yourself." He uttered.
"Arasso..."
"I'll pick you up tomorrow by 7am." He reminded.
"Okay."

 

That ends our normal conversation.

At exactly 7 in the morning, here is Luhan, waiting outside our gate.

Today is the first day of snow fall. We are at -10degrees celsius. Thick jackets and sweaters on.

 

Luhan waved his hand as soon as i went out from our gate. Suddenly, there is Taemin at the opposite side making his way out from their main gate.

 

I avoided his looks. 

 

 

Luhan saw him but then, Taemin just go on and continue walking with his bike.

 

What's with the atmosphere?

 

 

 

We headed to the subway station and after almost 4 hours, we reached the place.

 

"We're here!" Luhan stresses.

 

As soon as we arrived infront of Luhan's home, an old woman came out. "Aigoo... My son! how have you been?" She approached us and gave Luhan awarm hug.
"Oh Halmoni...I'm fine." He answered.

The old woman relased herself from Luhan and turned her gaze on me.

 

"Who is this beautiful lady?" she asked.
"She's Sulli.." Luhan briefly answered as I warmly greeted the old lady.
"Annyeonghaseyo halmoni." gave her a 95 degrees bow.

 

 

We went inside their house. 
 

Luhan approached his mom cooking at the kitchen.

 

He introduced me to her. "Mom, this is Sulli." 
His mom smiled at me.

And as usual, I gave my warm greeting.

 

Luhan has a younger sister, Lami. She's charming and cute. 

 

 

 

I am with Lami at their living room while Luhan is busy helping his mom and grandma at the kitchen.

 

"Unnie... Are you my  oppa's girlfriend?" she asked very straight-forwarded

I was startled by her question. I wasn't prepared at all. 

 

"Huh?!?! Uhhh..." I stuttered.
I saw a sarcastic smile ohn her face.

 

"Don't deny it unnie... Oppa never brought friends here at home. Not even his bestfriends." she said.
"Really?!?!" Why?

 

Lami nodded with full of assurance. 

"But you are the second girl he brought here... the other one was his previous girl friend. Uhhh... I forgot her name. He just brought her here once." She added.

 

"Yah! Lami!!! You are being talkative again!" Luhan yelled.

 

I just smiled. Lami might embarrassed her oppaif she went overboard.

 

"Let's eat! Lunch is ready!" his mom called us.

 

 

 

 

[At the dining table]

 

"By the way, are you staying here tonight?" Luhan's mom asked him.
"No mom..She needs to to home." He answered referring me.
"No problem, oppa... She can sleep on my room!" Lami interfered.
"Lami-yah!!" Luhan yelled at her.
"It's okay..." I answered.

I know Luhan misses his folks. 

 

"Really?" he asked.
"Is it really okay, Sulli-sshi?" His mom asked.

 

I simpluy nod. "No problem with me." I smiled.

"Assa!!!" Lami divulged.

 

 

After the bounty lunch, Luhan asked me to get some fresh air outside. 
We went to Gwangju River for a walk.

 

I remembered when I was still here, I used to walk here alone and imagining that Luhan is with me... and now, we're really walking together but having a different wish on mind.

"Luhan! You're here?!?!" A voice from behind us spoke.
We both turned back and he reacted.
"Oh... You're with this weakling." he mumbled.

 

Luhan patted his arms as a way of greeting an old friend.
"What's up Kris?!" He said.
 

"Yah! I don't know that you're back." He said. I don't know where to reside my situation again. 

They both looked at me.

"She's Sulli... remember?" Luhan asked.
"Of course... who would forget her?" Kris laughs.

"Please... no bullying this time." Luhan barged in.

Kris looked at Luhan.

 

"Okay.  Okay..." Kris' reaction changed.

He looked at me. "Sorry, Sulli for being mean before." he said.
"It's okay." I answered.
"Aigoo.. I think i became childish before. Mianhe." He said.

Kris is cute the way he ask apologies. I can see that he's mature now. 

 

Now I can say that I am free from any bullying. Don't they dare.

 

 

 

"How's your study?" Luhan asked.
"It's okay. I'm accepted as a varsity player in a university and I will go to study there." he answered
