"Too fast," Sehun said and after another attempt, his remark was the opposite, "Too slow.”

"Do it properly!" Suzy yelled at Sehun and Jongin who were practicing baseball in the school’s field.

Sweat was already trickling down Jongin’s and Sehun’s foreheads but the former has not yet hit one ball with his bat. Jongin threw the bat to the ground as he grumbled,  "Ah! This is frustrating!"

"Look at what you did Suzy!" Sehun reprimanded the girl.

Suzy grimaced at the two before approaching them. She picked up the bat from the ground as she told Jongin, "Watch and learn.”

Jongin and Sehun stared at the girl with confusion clearly painted in their faces. Suzy then huffed as she posed to hit the ball, "Don't just stare at me. Sehun you do the pitching.”

Sehun took a deep breath before sending the ball flying towards Suzy and the two were stunned as Suzy confidently hit the ball, making it soar to the other direction. Jongin gasped as his gaze followed the ball while Suzy cheered happily before asking him, "So did you learn something?"

Jongin shook his head and beamed, "I was too mesmerized."

"Come here,” Suzy frowned before making Jongin stand on the hitting spot. She guided his posture before she explained, "As long as the pitcher still holds the ball, look at him because the pitcher is the one who controls the ball. When the pitcher releases the ball then that is the only time that you will look at the ball because it is by itself."

"Ready?” Sehun asked.

Jongin nodded and Suzy took a few steps backward before Sehun threw the ball but as the ball merely landed on the grass on the ground, Suzy shook her head and sighed. She groaned,  "I know I told you to look at the ball, but you also have to hit it Kim Jongin."

But Suzy continued cheering him on, "Again. Timing is the key to success. Breathe. Concentrate.”

Then she raised her fist, "You can do it! Fighting, Kim Jongin!"

Sehun and Jongin beamed at the girl’s antics and soon, at her signal, Sehun sent the ball flying to Jongin’s direction and the latter tried his best to keep his concentration.

Then, the two of them started jumping around as they repeatedly hi-fived each other in glee. Sehun chortled watching the two celebrate until he noticed Jongin's staggered breathing.

"Let's take a break first," Sehun stated.

"Here are your two sports drink and muffins," Suzy gave them their snacks before joining them at sitting by the bleachers.

"Suzy-ya," Jongin called, "I'm curious."

"Hmmm?" Suzy hummed looking at him as she drank her strawberry milk. 

"Why are you good at baseball?" Jongin asked.

Suzy grinned, "I once liked a baseball player."

Sehun and Jongin were startled at Suzy's sudden confession so the former asked, "Then, what happened?"

"Perhaps... you actually have a boyfriend now?!" Jongin remarked.

Suzy shook her head, “No way. We did not even enter a relationship."
