“Okay now, count to 100.” A blonde male held a lady tightly by her hands before letting it go slowly. They stood in the middle of the road that only had them. “Don’t you dare cheat. I know you are tempted to.”

His words caused the lady to chuckle a little, she could hear the excitement his voice already. “What are you up to again?”

“You will know it soon. Count to 100! Start now!” His voice was getting further as the lady shook her head in defeat, a genuine smile spread across her face. In a blink of eye, half a year passed just like that. Half a year since Kai and her last saw one another. It did spark interest among the members that they were no longer seen talking to one another but Aleyah merely shrugged it off saying Kai was busy with his married life; since he no longer attends Exo gatherings if she was there. She did not take offence with his avoidance but instead she was thankful. Not seeing him allowed her to heal faster and she did. This half a year, she realized that she no longer fall into daydream thinking about him, she no longer cried herself to sleep and she no longer force a smile on her face as often anymore. She had learnt to let Sehun kiss away her pain, bug her with his never-ending surprises and shower her with his love. And most importantly she had learnt to move on and let go; she didn’t forget about who Kai was to her, she only merely accepted that he was no longer the same person anymore.

“98... 99… 100!” Aleyah counted as she took her blindfold off. Looking at her surrounding, she was stranded alone on an empty street. Behind her was Sehun’s car, and in front of her was an apartment standing on its own.

“Sehun?” She called out but instead, her phone beeped with a message from him.

Walk straight. Don’t stop till you reach the garden.

Following his instructions, she took cautious steps towards the place and when she reached the garden like he mentioned, her breadth was taken away. Surrounding her was a garden filled with flowers, but it was all her favourite flower, tulips; a flower that wasn’t suited to grow in a climate like Seoul. Pink, white, purple, yellow and orange tulips were everywhere, swaying to the rare summer wind.

“Pretty isn’t it?” the moment she held her fringe and turned to look at him, Sehun clicked the shutter of the camera in his hands. Capturing her in her most genuine form was his favourite hobby ever since he captured the first picture of her in the Bohemian market in Paris. “But how? You are prettier than the flowers and you took away their beauty.”

“Aww, Sehun.” She blushed at his comment as she watched him approached her with the camera in his hand. “Who’s house is this? It’s so peaceful.”

“You like it?”

Nodding her head, she answered him. The outer design of the apartment was painted white and contrasted with dark arc wooden planks that made it so simple yet so sleek. “Yeah I do.”

“It’s our house.”

Aleyah turned her head sharply at him, unsure if she heard the right thing. “What?”

“It’s our house.” Sehun gave her a smile that made his eyes arc into crescents, “Happy 8^th month anniversary dear.”

“Se…Sehun.. this.. is…” Unable to get over the shock, she stuttered as she tried to tell him this present was too much. The gifts that he gave her were never expensive because he knew she didn’t like him spending money on her. So he handmade everything that he gave her, be it a card or a scarf. He made everything himself and she couldn’t deny that she was very touched. Because no one had done all these for all her before, not even Kai.

“Ssssh.” He pulled her into his embrace, shushing her. “Didn’t you say that you are scared to sleep in your own room? Sell that house away and shift here. It’s our house now, and I would be around so you don’t have to be scared anymore.”

Aleyah laid in his embrace, listening to his heartbeat, inhaling his cologne as guilt pricked her. Its not that she was scared to sleep in her own room, its just that she didn’t want to. Because that room consist too much memories of Kai and her that it made her breathless so she locked it up and lied to Sehun that she saw something dirty. That was why she stopped sleeping in there. But little did she expect him to remember something she lied half a year ago and even took actions to rectify it.

“So what do you say? Are you willing to live with me?”

“But don’t you have to stay in the dorm?” She skillfully dodged his question the first time.

“If you agree, I will successfully graduate from the dorm.” He winked playfully at her.

“Hahah. Graduate. Sehun, you are funny.” She laughed at his reply.

“So it’s a yes?”

“We’ll see how the place looks first.” And she managed to dodge it a second time again.

“I will give you no reason to say no.” Sehun held her hand and led her into a door.

And the moment she stepped into the spacious living room, she liked it immediately. Everything was furnished in white, her favourite colour. It was simple but it was also classy. Planted around the living room was frames of pictures of them taken together ever since the world tour. But what attracted her attention the most was the portrait hanging on the clean wall with a blonde male holding a camera an inch away from his face while he looked at the lady in front of him with a smile that reached his dark brown eyes. He was clearly in love with her and it hit Aleyah, Sehun had fallen deeply in love with her ever since then.

“Don’t be too touched yet.” Pulling her lightly, he brought her deeper in the building till they reach an area slightly smaller than the living room. In there had a computer and a few racks of CDs, opposite it had shelves of books with a white sofa. Approaching the racks of books instinctively, Aleyah realized that it was all her favourite genre of books consisting of English, Korean and Mandarin.

“I know you love to read. You can do your reading here while I make music over there.”

“The area out there is for us to work on our aroma herbs.” Sehun hugged her lovingly. His words brought tears to her eyes as she swallowed hard. He had planned out everything to her liking with his observance. Not only so, he was willing to invest his extra time to do things that she likes or he would not designed an area specially for her passion while he use the words us and our.

“And… I’m not done yet.”

Hugging her along the way, they headed up the stairs where they reached a room. And when she pulled open the door, it was a walk-in wadrobe filled with racks of clothes, scarfs, shoes and bags that was unique to her style. On the opposite side belonged to him where it consists of mostly his cap collection. As she walked deeper into the wardrobe, she pulled open another door that lead to a bedroom which she supposed it was theirs. The room was also decorated in white, but when she looked right outside the windows, it was another breathtaking scenery where the sun started setting with its orange rays melting into the clear blue sky.

And that moment, tears rimmed around her hazelnut eyes as she felt a pair of warm hands crawled around her waist. His chin resting on her head lightly.

“Now you can watch the sunset everyday.” Sehun remembered her telling him that she wished to watch the sunset everyday when they watched their first sunset together. This view was the reason why he bought this apartment immediately because he knew she would love it. For this house, he had spent almost all of his money and he had put in all his effort in designing it but when he saw her touched expression earlier, everything was worth it but of course, she would have to agree to staying with him now. What would this lovely house be without her?

“How I wish we can watch it like this and be in love forever.”

 “Sehun…” Aleyah remained in the same position, leaning against his broad chest as her hand put over his lightly.

“Don’t promise me forever. Just love me day by day because no one knows the future. Can you do that?”

“Yes I can. Instead of forever, I will love you today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. And I will tell you that everyday.”

“An I love you everyday sounds good, but I think watching this sunset like this everyday sounds even better. What do you think?”

“I think it’s the best.”

Gosh, I'm seriously in love with Sehun I've created in here. He's just so perfect that I am speechless. He's sweet in a not so cheesy way you know. That's what I love about him (compared to Kai). So SehunXAleyah's lovers, this chapter is for you.

Anw I've just advertise my new fanfic, Flawless Imperfection. The next story that I will prioritise after Stranger's Love. (This story will end in 5 chapters max.)
