When I arrived at Incheon Airport, there was a tall man in a pinstriped suit waiting for me holding a sign that said my name. This was more legit than I could ever imagine. I walked up to the man and said “Anyohaseo?”.

“An-nyeong-ha-seh-yo" he corrected me. Oh well. I mean, I tried. He put his hand out and asked me in English for my ID. I handed it to him and he looked it over through his sunglasses. If I ever questioned this situation before, they were answered by this man. I mean-only legit drivers for legit agencies wear sunglasses inside.
            He motioned for me to follow him.
“But my luggage,” I said as I halfheartedly followed him while looking behind me.
“It’s being taken care of,” he responded. I cut my losses and followed him out to a Cadillac with tinted windows parked right outside the main door. He opened the cars door for me and I sat inside. Since I had no baggage with me now, I simply fiddled with my hands for the entire trip because he offered me little conversation.
            With traffic, it took us about three hours to reach YG entertainment. I followed the man into the tall building and became more and more self-conscious with every step I took. The walls were lined with framed photos and albums. The perfect looking people in the photos that lined the walls I assumed made the albums. Beautiful and talented. The staircase reminded me sort of like the hard rock café. A different piece of memorabilia with every step you take. This job is legit.

            Eventually we reached the floor with Yang Hyun-suks office. My knocked on the door and it opened under his fist. He dropped his hand slightly, opened his fist and nodded towards the now opened room. He was now smiling at this point. Although this was the moment I actually got to meet “YG” himself, I suddenly felt more comfortable than I had throughout the entire trip here.

            I walked into the room and I wasn’t alone with YG. Five more men were waiting for me and they all looked familiar. They each had their own seat near the left side of the room.This must be Big Bang. They all looked different though. I could have sworn one of them was supposed to have bright blue hair and a Mohawk but none of them did. Well, one had long pink hair but he was shorter than the one I remember looking at.

            “Anyohaseo,” I said and gave a small wave.
