Chapter 11: Seunghyun’s POV

               She looks so beautiful resting her head in my lap. She smiles when she sleeps. I wonder what she is dreaming about. She is lying on her back, her head facing the roof of the car. Her head lolls to the side facing away from me but it looks uncomfortable for her neck so I gently lift my right hand and place it on her face to bring it back into an upright position. Her skin is as soft as it looks. I move slightly so that her head rests on my lap and my thigh supports the arch of her neck. It’s like I was meant to be her pillow, a perfect fit. She is still smiling. She looks so peaceful.

               I don’t know what to do with my arms so I support myself by putting my left on the arm rest and my right arm rests on the back of the long seat we are sitting on. I look behind me to see Youngbae sleeping sitting up. Jiyong has his head resting on his right shoulder and Daesung on the other. They are all asleep. Seungri called shotgun again only to knock out within minutes. He really looks like an old man with his head knocked back and his mouth wide open. If only his fans could see him like this. My attention focuses back in on ______.

               She said she hasn’t ever really drank before. She hardly had any water tonight either. She is going to be miserable tomorrow. This is awful. I really wish Jiyong hadn’t planned this. It may be normal for all of them, but she is American. They do things differently and I really hope she doesn’t think less of us when she wakes up tomorrow. She hasn’t even signed the contract yet.

               The driver pulled up in front of the dorms. It is 2:30 in the morning. The driver announces our arrival and they all wake up. Everyone except _______. She is out like a light. The rest of the band stumbles out and makes their way into the dorms.  I think they forgot the reason why they are even drunk right now. I lift her head and rest it back on the seat and take a second to think about how I was going to get her into the dorm. Somehow, even though I have some alcohol in me as well, I manage to get her on my back. I hear her giggle slightly but it quickly turns into a quiet snore.
