“What were you and Suho di di talking so secretly about before?” You asked as you lay down on the bed. Kris lifted the blanket and slipped inside. “Nothing important…” he breathed as he pulled the cover over the both of you. “Your expression said otherwise.” You pointed. Kris chuckled and wrapped his arms around you. He pecked your cheek and snuggled against you. “It’s something my beautiful wife doesn’t have to worry about.” Kris mumbled.

“But I want to know. Wu-ah, tell me…” You pouted as you shook him lightly. Kris sighed. “It’s about Wong Tat Chiu…” you froze. “Suho said one of his men saw him in Korea…” he continued. “What are you going to do about it then?” you mumbled. “I might go to Korea for a while and check to make sure…but…” he stopped. You turned to him with a confused look. “But?” you questioned.

“I don’t want to leave you and Kevin here by yourselves…it’s too dangerous…” Kris stared straight into your eyes with concern. “Wu-ah, it’s ok. Nada and your army of bodyguard can protect us. Nothing to worry about…” you encouraged. “Bu-” you cut him off. “No buts…Don’t you want to catch the murder of your mama and make him get what he deserves?” you asked. Kris nodded against your cheek. “I didn’t mean kill him or anything bad!” you added, just in case he thought about killing that man with his own bare hands.

Kris chuckled. “Don’t worry. I have a family to worry about now. I won’t do reckless things anymore…” he assured. You hummed in reply since you were tired. “You’re sleepy already?” Kris raised a brow. “Yea…I don’t know why I feel so tired these days…” you snuggled against the blanket and relaxed as drowsiness took over your body. Seeing you so tired, Kris decided to stop talking and just sleep.

“Ma ma, I want sandwich.” Little Kevin pouted at you. You chuckled at his cuteness and nodded. “Ok, let’s go make some. Go ask ba ba if he want some.”
