That night, instead of going back to his house, Byunghun made a stop at his parents' house. He wanted to talk with his family and see if they had any comment that would help him or an advice, or maybe, just be there and have a nice family time.

"Hello son, what brings you here?" Mrs. Lee asked happily as she pulled her son into the house.

"Eomma, I was just...passing by," he said with a smile.

"Oh, sweetheart, you should just pass by more often." She smiled. "We were just about to have dinner. I would love it if you joined us, son."

Byunghun nodded, "Of course, mom, I will, just let me make a call first."

His mother smiled and then walked back into the kitchen. Byunghun pulled out his phone and called back home. Minji answered. "Hello Minji, welcome back. I was just calling to tell you that I won't be having dinner at my house tonight. Okay, thank you." He said and then hang up.

Meanwhile, you were getting ready for your date with Myungsoo. During all this time, you haven't stopped thinking about what Minji told you. You loved Myunsoo very much, but if Byunghun wanted to be with you again...shouldn't you try it? You're having his child. You should try make it work and form a family with him, like it's supposed to be. After all, it would be better for your son to have his biological father than a step-father. As soon as you thought about that, you couldn't help but to feel as though everything was clear now.

Just then, there was a knock on your door, pulling you out of your thoughts. You turned around and went to open the door for Minji.

"Myungsoo is already here for you, ____." Minji said and then turned around to leave, but you stopped her.

"You think I've taken the wrong decision for picking Myungsoo?" You asked her.

"I can't answer that question, Miss ____, you're the only one who knows." She said and then left.

You turned to look at yourself in the mirror and nodded. I'm picking Myunsoo, yes. You took a deep breath and then walked downstairs to meet Myungsoo.

"As always, beautiful." Myungsoo said with a smile as he kissed you.

"Thank you, Myung, let's go." You said as you grabbed his hand.

A FEW DAYS LATER

You took Minji's advice and decided to talk with Byunghun. You didn't want to hurt his feelings so you decided to make it clear that you chose Myungsoo and not him.

"I'm sorry, Byunghun, but we can still be friends." You said.

Byunghun's gaze was far away, not staring at anything in particular.

"Besides, we both are not meant to be together, Byunghun, or else you wouldn't have cheated on me while we were engaged."

"I told you I regretted it and I won't do it again, ____. I was an , I wasn't being myself."

You shook your head. "No, you hated on me just because I had mood swings. I mean, that's not even an excuse Byunghun."

"Please, just tell me what to do, I'll do anything. I'm really sorry, but don't do this, please. I love you, ____. I'm begging you for another chance."

"I want you to move on, Byunghun." You said.

"Anything but that, ____. Please." Byunghun said as his eyes were now tearful. You shook your head. "This is not how we're going to end, ____. It's impossible. Listen to me, ____, I love you, and I'm going to do anything to prove it to you and win you back. I'm going to make you remember why you accepted to marry me in the first place."

"No, Byunghun. Why would you want to do that? I don't love you back."

Byunghun shook his head. "Nothing of what you say will make me change my mind. I'm going to make you fall in love with me again, ____, and not regret it."

You took a deep breath and stood up, getting angry. "WHY? I will just hate you for it, Byunghun. Leave things as they are. I don't want you back!" You shouted. You were about to walk away, but he grabbed your elbow and turned you around.

"Because I love you and I'm not going to lose you again," he whispered as he crashed his lips against yours.

You reacted immediately and pushed him away, your eyes tearful. You shook your head. "Don't do this, Byunghun, you'll just end up hurting us both." You quickly turned around and walked away, not wanting Byunghun to see you cry.

Byunghun took a deep breath and in the next second, he cried too. I'm not going to hurt you again, ____. Why won't you give me another chance to prove it?

You ran into your bedroom and closed the door, locking it. You covered your mouth with your hand and tried to take deep breaths, but you felt as though you couldn't breathe. Why would Byunghun do this? You couldn't help but ask yourself. Just when you thought that you were sure about who you wanted, but now that he has actually said that he's going to fight for you and he loves you, it changes everything. Your feelings about him came rushing back and though it hurt you to reject him, you did it anyways.

Finally, you could breathe. You stopped thinking for a moment and just tried to relax. Who do I want? Lee Byunghun or Kim Myungsoo? You were actually tired of asking yourself the same question.
