The next morning, Minji walked into your bedroom to wake you up. She wasn't wearing her work uniform that L.Joe had gotten for her, but she was actually wearing her casual clothes. You slowly sat up on your bed and took a sip from the glass of water in your nightstand.

"____, sweetie, I'm going to be gone for three days. My niece is getting married. I have everything prepared for you, and I'm sure Byunghun will get someone to help you meanwhile." Minji started to say.

"Oh, no, that's not necessary." You shook your head.

"What is not, hm?" Minji asked.

"I won't be needing someone else for these three days. I can handle myself." You smiled.

"Oh, sweetheart, you're pregnant. You need care. And if Byunghun doesn't get someone else, I'll be very worried."

"What? No. A lot of pregnant women take care of themselves. I can too. And don't worry, Minji, you should have fun. It's a wedding! I'm sure you won't even think a bit about me after you get there. You'll be with friends and family." You smiled.

Minji heaved a sigh. "Well, you tell that to Byunghun. I have to go now, child. I'll be back in three days. See you until then." She said and then left before you could bid farewell.

Later that day, you decided to go meet Myungsoo again for lunch. It was even more difficult for him to agree right away now, since he was so busy. You didn't want to face Byunghun right now, so you wanted to spend as much time as you could outside.

"Hey, beautiful." Myungsoo said with a smile as he went to sit down with you. "I'm sorry I'm late and couldn't go pick you up."

"Oh, no, relax, it's okay." You shook your head.

"I have something to tell you though." He smiled. You nodded. "I'm being promoted!"

You grinned, excited for him. "That's amazing! Congratulations! We should definitely celebrate!"

"Of course we should, but I can't, lately, I've been so busy and working too much for it to be official. I won't have a break until, um...a week?" He said while thinking.

"A week? Oh, don't worry about it. Just take it easy, okay? I don't want you to get sick and die." You said as a joke, but you meant it. Except the dying part, which was too exaggerated.

Myungsoo chuckled. "Of course not, if I die, it means leaving you, and believe me, baby, I'm not on for that." He smiled.

You smiled back. "So...I guess we can't be seeing each other that often?"

Myungsoo's smile turned into a pout. He shook his head. "Sadly. I'm sorry, sweetie."

"Don't be. You deserve to be promoted. Besides, after a week, you're mine again."

"What are you talking about?" Myungsoo raised an eyebrow. "I'm always yours, ____, no matter how busy or how far I might be."

You chuckled and blushed a bit. Then you pouted. "But...you lost the bet. You owe me a week of slavery." You said.

"Aw, thank you, sweetie, you do know how to cheer me up when I'm tired! Slaving you!" He said sarcastically, jokingly. "But yes, a bet's a bet. What shall it be now, my lady?" He asked.

You thought about it. "Hm, well Minji is out for three days. Do you have anything to do now?" You asked. He shook his head. "Are you very, really tired?" You asked. Myungsoo thought about it and shook his head. He wasn't that tired right now. "Would you mind spending some time with me in my lovely home?"

Myungsoo smiled and thought about it. "Hm, let's see, spending time with my beautiful girlfriend or going to the office and work?" He asked himself. "Gee, that's a tough one. I think I might go for...argh...of course, the most obvious one: spending time at my beautiful office and work." He smiled.

You narrowed your eyes and shook your head. Myungsoo smiled and moved his chair closer to you.

"Are you jealous of my beautiful office for winning over you?" He asked.

"Yah!" You complained.

"Okay, baby, I'll let my office know that today I'm all yours and it will have to wait for its turn to have me. Alright?"

"You can go with your beautiful office. Why change your amazing plans to be with your girlfriend?" You said.

Myungsoo chuckled. "You're so cute, seriously. Of course I'm choosing you, beautiful. I rather be with you than in my office."

You were glad that Myungsoo was done with his work for today and that he actually wanted some peace and rest, so he went back home with you. When you guys got there, you happily walked towards the living room, while Myungsoo just stared at the house wide-eyed.

"What?" You asked.

"Beautiful, you're having a baby and you're living in this mess?" He asked.

"Mess?" You repeated.

"Yes. What's all this? Where do these papers actually go? Why do you have pillows and blankets all messed up over your couches? I can't see the damn couch." He said and then turned to look at you. "You're a mess."

"Hey!" You shouted.

"Sorry, I meant a beautiful mess."

"How does that make it better?"

"Because I added 'beautiful'." Myungsoo chuckled. You rolled your eyes.

"Fine, I'll clean up." You said.

"Wow, so we got to the point in our relationship were we actually don't care anymore if our houses look decent for guests... Hm, I don't mind it. It actually makes me see how comfortable you feel with me. That's great." Myungsoo nodded.

"Uh-huh," you said back, not really listening.

"Aish, you, sit down. I'll clean it up for you, messy." Myungsoo said as he pulled you to the couch for you to sit down. "If you move and start to clean up, have it for sure that we won't see each other even after my busy week is over."

"Yah! How you dare threat a pregnant woman?" You asked.

Myungsoo rolled his eyes and started to clean up. You wanted to help him, so that he wouldn't get even more tired than he already is because of work.

"So, Minji has left for less than 24 hours and you already messed up the house? You really are something." He said.

"Ha...thank you."

When he was done, he threw his tired body on the couch and lied his head on your lap. "You're belly doesn't let me put my head right."

"Are you calling me fat?" You raised an eyebrow.

"No! No, no. Why do girls always think that? You're pregnant, ____, and I don't know how, but that really is not being fat." He said. "Now don't bug me, let me rest."

You remained silent as you watched a comedy movie. Myungsoo had already fallen asleep. When the movie was done, you went to the kitchen to prepare some dinner. You knew he was very tired. Besides, this is your last day with him, until a week passes by. Which you hoped for that would be quick. While you were cooking, you couldn't help but to think about what Myungsoo did. He was dead tired from work and still he cleaned the house for you. How sweet can he be?

Just then, someone wrapped his arms around you. Of course it was Myungsoo.

"Hey, beautiful, what you doing?"

"Isn't it obvious, handsome?" You asked back. "Cooking."

"Mm, it smells good, cutie. Why didn't you wake me up? I can help." Myungsoo said, and was happy that you called him 'handsome'.

"Mm-mm," You shook your head, "if you help me out in the kitchen, have it for sure that I won't be speaking to you for a whole month, baby."

"Now you're threating me?" Myungsoo lightly chuckled. "Fine, gorgeous. I was just trying to help."

"You're too tired, well-built, get some rest." You said with a laugh.

"Well-built? What the...?" Myungsoo chuckled too. "You ruined our nicknames, love."

You laughed and lightly shook your head. "I ran out of nicknames....um, y?"

"Are you asking me or telling me?" He laughed.

"Telling you, charming." You said and laughed again.

"Fine, mommy, thank you. You're very y too." He smiled and kissed your neck. You couldn't help but laugh and move away since it tickled. Just then, the front door opened and then it was shut closed, but none of you two heard.

"Oh Myungsoo, I love you." You said in between laughs.

Myungsoo stopped and remained still, smiling. You suddenly realized what you had said.

"You do?" He asked and moved closer to you again. "I love you too, ____."

Without you two knowing, Byunghun had listened to the last part. He couldn't believe what you just told Myungsoo, and honestly, he was hurt, or well, maybe the right word is jealous.
