Title: The Dance Battle

Setting: BEAST's dorm

Genre: Cute // Comedy

Plot: Marika is a friend of Hyunseung's little sister and got to know Hyunseung through her as well. She's alone at home and bored to death so she calls hyunseung's sister if she'd be available, unfortunatly she'd forgotten her cell at BEAST's dorm so Hyunseung answers her phone instead. He offers to hang out with her instead if she wants to and she hesistantly agrees, having a slight crush on him. Then once she gets there, they chat and he challenges her to a dance battle on a gaming platform [ like a dance mat ]. Unfortunatly she's no good dancer and things can move on from there. :'D

Extra: Lol, I came back to apply again. I waited like, month or two before applying again so I hope that it's enough. ^^;

Hyunseung's POV~ 

I just came out of the shower when I heard some music. Did I leave the radio on? I look around and see my sister's phone ringing around -.- Before I could even say a hello, I heard Marika's voice whine,

"Geurim~ I'm sooo bored! Wanna hang out today? Where are you? Are you at the Beast dorm? Is your older bro there?" I wasn't exactly sure how to reply. Why was she asking if I was there? >.<

"Er Marika? This is Hyunseung. Geurim left her phone here."

Marika's POV~

"Marika are you still there?" Hyunseung asked.

"Er can you please wait a second?" I asked him and he replied,

"Sure." I put him on hold and screamed into my pillow case,

"YOU IDIOT! HOW COULD YOU SCREW UP LIKE THAT!? YOU AND YOUR BIG MOUTH?!" I take a deep breath and resume talking to my Beast bias/ crush ;)

"Y-yobseyo?" I answer unsure of myself. Hyunseung replies,

"Hey, sorry about Geurim, she forgets her things a lot."

"Nah it's ok. Thanks for telling me. I just wanted to hang out with her or something. I'm so bored I would be willing to even do chores." I heard Hyunseung chuckling on the other end of the line.

"That sounds sad. The Beast members left me alone too. Wanna come over and hang out?" I hesitated. Me and my Beast crush alone in his dorm. I shake the erted thought out of my mind.

"S-sure." I say hearing my voice crack. Smooth Marika. Smooth -.-

"Great. I'll see you in maybe half an hour?"

"Yup. Thanks. Bye." I say and hang up.

Hyunseung's POV~

Once I hung up, I had a panic attack. In our living room, we have old pizza boxes, dirty bowers lying around, and some of Yoseob's bandy wrappers and... Holy Chiz! What kind of mold is growing out of Kikwang's R rated movies?! I look at the clock, ok I have half an hour....and GO!

Marika's POV~

When I came to their dorm, I noticed a lot of trash bags outside of their door -.- Boys and their trash.

"Hyunseung?" I tried knocking another time, maybe he's in the bathroom? I was about to call him when the door swung open.

"Hey." he says greeting me. I rub my eyes.

"What's wrong?" He asks looking behind him.

"I've never seen the dorm so clean. Is that what the bags are for?" I ask referring to the trash bags sitting in front of their door. He scratches the back of his head and says,

"Yeah, spring cleaning haha." I nod and he opens the door wider.

"Come on in." I nod shyly and enter the Beast door.

Hyunseung's POV~

"So what do you wanna do? We could watch a movie, play video games, etc." I say. Marika makes a cute thinking face and points to a shelf.

"What's that?" I pull down a box and open it to reveal a pair of dance mats.

"Oh me and Geurim used to play Dance Dance Revolution when we were little. I guess I took this with me when I moved in. Wanna play?" I ask. Marika furrows her eyebrows and puffs out her cheeks.

"I at dancing games." I chuckle and begin setting up the mats anyway's.

"You just need some practice. It's fun, trust me."

She gave me a skeptical look and the game began.

Marika's POV~

Hyunseung beat me in every round so far by at least a hundred points TT^TT

"Man, I forgot how fun this game was. Are you having fun?" Hyunseung asks. I'm sweating and breathing heavily and my feet are killing me.

"Oh yeah, I'm having a blast." I say sarcastically. Hyunseung begin's scrolling through the playlist when I spot a song.

"Wait go back!" I say and he stops on my favorite song, DJ DOC's "Run To You."  

"How about we make this a bet. I challenge you to a dance battle. Loser has to make lunch." Hyunseung says and I nod. The music starts and I actually try this time.

Hyunseung's POV~

"You know, I still think I deserve a rematch." I say from the kitchen. Mariak gives me a merong sign and says,

"Stop being such a sore loser." I chuckle and continue cooking. Once the food was ready, the door was kicked open and the Beast members come running in like hungry dogs -.-

"Hyunseung's cooking his famous kimchi souop!" Yoseob yells. Doojoon pushes me away from the stove and serves himself and the other Beast members.

"Hey guys, nice to see you too." Marika says waving. Kiwkang pats her head and says,

"Hey kiddo, how long were you stuck in here with Hyunseung?"

"yah!" I yell in insult. Mariak giggles and says,

"It was actually fun. I beat Hyunseung in DDR." Junhyung chokes on his food and yells,

"Seriously?!" Marika nods in triumph and Dongwoon gives me a pat on the back.

"So will she be the replacement dancer for Beast then?" I roll my eyes at him and Marika says,

"Aish it's getting late. I think I'm gonna head home. Thanks for hanging out with me Hyunseung." I nod and grab my car keys,

"I'll drive you home. It's getting dark out."

"Thanks." Marika says giving me a thankful smile and I felt my heart skip a beat for a second.

Marika's POV~

Once I got home, I thanked Hyunseung for the ride and said,

"It was fun, thanks again." Hyunseung ruffled my hair and said,

"Would you stop thanking me? You act all formal around me. I had fun too though." I blushed. I'm probably over thinking his comment. Once Hyunseung was seated in his car, he rolled down the window and said,

"We should hang out again sometime." I could only nod before he drove off.

Hyunseung's POV~

Once a red light appeared, I noticed I had one new text message. It was recently sent only a minute ago.

You only wanna hang out so you can have a rematch Dance Battle :d

I chuckle at the message. That's one reason I wanna hang out with her ;D
