Hyun Ae's POV~

"So if you factor x then you'll get-" I was cut off when I heard a voice coming from my walls. I can't help but smile to myself. Jonghyun's voice always brings me such happiness whenever I hear it. Jonghyun is my apartment neighbor, we never really talked before, but I really do wish I knew him. He's so gifted when it comes to his vocals. Once the song ends, I found myself crying a little. I wipe away my tears mumbling,

"Haha pabo, what are you crying for?" Honestly, it's for two reasons. 1.) He always manages to put so much emotion into his songs and 2.) I realy wish he sung one song for me. I know you might think it's stupid, but I really want him to sing a song for me. Even if it's just one.

Jonghyun's POV~

I was beginning to pack my things when a CD fell out of one of the boxes. I look at it, IU's "The Story Only I Didn't Know." I put it into the stereo and begin listening to it. I foud my voice blending with hers. Once the song ended, my throat began burning and I was quietly coughing some blood. Tch, you're not supposed to stress your throat.

"You have Sarcoma, why would you continue singing? Have you ever thought that the song you just sang could be your last one?! It'll only take one song to kill your vocals!" I remember how my mother and father scold me. I got up and continued packing.

Hyun Ae's POV~

I was taking out the trash when I noticed a moving truck. Who's moving in? I suddenly hear a loud banging noise and see Jonghyun standing next to me, throwing out some cardboard boxes.

"M-morning." I stutter. He looks at me and nods. He was about to turn away when I mustered up all the courage I have and say,

"You have a really beautiful voice!" He stops in his tracks and turns around.

"Excuse me?" He says. No turning back now Hyun Ae.

"I'm your neighbor and at times your voice goes through the walls and I'm able to hear it. It's very beautiful. I was wondering if you could sing one song for me? I never really heard you sing in person, only through the walls."

Jonghyun's POV~

I was about to reject her when the truck driver yelled,

"Ok we're good! Come on pretty boy we have a schedule to follow!" I look over at Hyun Ae's pleading eyes and reply in a monotone voice,

"I don't sing for people, sorry." She gives me one of the sadest  smiles I've ever see and stutters,

"Oh, o-ok. I'm sorry to bother you. M-maybe another time?" She's making this so hard. I scratch the back of my head and say,

"This is probably the last ime we'll see eachother, you see, I'm moving today." She looks down and says,

"Oh ok, I guess, have a safe trip?" I nod and walk away.

"She your girlfriend?" The driver asks. I shake my head.

"She's pretty cute. You're not so bad looking yourself. Ever thought about becoming one of them idols?" I chuckle and look out the window holding back my tears.

"I can't sing." I reply. The driver shrugs his shoulders and replies,

"Too bad."
