Title: Heart Shatter

Story Type: Romance & Sad but Happy Ending ^^

Setting: School & Hospital

Plot: Sunye and Minho have been going out for about a year. They both love each other, deeply. But one day, Sunye finds out that she has a tumor. She's greatly affected by this news and decides not to tell Minho. Although, she loves Minho a lot, she soon acts cold and distant around him. A kingka asks her to be his girlfriend and she uses this opportunity to break up with Minho. Minho, however doesn't know why & is deeply in love with her. He searches all over Seoul to find her because she had moved away. He finds her but gets heartbroken once again. He decides to erase her from his memory & forget about her but it's just not possible. Ends up that the tumor can be cured. [Kinda based on HaruHaru by BigBang]

 Minho's POV~

"Sunye!" I called for her. She doesn't even look my way any more.

"Sunye?" I ask gently nudging her. She gives me a half hearted smile and says,

"Hey Minho, what did you need?" I try to hide my disappointment.

"Are we still on for today?" I ask hopefully. She looks at the floor.

"Oh, about our date. Can we cancel? I kind of have something to do." I cringe. This was the 3rd date she canceled with me so far this month.

"Why are you acting so distant from me?" I ask tilting her chin so she'll face me. Her honey eyes gave me such a sad look, that I felt a small tinge of pain seeing that from the one I love.

Sunye's POV~

It hurts lying to him, but I can't continue to pretend like everything was before I found out I got a tumor. I was lost in my own thoughts when Minho suddenly tilted my chin.

"Why are you acting so distant from me?"  I wanted to come right out and tell him, but then I looked at my classmate's confused reactions and I slapped his hand away.

"I'm not acting distant I just need some space Minho." I spat. I stormed off before my tears would be noticable. I hate this, I've been acting cold to him too, even though he's the one I love the most. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going until I ran into our school's kingka.

"Hey, where are you going?" He asks playfully. I take one last glance back at Minho and take our kingka's hand.

"Let's go."

Minho's POV~

I was about to chase after her, when I saw her holding hands with the school's kingka. I felt my hands ball up in fists and my friend patted my shoulder.

"Maybe you should let her go? I heard she was going to end it soon."

"Are you sure you didn't see this girl anywhere?" I ask the 50th stranger today. He sadly shakes his head and he replies,

"Sorry young man, there's not a pretty girl like that that I've seen around here." I thank him and continue running around Seoul. Where could she be?! I've been searching for Sunye for such a long time no, I can't give up now.

I've been trying to forget about her and erase her from my memory, yet her smiling face continues to come back. I remember seeing her with our school's kingka, but then she moved without telling anyone, not even her friends or me. I flinched knowing she dropped all contact with me since we broke up.

I suddenly heard my phone ringing.

"Yobseyo?" I answer. I hear silence.

"Yobseyo?" I ask louder. I hear a faint sigh and a male voice says,

"Sunye's had a tumor for a while now. She's in Seoul hospital right now. She's heading into operation soon." And he hangs up. My body took control of itself and I felt myself running to Seoul Hospital.

Sunye's POV~

"Ready?" My mother asks with a loook of hope on her face. We were thrilled when we found out there was a cure for my tumor. I was about to reply when my phone rang.

"You should really turn that thing off." My father comments. I give him a sheepish nod and open to see another missed call and a new text message from Minho. I tried to hold back the guilt I felt. Yet, he still texts me and tries to call me everyday, leaving a voice mail always asking me if I was ok and where I was.

"Who is it?" My mother asks concerned. I wipe away the small tear at the corner of my eye and reply,

"No one." I look at the message,

Sunye, please call me. I know I shouldn't, but I still love you. Please at least tell me your ok.

Minho's POV~

I just arrived at the hospital and ran for the room outside of the Operating Room. As I rounded a corner, I saw Sunye's parents and...our school's kingka. He must've been the one who called me.

"I-is she ok?" I ask. Sunye's parents were about to answer when the door tswung open and I saw Sunye with her eyes closed, laying peacefully.

"It was a success." The nurse says and you can feel the relief and happiness engulfing the room.

Sunye's POV~

I woke up feling a little sore and still pretty exhausted. I felt something warm on my left side and gently crane my neck. I look and see Minho holding my hand. I heard my heart rate monitor speeding up and I could only stare at him face. He's still so handsom.

"Let's figure things out when I'm better. I still love you too." I heard myself whisper and fell back asleep.

*SO SO SO SORRY it took so long! >.< I would usually do my ninja updates but I've been pretty busy and didn't have the time or energy to update TT^TT But I assure you guys, I'm back ;) Hope you enjoye dthis oneshot ^^
