Punishment

Taemin's POV

My heart thumped as I slowly made my death march towards the principal's office. What was going to happen to me? Am I going to be expelled? If so, then I won't be able to see _____ in the day.

Nervously, I knocked on the door.

“Come in, Taemin,” Her unhappy, ice cold voice sent shivers up and down my body.

I took in a deep breath, ready to face my doom. I opened the door walked in and spotted Jonghyun lazily lounging in a chair across from her.

“Please sit down,” She motioned for me to sit in the chair that was next to Jonghyun's, empty, waiting for me. This was the first time I've ever really had a good look at her. She was young, beautiful, and gave off a mature professional sort of vibe.

“So Taemin. I've noticed that you have a completely clear, spotless record. So I'm curious, why be in a fight with this guy,” She pointed towards Jonghyun.

“Yah!” Jonghyun yelled at her.

She glared at him, “Just because you've been in this office numerous times for your mischief doesn't mean you can speak to me rudely. I'm still your principal Jonghyun. Remember that,”

“Whatever,” Jonghyun waved her off. He looked at me, bored and unamused, “Taemin, say hello to our Auntie Park Kahi.”

(Auntie Kahi is Kahi from After School. I thought of her for this character after watching Dream High 2)

“Auntie? Our Auntie?” Taemin said with shocked eyes.

She looked at me with the same shocked expression, “Taemin?! Like Taemin Taemin. Omo,” She leaned in closer to me, “You look so much like your mother.” Auntie Kahi began painfully pinching my cheeks.

“Ouch,” I screamed in pain.

“Oh, sorry,” She reluctantly let go of my cheek. “I'm Park Kahi. Your mother's only sister. I was the younger one. She left our family at a young age and ran away. However, I came to work here as the new principal when I found out one of her sons went here. I didn't know you went here too,”

“Yeah, I transferred last year,” I replied.

She smiled, but suddenly she cleared and went back to the let's-get-down-to-business mode. “Why did you two start a fight?”

“Over a girl,” Jonghyun blankly stated.

“Really now,” Auntie Kahi leaned back into her chair, “And who would this girl be?”

“_______. But swear it wasn't her fault. She might be the reason why we were fighting, but causing the scene was completely our doing,” I bravely replied. I didn't want ____ to get in trouble because of me.

Jonghyun glared at me. The reason? I have no idea. Wait. I light bulb lit in my head. I smirked. Again we are face-to-face with jealous Jonghyun. When I was younger I never saw this side of him. However, just in these could of days, I've seen it millions of times.

Auntie Kahi just nodded her head and the microphone, clearly stating, “______, please come to my office, now,”

Your POV

“_______, please come to my office, now,” I listened as our principal's voice echoed throughout the school. I gulped and stood up form my desk. My teacher signaled that it was okay for me to go.

This was my first time ever going to the principal's office for something like this. Maybe I'm just going as a witness to tell my side of the story. OR MAYBE, she's going to intimidatingly interrogate me, thinking the fight was all my fault. My perfect record is going to be tainted because of stupid Jonghyun's actions!!

I stared at the door and with bravery, opened it and walked in.

“Welcome, _____,” Ms. Park nodded at me.

I saw Jonghyun and Taemin turn around.

“Join the party,” Jonghyun rolled his eyes in annoyance. I sat on the stool that was in between Jonghyun and Taemin.

“So, we all know that earlier this morning there was a highly inexcusable disturbance. Two boys were fighting in the courtyard with a crowd eagerly watching to see the results. In the process, they rudely upset many of the faculty and staff who were diligently preparing for their classes. Not only that, but you tarnished our perfectly clean courtyard with blood which will take a centuries to wash all of it out of the ground because of the unique, expensive material we had bought especially for the courtyard. All of this trouble because of a girl.” She paced back and forth, menacingly.

Leaning on her desk she eyed me, “All in all, we're here to discuss, your three's punishment,”

“U-us three?” I questioned.

“Yes, all three of you. These two informed me that the fight was over you, is that correct?” She raised her eyebrow.

“Deh,” I answered in defeat.

“You do know that since you are the main reason behind it, then you have to receive the punishment too,” She continued.

“Deh,”

“You know you can drop the intimidating act right?” Jonghyun commented.

“I swear, if you don't quit acting like that I'm going to tell your father of your whereabouts.” She threatened Jonghyun.

I laughed, “Looks like she's got you there Jonghyun,” Then I gave her a bewildered look, “Wait, how do you know about that?”

“____, say hello to our Auntie Kahi,” Taemin introduced her, “She's our mother's younger sister,”

Suddenly, I gawked at her and leaned my elbows on her desk, “Waa~ I knew you looked slightly familiar. You and her look so alike. Both of you are gorgeous!” That was no lie. Both of them were stunning. “No wonder Taemin and Jonghyun turned out so attractive. They must have really good genes,” Wait, that was definitely not a thought. Did I really just say that aloud?!

Ms. Park just broke out in laughter. Taemin smiled at me in a mischievous, yet highly amused way. Jonghyun just eyed me cautiously, but I could tell internally he was soaking up that compliment.

“I like you. You're polite, sincere, and adorable,” She smiled.

“T-thank you, Ms. Park,” I bowed, flustered by the things I just said and her sudden out-pour of compliment.

“Call me Auntie Kahi,” She suggested. “Might as well because from the looks of it you'll be part of our family soon,”

Jonghyun choked. Taemin stared wide-eyed. My mouth gaped open.

“What?” Auntie Kahi asked confused, “It's obvious that all of you have this whole teenage love complex going on,”

“That's an awkward subject,” Taemin scratched the back of his head.

“I have no idea what you're talking about,” Jonghyun muttered.

“Hey, might as well tell her the truth. Can't hide it forever,” I shrugged.

Suddenly she was leaning over the desk and pinching my cheeks, “Aw~ I love you. You're so much better than these two. Truthful and brave.”

“Ouch,” I stated as she let go.

“Okay, so your punishment is,” Auntie Kahi made a dramatic pause. “All three of you, along with some classmates of my choosing will have to go on a service retreat for a week,”

Crud, we just dragged in some of our classmates into this as well.

“That's our punishment?” Jonghyun asked, but sunk down into his chair, “But hey, I'll be missing school so I'm not complaining,”

“Not necessarily, Jonghyun,” She smirked, “I'll be going with you guys to help keep you up-to-date in your classes and studies. I'll e-mail you all the information about the trip,”

Jonghyun crossed his arms, unhappy that even though we'll be away from school, we're technically still going to be in school.

“Oh, and the three of you are going to be roommates.” Auntie Kahi innocently smiled.

“WHAT?!” We all stated in unison.

“Why?” I whined, “I'm a girl. Don't you think it's unsafe to let me sleep in the same room as two boys?”

“Hey you already sleep with one of us,” Taemin winked.

“Actually, she's slept with both of us,” Jonghyun glared.

I blushed when I saw the teasing yet slightly shocked look on Aunti Kahi's face. “Not like that! Not like that! I swear I'm still a !”

Taemin laughed and turned to Jonghyun, “So you two really didn't go that far huh? So much for the king of skinship,”

“Shut up!” Jonghyun snapped at him.

“Can we please just change the subject,” I begged and pleaded.

“So it's decided then! You all will be leaving tomorrow. So pack your bags tonight! I hope you guys will be happy roommates.” She announced excitedly.

After she made it official, we got up and went back to our classes. I could feel the tension between Jonghyun and Taemin as they stared each other down behind my back.

“YAH!” I turned around, “You two need to stop before you guys go for each others necks again.” With that said I went in between them and linked arms with them.

“What do you think you're doing?” Jonghyun looked at me with a slight glare.

“Making sure that you two don't do anything to each other. In some ways I guess I'm like handcuffs, restraining you.” I raised my eyebrow, “What Jonghyun? To much skinship for you?”

“Of course not. I'm the king of skinship.” He proudly announced.

“Yeah, yeah, we've heard it all before,” Taemin just shook his head.

Kahi's POV

I watched as the three left, linked to each other.

“Those three really need to work things out. Because at this rate someone is going to really get hurt or their heart broken.” I stated to myself, watching this drama unravel before me. Then I smiled, as I watched the three happily bicker. “This is going to be an interesting punishment.”

AHH! Cute dancing bunny!! OH, sorry, anywayy...

YAY! The punishment is a week long service retreat!

Why yay? Because wouldn't you love to be roommates with Taemin & Jonghyun?

I know I wouldn't dispise the idea ;)
