It has been almost 3 days since Taehee started rejecting visitors and since she's alone in her room, Dr. Kwon gifted her a book with the title 'A Distant Sea' that tells the story of a first love to help Taehee takes things off her mind and to keep her company. Taehee loves the book so much that she sometimes sleeps late because she's so into the book. Taehee's flipping to another page when she heard the door being opened and her usual nurse, Nurse Choi comes in with a huge smile on her face,

"Mrs. Oh, your friend is waiting outside, with a kid in her arms. Do you want me to ask her to go home?"

Taehee purses her lips, her fingers tapping on the book in her hands and knowing that it might be Jennie, Taehee smiles and asks the nurse to let her in. Nurse Choi's eyes widen hearing Taehee's words asking her to let Taehee's friend in when she even chased her family members out. Nurse Choi then nods, going out of the room and when the door slides open again, it really is Jennie, coming in with a basket of flower and little Ara in her arms. 

"Taehee! I miss you so much! Thank you for letting me in.."

Jennie put the basket of flowers on the glass table in front of the couch before she moves to sit on the chair beside Taehee's bed. Taehee closes her book and put it on her bedside table, smiling as she pinches Ara's cheek,

"I've heard from Jongin that Sehun said you're not receiving any visitors but I still have my hopes that you'll let me in, so that's why I still come."

Taehee chuckles, looking down on her fingers. Jennie stares at the small girl in front of her, knowing that she must've been keeping things to herself that she seems quite and distant. Jennie clears , letting her daughter play with her hair,

"Do you have anything you want to talk about?"

Taehee sighs, looking up at Jennie with tears in her eyes,

"I don't know.. I just.. I guess I miss everyone.."

Jennie gently caresses Taehee's arm that's wrapped with a cast,

"Why did you isolate yourself, Taehee? Did anything happened?"

"Sehun... I feel like I've always being his burden, and not only his but also his mom..."

"He said you're a burden?"

Taehee shakes her head,

"He said he needed time alone and that he couldn't accompany me for the time being. Must be because he's tired of me."

Taehee chuckles, making Jennie sighs as she looks up at her,

"Did he came over?"

Taehee nods as she hums,

"Not when I was awake because I wouldn't let anyone in but I saw him when I was awake in the middle of the night 2 days ago, because I couldn't sleep due to the aching pain around my arm... He was sitting beside my bed with his eyes closed, he looks... very worn out so I don't want to trouble him more."

Jennie nods, taking Taehee's hand in hers,

"You two should talk things out, Taehee. You're not a burden to anyone. Please, don't think you're a burden. We love you, Taehee and everything we did for you is because we love and sincerely care about you."

Taehee sobs, looking up at Jennie with tears drenching her face,

"I don't know.. Jennie.. I just.. I don't want to trouble the people I love..."

Jennie puts her daughter down and let the little girl walks around the room as she sits up on the bed, taking Taehee in her arms, patting the small girl's back,

"It's okay, Taehee. You can take as much time as you want to make yourself feel better again. We'll always wait for you. And thank you so much for letting me in, for telling me what you feel."

Taehee nods as she cries in Jennie's arms, Jennie then wipes Taehee's tears after she stops crying and they both burst out laughing as they look at each other. 

Taehee was about to sleep once she put her book beside her pillow and makes her bed lie back down when she ehard a commotion outside of her room, maing her frown and when she's leaning forward to take her crutches to look at what's happening outside, Jongin barges in with the nurses trying to stop him. Taehee's eeys widen as she looks at Jongin rushing towards her,

"Taehee, I really need to talk to you. I'm sorry for barging in like this. But I really-"

Taehee puts her palm up and peeks to look at the nurses behind Jongin,

"It's okay, Nurse Choi, Nurse Wang, he's my friend."

"But the visiting hours has ended, Mrs. Oh."

"It's fine, it's just for 10 minutes."

The nurses then sigh and nod, making their way out of the room leaving Taehee lying back dowon on her bed as she looks at Jongin who's sitting on the chair beside her bed,

"Jennie told me about what Sehun said to you. And I know, that stupid Oh Sehun wouldn't try to explain himself to you so I'm here to tell you everything."

Taehee nods, looking at Jongin who's staring at her,

"Sehun hired personal investigators to look for the bastard who assaulted you and we caught him, last 4 days if I'm not mistaken.."

Taehee grips on her blanket as she focuses on Jongin,

"He's Jinhee's ex-boyfriend, the father of the child in Jinhee's womb."

Taehee frowns,

"So, Jinhee's the one who's behind this?"

Jongin nods, looking down on his shoes,

"Sehun beat the hell out of that bastard when he saw him, I almost thought he'll beat me up too for trying to stop him.. Your husband.. Is really scary when he's mad."

Taehee chuckles as she nods,

"That bastard said Sehun's the one's guilty in you getting beaten up. He said if Jinhee didn't fall in love with Sehun, no one will ever get hurt so I think Sehun must've taken that bastard's words harshly to himself that he rushes out after asking the detectives to hand them both to the police. So I think that's why he said those words to you.."

Taehee purses her lips as Jongin sighs, looking up at Taehee who's staring at him with her eeys teary,

"Sehun.. He loves you so much, Taehee.. And you know him, he prefers keeping things to himself rather than talking them out with people around him.."

Taehee wipes her tears before she whispers,

"He asks me why do I love him so much...."
