Taehee's in her 36th week of pregnancy and Dr. Bae is quite amazed to see how healthy the twin babies are despite their small mother. Tokki's cutely sleeping beside Taehee with his usual elephant plushie as his mother keeps on staring at him. Taehee had to sulk for almost an hour for Sehun to finally let their son got close to Taehee. Sehun sits besides Taehee's bed with his hand gently caressing Tokki's back. Taehee's about to caresses her son's cheek when she feels another contraction, making her lays back on the bed as Sehun quickly stands up and held his wife's hand in his. Taehee closes her eyes as she grips on Sehun's hand and when she no longer feels the contraction she opens her eyes and smiles,

"It's my sixth contraction since yesterday and if the contractions keep on coming, I think you should call the doctor."

Sehun nods, his other hand caresses his wife's cheek,

"You seem a lot calmer now."

Taehee chuckles and that's when her next contraction sips in, making her closes her eyes again with Sehun's hand in hers. Tokki who feels his father's arm laying on top of him opens his eyes and turns to look at his mother who's fighting with her contraction's pain.

"Mommy.."

Tokki's small voice makes Taehee opens her eyes, a smile crept up on her face despite the pain she's feeling as she turns to look at her son. Tokki sits up and gently pat his mother's shoulder, making Taehee chuckles and whimpers in pain,

"Don't laugh."

Sehun sternly said, making Taehee nods. After a few contractions, Sehun picks his son up into his arms and rushes out to call for Dr. Bae. Dr. Bae gets inside the suite room while Sehun waits outside with his son in his arms after calling his parents and father in law. Taehee grabs on her bed rail as she feels the contraction keeps on getting stronger. Even stronger than the ones she felt when she's about to give birth to Tokki. 

"It's almost 7cm but we need to wait until it's 10cm, just like how you gave birth to Tokki. But this time, you might have to wait a little bit longer since it's a twin."

Taehee purses her lips and nods, trying to smile at Dr. Bae who then pats her shoulder,

"You can do this, Taehee."

Dr. Bae smiles and went out of the room while Taehee closes her eyes. Sehun quickly stands up when he saw Dr. Bae coming out of his wife's room,

"7cm so we need to wait a little bit more. She's having a hard time with the contraction tho she tries to smile."

Sehun sighs as he nods and rushes inside the suite room. Sehun puts Tokki down and let him play with his toys while he sits on the bed besides his wife, letting her grips on his hand as much as she wants. Aunt Nana, Uncle Jusu and Taehee's father arrived and quickly moves towards Taehee who's still closing her eyes as she fights the contraction's pain. Uncle Jusu then picks Tokki up and plays with his grandson. After almost 3 hours, Taehee opens her eyes and looks up at Sehun with tears in her eyes,

"Sehun.... I don't think I can bear any more hours of waiting..."

Sehun starts to feel nervous as well as his wife looks so tired and in pain that he pecks her forehead and quickly rushed out to look for Dr. Bae while Aunt Nana takes Sehun's place in holding Taehee's hand. Dr. Bae comes in and asked them to wait outside and after a few minutes, she comes out with the nurses pushing Taehee's bed out of the suite room. Aunt Nana has her hand on her chest as she feels nervous for Taehee now that she almost looks like she's already too exhausted while Taehee's father sits on the chair outside of the suite room, his heart beating so fast as he looks at his small daughter. Uncle Jusu plays with Tokki while he puts his arm on Aunt Nana's shoulder.

"I was thinking on doing a C section but it's already 10cm dilated so we'll proceed with normal birth."

Dr. Bae talks to Sehun as they walk towards the labour room,

"And Dr. Oh, if your wife starts to lose her consciousness after giving birth to your first twin, I need your permission for us to use the vacuum to pull the second baby out. This happens often in twin labors because the mothers have wasted so much energy fighting with their contractions pain and on the first baby."

"Just do whatever it is as long as my wife and my children are safe."
