Seulgi and her assistants go to Serenity Design not for work reasons but for Seulgi love mission. She already held it for a week because of hectic schedule. Next Monday they immediately launch their mission after clearing their schedule. Seulgi is so excited to meet her crush

“Boss, are you ready to meet your crush?” today Moonbyul wearing red suit that make her look like Seulgi’s bodyguard

“I’m nervous, unnie” Seulgi caressed her chest

“Seul, sorry to ask this but is this your first time crush on someone?” Wendy from the front passenger seat asked Seulgi who sat at the back. They are still sitting in the car because Seulgi said she is nervous. They arrived 10 minutes ago but Seulgi still don’t want to go out

“I never have a crush on someone because usually people court me. I also never dating”

The assistants were shocked “You’re never dating?!”

Seulgi nods her head “I am not ready to be involved in any relationship because I want to live freely. I know I have to leave my nightlife once I commit to someone and I’m not ready”

“What if Ms. Bae gives a positive response? Are you ready to leave that freedom? Judging from hers and her family reaction when we pick you up in their house last time, they are not impress” said Wendy

“Hm, I’ll do my best to change if only she give me chance”

“We hope the best for you, boss. Don’t give up even if she does not respond positively. You must show her your effort until she break the wall between both of you” said Moonbyul

“Okay unnie”

“Now let’s begin our mission. Don’t be scared. Don't be nervous. Believe in yourself” Wendy and Moonbyul cheer up for their boss

Meanwhile in the building, Joy rushed into Irene’s office as soon as she received a phone call. Her entrance shocked Irene and few staffs who’s in the middle of discussion

“What’s wrong Secretary Park?” Irene staring at her secretary curiously

“Sorry to disturb you, Ms. Bae. Staff in the lobby called me just now, and they said Ms. Kang Seulgi was coming to our building. She already on her way to your office”

Irene gasped “Seriously? We don’t have a meeting scheduled with her today, do we?”

“No ma’am, our next meeting will be next Tuesday”

“Aigoo” Irene is also curious, thinking about why Seulgi suddenly shows up in their place. “Our discussion will end here. I’ll set the new time for our next meeting”

“Noted ma’am”

Few minutes after the staff left, Seulgi and her assistants arrived. Joy welcomed them to Irene’s office. Seulgi nervously enters but still smiling at her crush. Irene unconsciously shake her head seeing Seulgi’s outfit that not suitable for work

“Good morning, Ms. Bae~”

“Good morning, Ms. Kang”

“Have a sit” Seulgi shamelessly invite Irene to sit even though they are in Irene’s office

“Oh, okay” Irene sat down followed by the others “What brought you here, Ms. Kang? If I recall back, our next meeting will be next week”

Seulgi clear “Sorry if my visit is shocking you but I come here not for work reason”

Irene furrowed her eyebrows “May I know why you come here?”

“I want to meet with you for personal reason”

“Oh, can you elaborate?”

Seulgi looking at her assistants then the duo nods their head “I want to ask you out”

Irene and Joy are shocked by the sudden statement “Ask me out?” Irene pointed at herself

“Yes, if you don’t mind, I would like to ask you out for lunch later. I want to have lunch together with you” said Seulgi

Irene does not suspect anything so she just agrees “No problem but you can just inform me on the phone. You don’t have to waste your time come to my office just for this matter”

“I don’t have anything to do in the office so I came here. Besides, my schedule is flexible so no problem for me to go anywhere”

“Okay, whatever” Irene rolled her eyes

“I’ll pick you up later on lunch time”

“It’s okay, I’ll go with Eunbi and Joy”

“Alright then, I’ll let you know the restaurant location later”

“Sure”

“I got to go now” Seulgi stand up “Let’s go, unnie and Wendy”

“Boss, where are we going after this?” asked Moonbyul

Seulgi checking her watch “We still have three hours to go, let’s watch movie”

“Okay boss!”

Irene and Joy leave dumbfounded in the office “I-I heard it right just now, isn’t it?”

“Yes”

Joy widened her eyes “I don’t know what currently plays in Ms. Kang mind. Why on earth are they watching movies during working hours?”

“She said her schedule is flexible. Besides, she is daughter of Chairman Kang so she is free to go anywhere even during office hour”

“You also daughter of Uncle Bae but you never do such things”

“We’re different”

“That’s right” both of them back to their work after that

During lunch time, Irene, Joy and Eunbi go to the restaurant that Wendy told Joy through chat earlier. The restaurant is 15 minutes away from their building. When they arrived, they noticed that the restaurant looked empty

“Joy, are you sure this is the right place?” asked Eunbi after they get out of the car

“Yes unnie, the restaurant name is same as Wendy-ssi told me earlier”

“Let’s go inside” said Irene then they enter the restaurant

They were welcomed by the restaurant staff “Good afternoon, ma’am. Are you Ms. Irene Bae?”

“Yes, I am”

“Ms. Kang is already waiting for you inside. Let me walk you to her table. This way, ma’am”

The staff walk Irene, Eunbi and Joy to the table where Seulgi is already waiting. There are no other customers in the restaurant. They assumed that Seulgi reserve the whole place for them

“Hello” Seulgi greet with bright smile on her face

“Hi”

“Joy and Eunbi, you two sit with Wendy and Byul unnie at that table” Seulgi pointed at the table at the corner where Wendy and Moonbyul lazing

“Okay Ms. Kang”

Seulgi quickly pulled the chair for Irene to sit. After that, Seulgi go back to her own chair

“What with the sudden visit to the office and the restaurant reservation? I guess there must be something that make you do all these” Irene feel suspicious with everything that happen right now

Before Seulgi answers, the waiter and waitress come with food that Seulgi has already ordered. Irene eyed the foods just in case they serve chicken but she didn't find any foods that contain chicken. Seulgi already know info about Irene beforehand so she know what she want to eat and foods that she don’t eat

“I ask you out because I want to get to know you. You know, I have been interested in you since the first time I met you in the meeting room. I hope you get it until here” Seulgi open up about the reason of her sudden invitation

Irene stares at Seulgi with an unreadable expression “You want to tell me that you have a crush on me?”

“Bingo, Ms. Bae” Seulgi snapped her fingers. “I hope you accept my feeling and we can go farther with each other. At first I thought I only adored you but when I think again, I have never had this feeling before. I met many beautiful girls but they never gained my attention like you did. I hope you can give a positive response to my feelings. You don’t need to rush. I can wait patiently for you to develop same feeling as mine”

Irene put down her fork and knife on the plate then took a sip of her drink “I appreciate your determination to confess your feelings to me. Before your feelings grow deeper, I would like to tell you that I’m meeting someone else now. We’ve been seeing each other for a few months and share the same feeling. I respect your feeling so I hope you respect mine too”

Seulgi's heart was slightly broken but she did not give up. She will get her Irene no matter what “I respect your feelings but I am not going to give up. Not before you officially married. If you’re still single that’s mean anyone can own you” she smirk

“You’re such a hard-headed person, right?” Irene groan

“Well, I’m not Kang for no reason and Kang always gets what they want. Same goes to me, I want you so you must be mine. I will make you mine in any way possible. I’m not give up before fighting”

“You wish, Ms. Kang. My current suitor is far better than you. He is not a clubber, he’s not a troublemaker and not a drunk like you. You not even close to my ideal type”

Seulgi chuckled “Wow, I badly want to know how good your suitor is. Every human has flaws so don’t ever think that he is the most perfect human alive. Believe me, I can be far better than him” she wiggle her eyebrows

“Well, I don’t care what you want to say but I am not going to return your feelings. Please respect my decision” Irene stated firmly “One more thing…if you want to cancel our cooperation because of this matter, you may do”

“No worries, Ms. Bae. I am not going to involve personal matters with work. We still working together until the end”

“Alright, suit yourself. I got to go now”

“Okay, till next time”

Meanwhile in another table, Eunbi and Joy also interrogate Seulgi’s assistant. They know Seulgi and her assistants are planning something

“Now tell us what did you two and your boss plan right now. I know this has nothing to do with work” said Eunbi

“Actually, our boss asking Ms. Bae out because she want to confess her feeling to Ms. Bae” Joy and Eunbi gasped but Moonbyul quickly signaled them to silent

“Our boss was interested in Ms. Bae at first sight. We’re helping her on her first move”

“Ms. Kang wants to go out with Irene unnie?”

“Correct!”

“B-but, unnie currently seeing someone else” said Joy

“It doesn’t matter. As long as not married by law, Seulgi will not back off. Ms. Bae is her first love. She will work hard to get Ms. Bae”

“Aish, you guys are persistent. She shouldn’t forcing someone else feeling” said Eunbi

“Well, we only do our job. Her wish is our command” Moonbyul shrugs her shoulder

“We cater to Kang Seulgi” add Wendy

“You two must be received generous amount of payment that make you whipped for her” Joy commented

Moonbyul and Wendy chuckle “Our salary is still standard like other staff in our level get but both of you may not believe how much bonus and reward we received from her. She is generous to us so we work hard for her in return”

“However, we are not only working for Seulgi because of money. Seulgi takes care of us in every aspect. We just begin working with each other in short time but feel like working together for years”

“Whatever you said” Eunbi and Joy also stand up when Irene signal them to leave

“Unnie, what Ms. Kang said to you earlier?” Eunbi immediately questioning as soon as they enter the car

“She ask me out and want to get to know me better”

Joy look over her shoulder when they stop at traffic light “You better marry Suho oppa quickly so that she stop disturbing you”

Joy and Eunbi cackle “But your dad and mom are already talking about marriage lately. We heard your mom nagging multiple times because you not yet introduce your boyfriend to them”

“Who should I introduce? I don’t even have boyfriend”

“We only go out with each other. Not yet dating so he’s not my boyfriend”

“Aigoo, unnie is complicated” Joy commented while Eunbi only response with light laugh

“Boss, how is it going?” Moonbyul excitedly asking Seulgi about her first lunch date with Irene

“Not bad but she’s tough. It is not going to be easy to melt her heart. She also meeting someone now”

“Joy and Eunbi also say the same” said Wendy

Wendy skipped to Seulgi desk with a big smile. She already gains the information that Seulgi wants her to look for. Seulgi stop doing her work when Wendy sit on the chair in front of her

“Seul, I have big news for you”

“Now tell me”

“The man that currently courting Ms. Bae is Kim Suho”

“Kim Suho?” Seulgi furrowed her eyebrows. That name sound familiar to her

“Yes, he is Kim Suho. He is the son of the owner of Kim Pharmaceutical. His family also owned many chemical lab in country”

“Oh, he is the son of that chaebol family?” Seulgi guessing

“Correct, your appa is one of the investors in their company”

Seulgi tapping her fingers on her desk “Is he going to be a great rival for me?”

Wendy confidently shakes her head “I can’t guarantee anything because I never deal with him in person. In terms of social status, you might be able to turn him down because you know, you have Kang Yuri behind you. Who dares to play dirty with Kang Yuri and his descendants, right?”

Seulgi smirks as soon as Wendy mentions her appa’s name “I forget that I have great back-up. I can ask appa to destroy them if he play around with me”

“That’s right but don't rush decisions. Don’t harm anyone. Let's see the progress of your relationship then we can plan other moves. As for now, focus on wooing Ms. Bae”

“Okay Wen. I don’t know what I could do without you and Byul unnie”

“We only helped with anything we could. As long as you’re happy, we also happy”

Before office hours end, the trio go to Serenity Design’s building because Seulgi wants to meet with Irene. When they arrived in front of the building, they saw Irene get out of the car that stopped in front of the main entrance. The car door is opened by a man that they know as Suho, the person who is currently courting Irene. Seulgi is so jealous seeing them look so close to each other. Irene also letting Suho fixing her hair

“Seul, calm down” Moonbyul look to the back and she noticed Seulgi expression is dark

“Are you meeting Ms. Bae in her office or are we leaving now? You’re emotional right now so I don’t think you can speak properly to her” Wendy suggesting

“Yes unnie, I want to talk to him. I want to deal with him right now. I don’t want to hold it anymore. I hate it when someone overtake me”

Wendy and Moonbyul looking at each other, Wendy nods her head signaling that they shouldn’t protest. Moonbyul drove their car following Suho’s car. Seulgi kept silent all the way to Suho place. She just look straight to the front

Finally they arrived at the KM Pharmaceutical building. They go to Suho office right after Wendy talks with the front desk staff. Seulgi open the door without knocking beforehand shocking Suho who currently replying chats in his phone

“Kim Suho-ssi” Seulgi walk towards Suho direction with bad girl smile

“Who are you? Why do you enter without my permission?” Suho confused seeing the stranger bravely enter his office

Instead of sit on the chair, Seulgi sit on desk edge so that she can talk to Suho closely “I am Kang Seulgi”

“Kang Seulgi?” Suho furrowed his eyebrows

“You don’t have to remember anything. We never met. I come here just to remind you something”

“What is it?”

“Suho-ssi, stop meeting Bae Irene from now in” Seulgi stated firmly
