Dara felt her knees weaken so she decided to take a seat.  She felt like she was stuck in a bad dream.

“Hey, are you okay?” She heard Jiyong ask. His brows were knitted together. “Taehee, will you please get her some water?” Jiyong stood up and took the photos from her. “So now you understand what we mean? This is no joke. I’m sorry you were dragged into this and for being an , but I do need your help.” Dara hated how she felt appeased by Jiyong’s gentle demeanor. His sincere face calmed her down.

“So, uhmm, how can I help?” The words just escaped her lips – as if they had a life of their own.

Jiyong shifted in his seat and stole a glance at his Hyun Suk hyung before speaking.

“Well, I’m in a sticky situation. The media kind of knows I am in a relationship with Kiko. They have no idea that we just broke up.” He paused and Dara noticed that his face darkened when he said the last sentence.

So, that was the Kiko he was talking about that night? They broke up?

Suddenly, everything made sense. How she found Jiyong drunk and distraught that night. No matter how much she tried she couldn’t imagine how someone would dump someone like him. Well, he might be moody as hell, but he can’t be that bad, right? Her thoughts were interrupted by Jiyong’s voice.

“They actually caught Kiko and I together a year ago and we were able to silence them with money. Now that they saw me with you, they thought it would make a juicy story. Wouldn’t it be a riot: G Dragon caught two-timing? They wouldn’t settle with just a small amount.” He fidgeted and raked his fingers through his hair. She can tell that he is not comfortable sharing all these information.

“So, Hyung and I talked right after Dispatch forwarded these pictures. Initially I didn’t like the idea of dragging someone into this. But seeing as how my recent scandal did a lot of damage, I couldn’t take another blow. I can’t let Bigbang suffer some more because of me.”

The air inside the room felt heavy. Everyone knew what Jiyong was talking about. Just 5 months ago, he was embroiled in a scandal. Luckily, everything worked out in the end, but she can imagine how he is feeling. He was just recovering and now his
