A/N: Hey chingus! Dropping off the update for today. We got 2 special guest for today guess who is it... or more of who they are hehehe...

A couple chapters more and the story will reach it's end. Thank you very much for all the support you have given me in this story and all the stories i have made. I'm glad to at least make you guys smile for a while.

CHAPTER 22

When we came back to the camping site, we told the kids to take a rest and help Jae Suk who was nursing his small bump in his forehead. Vic told Wendy and Mark to supervise the kitchen while Jae Suk is resting.

The 5 of us went inside the command center to treat Amber’s wounds and also Ju-hyun’s hand that Jjong stomped his feet on a while ago. Vic already called her team of assistants and they will be coming over to help us in the camp site.

I was cleaning Amber’s wound in her eyebrow when I noticed her silence. Both of us where sitting in our folding chairs me facing her. She was holding the sword in her right hand while her left hand is resting in my lap. Her eyes has this sad light on it, sorrow and sadness evident.

Even if I tell her I know how she’s feeling, it’s not enough. Losing someone who shares the same blood with you and have known since you were born is devastating. I felt that feeling when my little cousin Jeha passed away due to Leukemia. But it’s a different story compared to Amber and Jonghyun’s story.

I didn’t know he is that disturbed of a man. Masking his true self by living in the lime light. I don’t even know how we will explain this to my in-laws, they will surely be hurt upon learning this sad news.

“Am…” I called and her eyes focused on me. She patted my lap and gave me a small smile that didn’t even reached her eyes.

“I’m okay… just a bit shocked on all the things that happened. I didn’t know Jjong has that hatred over me.” she sighed. She kept quiet when I injected anesthesia in her before stitching the cut in her eyebrow.

I took the sword in her hand and placed it in its case and went back to her so I can clean her knuckles. Luna was attending to Ju-hyun’s hand putting bandage on it, I think we need to have it check to the hospital for an X-ray we can never be sure.

I wonder why Luna is so attentive to Ju-hyun when they only met the other day…

Well Luna is a kindhearted and caring person.. no wonder she’s helping her. She will help anyone who needs help even if she doesn’t know them personally.

“Anything hurts in your body Am? Did he broke anything in your bones?” I asked Amber while putting some antiseptic on her knuckles.

“Nah… he doesn’t kick that well. But his punches in my gut is a bit painful, good thing my flabby belly saved me. I think I need a back rub later and some you know… TLC.” she winked at me while saying it. I rolled my eyes on her and put her hand in a bandage securing it.  

“Two hands are bandaged and you need to rest that. Those bruises in your face will heal in a matter of days or week. Luckily you are still pretty handsome honey..” I winked at her pinching her cheeks. “And NO. No back rub and any erted things you want. Save it when we get home in Seoul.” I said pinching her hard.

“AWWW!!!!~” Ooops… hehehe…

I made her drink a pain reliever that I saw inside our medicine cabinet, checking the dosage and composition first and calling my doctor if its safe to use. Amber has this unusual thing in medicines, she’s allergic to some ingredients found on it. Of course I know what are those things… I’m her wife. I knew it by heart after that incident when I accidentally gave a medicine to Amber before when she got a headache hehehe… we stayed in the hospital for a week.

After giving me the clearance, I gave Amber the pill and made her swallow it even though she doesn’t want to. I have to threaten her that if she don’t drink it I won’t move in at the house in Gangnam.

Of course I already have plans of moving in with her, especially now that I found out my apartment again was breached by Jjong. Looks like coming back to Seoul will be a busy time for me.

Turning my head to Ju-hyun, she also turned her head at my direction and let out a smile. I should thank her, she helped not just me but all of us to take down Jjong. She was so brave in fighting Jjong earlier blocking that attack with the baseball bat. I smiled at her too and turned my gaze at Amber in front of me who caressed my cheeks with her bandaged hand and whispered “Go, I know you want to say something to her. Don’t be afraid to say it Krys, it won’t make you a lesser person.”      

I smiled at her and gave her a peck on her lips before standing up and going to the corner where Luna and Ju-hyun are sitting. Luna was peeling a roasted Goguma when she saw me approach them.

“Hey … how’s Amber?” I sat beside them and sighed.

“She’s okay I already stitched the cut in her eyebrow and cleaned her knuckles. Maybe have her ribs and other parts of the body checked in the hospital for some X-rays… we should also have your hand to be X-rayed too Ju-hyun…” she smiled at me and raised her pretty badly bandaged hand by Luna.

“I think so too… I can’t feel my fingers now.”

“I suppose it’s because Luna wrapped your hands like that..”

“YAH! I’m good in bandaging! Remember I attended the First Aid Training course at the university.” Luna pouted at me and took a big bite of her Goguma munching it.

“Remember you passed it because you and the trainor hooked up the night before?” I wriggled my eyebrows on her playfully teasing. She threw a skin of Goguma in my direction making me laugh.

Since when did she enjoyed eating it?

Ju-hyun laughed softly and looked at her fingers sticking out in the bandage “You did a great job bandaging Luna… although i think my fingers are numbing now hahaha…” Oh yes… I think so too. Her fingers are turning pale hahaha.!!

Luna took a peek and saw it too. She gave me an eyesmile that means SOS hahaha! She’s really not good in bandaging! We attended that course together and she almost made one of the volunteer a mummy while bandaging his head.

I took Ju-hyun’s hand and unwrapped the bandage letting it breathe. The color started to go back in her hands instantly making us laugh. It was really tight that’s why she felt numbness. Luna excused herself saying that she’s just going to get us some drinks.

“Thank you..” I muttered while starting to wrap Ju-hyun’s hand. “Thank you for saving us…”

“It’s nothing… it was the right thing to do. Jonghyun has gone mad and I’m just thankful I have that strength to block that sword. Must be adrenaline rush.” she smiled at me while I do the finishing touches. I clipped the bandage and raised her wrapped hand showing it to her “Now is this comfortable?”
