“Lee Minhyuk is the owner of Little Monstars - child care center. He created his child care center as him and his wife, jooyui, couldn't afford the high prices of day cares on their pay checks alone. He is student getting his phd in early child hood. He tricks his best friends to come and teach at his center. 
He is the main teacher of the infant room and runs the center.

“Son Hyunwoo is one of Minhyuk child hood friends. He at the moment is currently unemployed - unless you count babysitting a full time job? He is a dancer/cheographer by trade but did go to school for physical education. He becomes the teacher of the kindergarden and dance/pe teacher of the center. Little kids aren't his usual clients - but he afraid jooyui is tired of him sleeping on their couch.

- baby sits minhyuk&jooyui's son for money - oh and they let him crash on their couch

- his nick name among the group is awkward bear - he is quite clumsy & awkward plus he is pretty much a teddy bear despite his looks

“Yoo Kihyun is only friends with Minhyuk because Jooyui forced him. He is music teacher that goes around to schools and gives lessons, but it isn't a secure job. He takes Minhyuk's offer of being the music teacher and the main teacher of the one year old class room. He is very envious of Minhyuk as Kihyun just ended a serious relationship - so he might seem a bit closed off and not as perky as the other teachers.

“Shin Hoseok is Minhyuk's friend from school. Hoseok is a fellow education major in the field of science. He jumps at the job of being a head teacher of the two year old room and also creates mini science labs for the children. He loves kids and dotes on Minhyuk's son like it was his own. He might love kids - but he is actually never taken care of them full on. He is a newbie but learns quick.

-tends to get along with boys better than girls - they fight over him. he's the handsome one.
- thinks jooyui is scary when she is mama bear mode - or any woman is.

“Chae Hyungwon is medical student that has just completed his clinicals. He needs to save up for medical school so he takes Minhyuk's offer to be his school nurse. He was a resident that helped Jooyui give birth when they came to the emergency room. Soon after that he became good friends with Minhyuk. He is good with kids and likes helping them. He is the nurse of the care center and also is the floater of the teachers, meaning he helps any class that needs it.

-besides Minhyuk, Hyungwon is the only one to see live childbirth much to his choice 
- likes pedatric care over adults
- always has band aids and candy in his pockets

“Lee Jooheon is an another education major studetn that Minhyuk taught while Minhyuk was getting his masters. Jooheon is a art education major that has just gradurated. He becomes the school's art teacher and main teacher of the three year old room. He is new to taking care of children but loves watching have fun with art and expressing themselves. He goal is to teach them something new everyday and put smiles on their faces.

“Im Changkyun is one of Jooyui's part time workers in her cafe. He is a senior this year in school and is majoring in the cullinary arts. Minhyuk offers him a job to the school's lunch chef and becomes the main teacher of the four/five year old class. He is total newbie and is actually quite awkward with the kids, but he loves playing with them and helping them learn. He likes making them yummy healthy food and see them smile as they eat.
