No One’s POV:

As the bus was on it's way to their camping place, everyone in the bus had fun doing this and that. However, Joo Eun was in her own world for most of the time. She didn’t even know who was sitting beside her and she didn’t care either.

For some odd reason, she was suddenly wishing for Sooyoon’s company. She was not much of a social person and he was the only one who made her feel comfortable even when she was surrounded by a huge crowd. So she was kind of yearning for the secureness she felt when she was with him.

She stared at her phone, as she debated with herself whether to contact him or not. She was feeling insecure that Sooyoon might feel burdened and start keeping himself away from her if she took advantage of his friendly nature and imposed herself on him, just because of the feelings she had for him.

Just when she was about to stash her phone away in her pocket, it notified her of the new message she has received. She unlocked her phone and opened the message.

Joo Eun-ah!! How’s your trip so far? I bet you have already shut yourself away from the others. Am I right? Yah! Don’t be like that. They are just your classmates. So try getting along with them and enjoy the trip. You can do it. Fighting!!

A wide smile appeared on her face as soon as she read the message and she read it again and again while smiling like a goofball. “Are you that happy to receive a message from him?” she nearly jumped out of the window when she heard a voice so close to her ears.

She placed a hand over her chest to calm herself down before quickly turning towards the guy who made her jump out of her skin, in order to give him a nice piece of her mind for invading her privacy. “Ji Woong?” she was taken aback instead while he smirked at her.

“Yeah! Yeah! I can understand that you are dying of happiness to see me here. But you should learn to control your emotions better. If you look at a guy like that, he would surely fall for you.” He cracked a joke, trying to loosen her up.

She snorted with laughter before giving him a look that said, ‘Seriously?’ He laughed along with her before ruffling her hair. “Yah!” she softly yelled at him before pushing his hand away. “Anyway, since when are you here?” she asked while fixing her hair.

“Um, since the start?” he looked at her innocently while her eyes widened.  “You were in your own world to notice anything.” He shook his head. “Anyway, you should reply your boyfriend. He seemed worried.” He said, pointing to her phone.

“Yeah, I should,” she nodded, unlocking her phone, “Wait! He isn’t my boyfriend. We are just friends.” She quickly corrected his earlier statement.

“What? You mean you and Sooyoon –” she quickly covered his mouth from saying any further.

“Yah! People might hear you,” she whispered while he just chuckled, before taking her hand away from his mouth.

“So you mean that you and he are just friends?” she nodded, “And you want me to believe that?” she nodded once again while he grabbed her face with his hands before leaning closer, “You can maybe fool others but not me, dear.” He whispered while she blushed, blinking rapidly.

The bus came to a halt but when Joo Eun tried to turn her head, Ji Woong refused to let go of her and when she raised her eyebrows, he just stuck out his tongue.

“We are taking a lunch break. Just 30 minutes though. Keep that in mind everyone and don’t miss the bus as it’s not going to wait for anyone.” Moon announced from the front of the bus while his eyes fell upon the odd sight of Ji Woong and Joo Eun.

Everyone stood up from their seats and started getting out. Making use of the distraction, Joo Eun freed herself from Ji Woong’s teasing before her other classmates took notice of it. Eventually, they both got down as well but was quickly confronted by Moon.

“Joo Eun-ah, come with me for a moment.” He motioned her to follow him while Ji Woong just stared at the two of them as they made their way away. “Is everything alright?”

“Yeah, I guess. Why? What’s wrong Moon?” she was a little confused of what he asked.

“Um, nothing. I noticed that you were sitting with Ji Woong. So I was just making sure everything’s alright. Or if you want to change your seat or something.”

Joo Eun just smiled at him, “I’m alright Moon. Thanks for the concern. But do you usually worry about every student of yours like this?”

“Why? Want to know whether you were special or something?” he smirked, making her ears slowly turn red. “It’s a secret.” He winked at her.

“What was that about?” Ji Woong asked as soon as she got back to where he was.

“Nothing,” she just shook her head.

“Yah! Are you two timing?” he playfully exclaimed making her look up at him with wide eyes. “What? Don’t give me that look now. Look at your face. All red! Guilty as charged?” he asked with a teasing grin.

“I’m hungry. Let’s not waste time here.” She totally ignored what he was saying earlier.

Ji Woong kindly reminded her. “You still haven’t replied your boyfriend yet.”

“Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Thanks for the reminder.” She took out her phone and replied to Sooyoon’s earlier text.

The trip is fine so far. Yah! I’m not being on my own. I’m with friends you know? So you can stop worrying now. Anyway, I’m very hungry. Going to eat now.

She pressed the send button and the next minute she heard, “Wow! So many friends that it’s too difficult to even get close to you.” Ji Woong looked around them while being sarcastic.

She just rolled her eyes when her phone notified her of the new message.

Good to know. Anyway, have a nice meal. We will talk later ^^

“That was quick!” Ji Woong exclaimed while two boys from her class approached them.

“Hyung! We have been looking for you everywhere. Aren’t you eating?” they asked him as they walked up to the two of them and quickly bowed to Joo Eun, upon noticing her.

“You both go and place the order. We will be there soon.” The two boys nodded and took off after bowing to him. “So shall we go?” he wrapped his arms over her shoulders and started steering her towards the food stalls while she was busy typing her reply.

Sure we will and you have a nice meal too, if you haven’t already. Take care ♥

She pressed send and then she realized what she has just done. “Holy Moly! What have I done?” she freaked out.
