Eunji

"What is he doing here?" Baekhyun asked as soon as the door to the coffee shop swung open to reveal Sehun.

"I told him to come, it's fine," Eunji comforted, patting her boyfriend's arm, "I need to talk to him."

"Is everything okay?" Baekhyun asked. He was less on edge about Sehun recently, but still didn't quite appreciate any mention of him.

"Yeah." Eunji nodded. "I'll tell you everything once we're done. But for now do you think you can hold it down on your own until Chanyeol gets back from lunch?"

"Sure can." Baekhyun smiled and leaned down to plant a soft kiss on Eunji's lips. 

Eunji went into the back to hang up her apron, and came back out to sit with Sehun at his favorite table. It had been so long since either of them had partaken in this act, and it was so different now under the circumstances. They sat in silence together, simply getting used to the idea of once more sitting before each other and talking about their problems.

So many times had Eunji sat at this very table and talked Sehun through his worries of their relationship. She had taught him about communication and jealousy at that table. They had argued about how Eunji broke his favorite mug and didn't apologize because it had slipped her mind. They even had a playful argument about if drinking two 5 Hour Energy drinks would give you five hours of incredible alertness, or 10 hours of regular alertness. Now, nothing was like that. 

"I need to talk to you about the text I sent you last week," Eunji said finally, unable to take another second of silence.

"Yeah?" Sehun looked up at her from his neatly folded hands. He seemed so concious of his actions in front of Eunji. She wondered if she made him uncomfortable.

"I wanted to say it face to face as well as explain what it means," Eunji began, "so for now, I'll say that I forgive you."

"Thank you." Sehun dipped his head in a small bow.

"Now, this doesn't mean that I want to get back together with you," Eunji said, "I have to make sure you know that first."

"Yes, you have Baekhyun." Sehun nodded in conformation, but said the words hollowly.

"I think that I just spent too much time being angry with you and hurting, that I didn't want to let myself get over with it." Eunji bit her lip. She had so many things to say, but she didn't know where to start. "I forgive you not just because I've come to terms with what's happened, but because you don't necessarilly deserve me hating you.
