As his verse ended and Taehyung started to sing, Yoongi's mind wandered to the girl from the balcony. She hadn't been wrong in what she said. Everything he did since becoming an idol was whatever he was allowed to do. Even on vacation he had to be careful where he went and who he was seen with. But it wasn't like he felt trapped. Up until she had said something, he never really noticed. 

"Don't you ever realize that you could do anything you wanted right now? The only thing stopping you is consequences."

She was right. He could, at this very moment, walk off stage and never come back. He could hop on a plane to Europe and backpack through the countryside. He could do so much more, but he wouldn't. Like the balcony girl had said, the consequences were stopping him. He loved his job, but he also wished that just for a moment he too could have that glitter of freedom that she had in her eyes.
