Dear diary,

I broke up with Kai today.

I was waiting for Kai outside his classroom after school today to apologize for neglecting him these few days. When he walked out, he was really surprised to see me there. He didn't talk to me but just kept on walking in front. I followed him to the rooftop, waiting for him to yell at me, asking me why I didn't care about how he felt. However to my surprise, all he did was sighed calmly, "Let's break up."

I was stunned. I didn't know what to do or how to react after hearing those words from his mouth. I wanted to say something. Anything to him but nothing came out of my mouth. "I'm sorry but I just couldn't take it anymore. I feel really uncomfortable being with you," he left after saying those words.

I stood there, in the middle of the rooftop, all by myself. I didn't do anything. No tears coming out from my eyes, no words leaving my lips, no running after him and no holding him back. Just like that I let Kai go. I guess he'll be of better without me…
